We are regular patrons and love the food and service. We always have great service and this week was no different. Kayla took care of us very well. Two managers came by to check on us as well. This red Robin never disappoints!
Super Thanks to the staff. Had my two littles birthday lunch there our waitress was super friendly sweet. We had a party of 20 and everyone food was out at once warm delicious shout out to the cooks. Thanks to all the staff
This place was great! The family and I enjoyed a birthday dinner. Wish I could remember our waitresses' name she was over the top amazing!!! The food was good she made sure we always had a drink and out complimentary side topped off. Best place to be on a weekday afternoon.
Our serve Jake was absolutely amazing, very attentive, loves discussing food, has such a friendly personality. Our overall experience was more than 10 out of 10. I would definitely come back & request Jake again as our server. Great job hiring him Red Robin
The service was fantastic! When we called for a table and asked for seating for 10 and on our way they asked "How many children?. Do you need any high chiars?". Which showed me a "We got you!" attitude. We got seated and served very promptly, and the food was great. I was very happy, obviously. I would definitely return, especially if you have a large party.
Best service I've had at any restaurant! Our server Jake was very friendly and funny, cracking lots of jokes. He said the freckled lemonade had "ethically source freckles" haha. A different server (didn't catch his name, but I remember he had gauges in his ears) immediately gave us extra fries with our meal and had Jake bring out more sauces to try with our onion rings. It was also my birthday, my bf asked if they did anything special for birthdays, Jake says (paraphrasing) "Oh yeah we got something for that! Won't tell you what it is but you'll know it when you see it." Later the servers came out and sang happy birthday and gave me a little sundae on the house! Also got a card for a free appetizer for our next visit. One server wished me a happy birthday as she left, and the others did the same as we were getting ready to leave. I'm surprised everyone was so nice and generous considering we admittedly came a little closer to closing. 10000/10 amazing experience.
This is by far the best Red Robin in the Central Valley. The staff in the bar area are great and always on top of things, even when they’re short staffed. The food is always good too. The cooks here get down back there because the burgers they serve are some of the best you can get in the area! We try to eat at local restaurants, but this Red Robin is our go to chain spot. We love this spot.
This is my family and i’s first time coming to Red Robin. The service was excellent, very welcoming and attentive. We let our waitress Alejandra (she was awesome), know it was our first time and walked us through the menu, even the manager stopped by our table and welcomed us brought us complimentary fries. Last but not least, the food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the warm welcome
So me and my fiancé came in the 13th Wednesday for Dinner around 3:15pm we were celebrating Valentine’s Day a little earlier. We were immediately greeted and sat at a table and our waiter was awesome. He was consistent. He came around when we needed him. Food was on time. He was super friendly. His vibe was very friendly. He was a very tall gentleman. Wish we would have gotten his name. Before our food came my fiancé and i decided to pull out some money and hand him a tip. He was just amazing that day. Nothing says good food and a great waiter with an awesome vibe.
Nice place and decently priced. Just wish the bar would stay manned the entire time. I hate when the bartender would walk off and wouldn't come back for another 10 minutes. Update 11/11/23: Bar seems better staffed. The bartender would walk off but he would come back quickly.
The staff at Red Robin West Shaw work hard to make sure your food is right the first time. If not they will make sure it is right for you. The staff are friendly and know how to treat customers. The food is pretty good, not excellent. The environment has a slight sports bar vibe with big screen TVs in multiple areas of the restaurant. It has a large bar area. This restaurant gets very busy at the busy times. If you go at the off time you'll be in and out no problem
Over priced for items serving Service was slow Overall food was okay Our drinks were over filled with ice, ask for lite ice. Not a return comstumer
Was greeted by a nice host, sat us where we wanted. The table was dirty, he did wipe it but it clearly needed a deeper clean, food crumbs all around, seat was broken and uncomfortable in some spots (we sat at a corner booth). Shakes were tasty. Ribs were surprisingly good. Season fries were bottomless and they were really good. We also got a free fry for being our first time, but they didn’t bring enough for the table. It was my son’s birthday, but ironically, they never brought his food out. The waitress never came back to check if we had received all of our items. Some time past and she finally came back and we told her that we never received one of our plates. She act surprised and maybe 25 minutes later we got his food, but everyone had finished eating by then. I had planned to order a drink and stay a little longer and get dessert. However, most of the food wasn’t that good the kids complained about their meals. One of my kids never received his plate into the end of the dining experience. When we were leaving, I feel like they were watching to make sure that we paid, although they never brought a check or asked if we were finished. We won’t be back .
I've personally eaten every burger on their menu 4 times over, plus every new/special burger they offer. The RR was the absolute worst in my 15+ years on eating RR. 1. Walked in, not greeted but barked at about sitting at the bar unless we wanted to wait. NEVER has this happened. We are always escorted to our table regardless of the seat. 2. Endless fries? End, the basket quantity was decreased by half. The only reason our fries were refilled (once) was flagging down another server. 3. The bar area was extremely slippery. 4. The men's restroom smelled like urine. 5. At one point my server took my glass to refill the water, but stopped twice to chat with fellow employees. 6. Aside from the above, our burgers were spon on. Unfortunately, after supporting RR for over 15 years, this restaurant makes me question the corporate culture now. No host/hostess should ever barked at customers, let alone not seat us with menus. Completely unprofessional.
The low star rating only reflective of this horribly experienced visit due to a very unfriendly, unhelpful waitress. Want to give 5 stars but would only be for Jordan the manager and not the waitress who was super unfriendly, unhelpful and would disappear, which eventually the Jordan the manager ended up taking care of our orders..but gona be generous and give service 1 star because of the bad waitress and only because was rescued by Jordan the manager who went above and beyond to make it right..otherwise original waitress horrible service, wouldn’t even come around, food was cold by time served cause had been forgotten and just sat there! 2 stars vs 1 star for food only because only for the bottomless garlic fries!.. Basically don’t work as a waitress if you can’t handle the customer service aspect! Thanks Jordan for all your help and all stars would have been checked for you!
This location needs to get it together. We ordered a very simple burger Just the patties, cheese and ketchup and mustard and that's it. Not only did they fail to do that but they added tomato, lettuce, onion. So we reordered drove all the way back over there which is 5 mi away. Totally disrupted our whole dinner with our family. Picked another burger up. Started driving home and thought we better check this. And can you believe it? They did it again. Something so simple and they can't follow instructions. So then we had to go back and reorder it again. They finally got it right!!! It's not that hard to read an order guys. Just follow the instructions. Pretty simple. I personally wouldn't go back to this location not only was their Customer service horrible, And the kitchen can't get nothing right but the food was ice cold. Make sure you're very specific. When you order make sure you tell them twice well actually three times cuz it takes three times for them to get it right!! It wasn't even worth it. The food was awful. We had six people ordered dinner and every single one of them did not like it. You might want to get your team back on board here. Might want to retrain your employees on how to get things right. Especially simple tasks. Get it together Red Robin!!!
Worst restaurant in this whole california Need to wait for 35-40mins after what my pickup time was. And when i tried to ask whats going on with my order the lady staff over there say I DON’T KNOW ,ALMOST DONE ,SOMETHING MESSED UP WITH ORDER and after 35mins of waiting at restaurant didn’t recieve any sorry or acknowledgment wow is this how red robin staff deals with customers. The longest i have ever waited on any restaurant was this i my whole life need to change the staff or do something about your restaurant system who makes orders so late then their desired time.
The wife and I decided to have a peaceful drink and relax at the bar. We noticed there was a customer with a kid that was yelling and screaming, and making noise. We were very uncomfortable. We could not relax wife and I were having a conversation regarding the situation, the bartender decided to let us know That they were accommodating this customer three or four customers walked away because of the noise and the yelling the fact that the bartender interrupted our private conversation that the wife and I were having that had nothing to do with him Was very rude and we felt uncomfortable we decided leave And go somewhere else today’s date is 8/2/25 Maybe the date will help the franchise educate their employees not to get involved in customer’s conversations And to treat customers equally, you are going to lose five customers over one I will probably not go back if this employee is there, I will walk in and walk away very unprofessional
