Friendly service, relatively quick from order to table. Line times depend on the time of day. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, no issue with seating or crowds. Stop by, it's worthy. They also have a variety of crusts to choose from.

First time at Pieology at this location or anywhere. Good concept. You select the crust type, sauce, all the toppings are on the line ala Subway and you select as many as you want! There was a short line which moved relatively quickly. I had them load up my pizza with a variety of meats and veggies. When asked if I would like my pizza crust brushed with herbed butter to kick things off I saw no reason to decline. After the pizza was built, they popped it into the oven. I paid, was given a number and sat at a table to await my “to go” order. Btw, my pizza plus an organic Blood Orange soft drink only cost around 12 bucks! I thought that was a deal. My pizza was perfectly cooked. The generous amount of toppings cooked up well too. It tasted real good and I made 2 meals out of it. Consistency is big here. They have a solid process and every pie I saw-and I was looking-appeared consistently good. The space is inviting and feels bright and airy-very open. Various non-alcoholic beverages are offered plus beer. I don’t recall if they had individual package wine or not. Maybe. Pieology has a good vibe, good pizza, and good drinks. Plus, you can plug in your electric car outside!

It was fine, just fine though. I didn't find the crust particularly delicious and thought the cheese was a bit light.

For being my first time trying Pieology I got worst experience ever the manager was very rude. I understand order online changed the address of the location to my order. However since they have the same corporate they didn’t even offer to make the pizza there. Made me drive 20 minutes across town for the manager at the other location to let me know they could have made it there and save me time. Not even an apology for inconvenience having to go to the other location. Never ordering again!!!!

this is the first time I've EVER given a restaurant review but I'm only doing it because I believe there is a health code violation. myself & a buddy of mine went to this particular restaurant last Friday (14th) around lunch time & my friend ordered for me & himself. as I sat down I noticed that NON of the food handlers had on hair nets. The one that was handling our food had a disgusting amount of crusty looking dreadlocks hanging out & over her open cap as she prepared our food. her co-employees all were baseball caps however hers was specifically open. out of respect for my friend I politely declined the food told him I would take it home later. (I had to throw it away) I believe this to be a severe health code violation. All fast food locations have their employees wearing hair nets beard nets or anything to cover facial hair or body hair that's in excess. I will not be dining in here again it is quite disgusting that they have their employees display such a lack of self grooming or care for the food that they handle for their customers.

We went to get XL pizza from this location, server Analyssa was extremely rude. Initially we ordered one XL pizza. We added another XL pizza to order while standing in line. Worker verbalized to another worker to help next customer first and then help these customer back since one more XL pizza dough will take longer. It made environment uncomfortable for us. I never been to any place where workers can state such dialogue to another worker in front of customer. Found it disrespectful!

My order wasn’t ready when it said it would be, the bigger lady with the glasses wearing crocks had so much attitude about being understaffed. Instead of apologizing for the wait complained that there are only two of them working so I’m going to have to wait. I get you’re at that ripe age working making pizzas but at least have a better attitude when the mistake is on your end. I’ve had teenagers give better customer service than this middle aged angry woman. Hire better staff that are trained on how to handle customers better.

Avoid order6 online Pieology own app says to use there delivery service. We i do. The pizza never makes it to my home. I called and spoke to manger on duty ther says you can't use are app and website even though the site suggestion to order food delivery with there delivery service the pizza is hear waiting for you. I am sick and cant leave my house. When I ask for a refund manger said they cant do that. Bummer wont be going to Pieology anymore.

I’ve never left a review like this before, but the experience at this Pieology location was unacceptable especially from the business manager, who I believe is named Amanda. From the moment we walked in, she seemed irritated not just with us, but also with the customer before us. We were being as polite as possible, but she made it very clear through her tone and body language that we were a bother. While I was pointing at my ingredients, my hand slightly went over the glass and she snapped at me with unnecessary attitude. It wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. Completely unprofessional, especially from someone in a leadership position. When we calmly shared how we felt about her behavior, she cut us off, claimed she wasn’t being rude at all, and made no effort to listen or take any accountability. Instead, she brushed us off with “I’ll have someone else help you,” which honestly just made it worse. Later, we noticed the district manager, Madeline Travis, showed up possibly because Amanda had called her about the situation. When we explained the issue and respectfully asked her to address Amanda’s behavior, she immediately dismissed us. She only repeated store policy about hands over the glass (which we understood and respected) but completely ignored our real concern: how we were being treated. She seemed more focused on defending Amanda than actually listening to customer feedback. When we mentioned we were considering leaving a review, Madeline told us it “doesn’t matter” because she gets all the reviews. That response said everything. No accountability, no care for the guest experience, and no intention to make things right. So if you’re thinking about making the trip to this Pieology, I’d honestly recommend taking a few extra minutes to visit a different location. Customer service matters and this team made it clear they don’t value it.

On the pizza where it says create your own pizza, there is a limit on your toppings!! The employee said they get wrote up if they put too much toppings on their pizza on creature own pizza. They need to sign there that says there is a limit to what you can put on your pizza. This was absolutely the worst service I ever had in my life the manager came out and had to tell their employee to be quiet because employee was so rude, don’t go here
