Great experience, had catering done for my son’s ceremony. The food was fresh, tasty and served hot. On time delivery, service was fantastic. The owner Balvir was so friendly and polite. Specially the fresh Jalebi they made on spot were cherry on top.

The food and service at this restaurant were incredible! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the thalis came with big portions and several subji options to choose from. We really enjoyed the pakoras, samosas, chai, and desserts as well. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Fresno area!

I am currently eating the food here and felt so compelled to post about it I took a break from the bites. I’ve heard about this place but never made it out there so I knew I had to try the khulche and bread… I am so glad I did, I’ll never go anywhere else now!!! I was immediately greeted with friendly smiles and conversation, turns out the food is as good as the people! Please try this place, you won’t regret

Delicious food, excellent service and very reasonably priced. We especially loved the chili paneer, fish pakora and sauce that went with it and the butter chicken was quite possibly the BEST I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back again!

I visited Fresno, CA for business trip and was looking for traditional Punjabi dhaba style food. I knew that this area is known for Punjabi food like Toronto, Canada, but having so many choices , you confused where to go, I made a great choice going to Sher-E-Punjab. The food was very authentic and the staff was very friendly. It is really worth going there once when you go to Yosemite. I am adding some pics for customers. The daal is mind blowing. Paneer was very fresh. Naan was perfectly cooked in tandoor.

And the cleanliness here is very good. I really enjoyed talking to the customers here. Sarwar took very good care of us. And that server was coming to us again and again that everything is fine. I don't mind paying for their food. I really enjoyed it.

Last minute find on our way to Fresno, and this was our first visit to the place. It’s a small place with a grocery store Inbuilt in it. However we did order large variety of items and everything definitely tasted wonderful. The chana bature was excellent, started out with chicken pakora, chicken sizzlers, aloo parathe, chicken biryani, garlic naan and chicken curry. Everything tasted delicious and would highly recommend this place

This place has changed ! Now it's a sit in restaurant. No buffet available today though, but they did have indian sweets. They had a thali combo for $15 that had 3 veg curries, rice, naan and a Gulab Jaman. Great portion for the price and delicious. It does come spicy though, so I would recommend requesting for less spice if you need to. Water comes in water bottles.

The restaurant ambiance is a fair 4★, we liked it, as it was quite comfy with a decent number amount of seating. Each table and seating is pre-set with plates, water bottles, and a menu on the table. When we arrived, we were the only customers. We ordered the butter chicken, which comes with a side of rice, garlic naan, chicken lollipop, which is 4 pieces of drumette, mango juice, and pineapple juice. The butter chicken was great, rice and garlic naan was perfect. The juices surprisingly appeared to taste freshly squeezed and delicious, if that may be the actual case. —While eating, we noticed one of the chicken lollipops was not cooked all the way through and was still raw in the middle. We checked another chicken lollipop and noticed it was also raw in the middle. We notified the waitress and they were able to replace the order with a new one. — Overall, the food was great. 4★ My experience with the service, however, was perhaps a 3★, not as good as expected due to minor language barrier while ordering, trying to resolve the semi-raw chicken issue, and when asking for a to-go container for my unfinished butter chicken. We were goven a small 8oz container upon request for a to-go container that did not fit the leftover butter chicken... due to the miscommunication. There was another miscommunication during the experience where the receipt given to us looked like a kitchen/prep ticket, which did not show the total paid amount per items ordered. We asked the waitress/server again for a copy of my receipt that showed the total paid. They did not understand and insisted it was the receipt. It wasn't until the owner came and walked the waitress through printing out my receipt for us. Overall we give it a 3.5★. We tipped 15%, as the food was fresh and enjoyable and delicious despite the chicken situation, and the service was okay. The table preparation, the waitress and the owners fine attempt to work things out via communication, to us, shows the restaurant is a fairly quality spot... but the overall experience did not meet our minimal desired experience, so we may not be as firm on returning.

Kind of missed the mark a little for me here. I’ve more recently had Punjabi food and this place is still good and definitely for the price you get your money’s worth. I ordered the butter chicken and it was full of flavor and had everything you want in butter chicken. Then I ordered a tandoori fish and this was really full of flavor and extra spicy, which was spicy for my wife. Then we ordered the garlic naan and it just missed the mark because it was not as fluffy and garlicky as I would like. The service makes up the biggest difference. The lady who served us was super nice and was attentive to us. Would I come back and try something else, I would because of the fact that service was good and they might have had an off day.

was visiting Fresno so we thought of trying this home cooked meals not restaurant like - need work on packaging all good gets spilled mixed not worth eating since taste are mixed please Shane ne Punjabi we tired previous was much better in taste I hope u improve on that just taste simple like home cooked why would I order if I want home cooked or mention it on its home food -

Ordered chicken tikka masala and my sweet hubby picked it up for me. When I opened it there were huge chunks of bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Looked like a stew and tasted only like bell peppers. Hubby went back thinking it was a mistake and they insisted that's what it is now. Not at all even close to what I ordered. Really disappointed. Had some of the rice and it was much blander than it used to be as well as the garlic Naan. Such a bummer, this used to be my go to place before they changed everything. Gotta find a new location, super bummed out.
