Fast food outcomes fluctuate based on what is occurring in that store at that moment. My experience at this store has always been good to great. Thanks TB people in Fresno near the airport.

The food was very good the tacos were full of meat which is very unusual for Taco Bell. It was a little dirty on the inside but other than that it was good.

Normally taco bells are pretty good most of the time. Sometimes the food is a little cold but that may also be because I had to drive a little further to get to where I was going to eat. So I guess I can't really blame them for that most of the time. LoL the food is very consistent between Taco bells in most cases.

UPDATE: 3 WORDS: CRAVINGS LUXE BOX I said I wouldn't go back... This $7 Luxe box seemed like a good deal and value & it was! You get a med drink, 1 taco,1 Chulupa, your choice of steak, or chicken, 1 burrito, and a warm container of nacho cheese for your chips! Not only was this filling, but it was also delicious 😋 & made perfectly. Thank you for doing better. Just got to work on the drug/homeless in the parking lot. ---------‐------------------ OLD REVIEW: Fast food places have gotten too expensive. I would rather just enjoy a sit-down restaurant like Toledos. Fast food was always a quick, expensive way to feed the whole family, not anymore. Not only did they forget our drinks in the drive thru, but they did not add the extra money we spent to surpreme our tacos. Yeah, we forgot our drinks, too, but we were still in shock, almost spending $50 on just tacos. 🌮 🌯 🌮

pretty much what you would expect from Taco Bell. I do like some of their products, particularly their crunchy tacos. Went in around 1:05 PM and not many people. Had toilet paper soap, and the soap dispenser and the hand dryer worked. restrooms are locked and you have to ask for someone to open the door. They required that I order at the automated station which I despise. I miss the good all days where you can just walk up to the counter and tell somebody what you want and pay for it. My taco was good.

It was so slow in the drive Thur I don't know what was going on it took me about 40 min to get my food and there was only 4 cars ahead of me . At this time I would not go back to this one if that's how this one is . The cashier he was very nice but I think he was new cause he kept asking someone about what he was doing if it was right

It's OK I guess, however a little while back when I was on my way to willow Creek to visit a loved one, before today, I usually have no problem being able to use the bathroom. Today however, i ran into a problem because someone was taking TOO LONG to come out. I ended leaving because I had to catch the next Herndon bus I hope i don't have an accident along the way

I had a terrible experience with the Mexican Pizza, which is my favorite item in the menu. It was horrible. The tortilla was greasy and the overall presentation was sloppy. I did make a comment to Taco Bell about it and they did replace it, but it still wasn't to the standards that I remember before they discontinued it.

This taco bells food was flavorless, and the tacos we ordered the taco shells were stale and tasted old. The service and atmosphere were fine. They were fast, and we got our order quickly. It was the food that disappointed.

I get it, the location where it is. But, I rate it as it is. Sorry, just being honest. And, I never throw food out...and I had to. It was that bad. The Mexican Pizza specifically. Rancid shell.

Just stopped by to get something quick to eat, ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And when I opened it, it was just sad. Not enough lettuce, barely any cheese or sauce. If I could add a picture of it I would. There are other TBs in Fresno that offer better quality. The only pro was the wait time, but then again it was a trade off in quality.

2 star for the food. They make their double beef burrito thick, but they don't do breakfast at this location. 2 star for service. In the last 5 times I've been here, they've forgotten items twice. 3 star for atmosphere. Homeless people all over. They never bug me.

It's way too expensive for fast food, they do not serve tostadas or enchiladas. They are slow, and often times the food is cold , and drive through gets more attention than anything

One of the shabbiest tb's I've been to on the west coast. taco bell is a 2.5 star franchise for me. you will see on my profile I rate most 2 or 3 stars on here. the counter girl was the highlight with a smile and was helpful. I got the discovery box at $9 at the time of this writing and I won't get it again as its barely more food than the $7 supreme box. The tacos were sparse with toppings. the crunch wrap had a bit of an odd flavor. The dorritos loco taco used to be orange and have some flavor in the shell but it was barely distinguishable from the regular crunchy taco in flavor and color. The new midnight baja soda is grape soda but with caffeine in it. seems to have replaced root beer but it's not better than root beer. The lobby soda machine appears to be non functional so i just took some sips and ditched it without replacing. root beer is the only one I used to get. now with no non-caffeine sodas I'm left to not get a drink next visit. The bathroom was nasty. The floors everywhere looked bad. It looks like they partially remodeled this one but they left some wooden booths and the one i sat on was shaky. One of the few taco bells I wouldn't return to.

Wellllllllll. To start I was greeted by air and not a soul in sight. Followed up by the most beautiful colors on a screen that lagged so much I couldn’t tell what I might have ordered. But finally with the help of myself I managed to luckily guess my order right!!!! Upon getting no receipt via text for a few mins I got a text! But after 20 min still no food :(. But hey after I left and got home from driving back into town and getting back from a long road trip I was excited to finally see the “oatmeal chicken dump” in the box!!!! Top inch especially since at least 4 other items were missing from my bag. Thank you TB. Kudos! Another satisfied customer!

First of all, I ordered online using their app, which isn't that hard to use. I selected the "walk-in" option. I get to the location and I notice there's a bunch of fences up. No sign whatsoever. I doubted that it was open. With no way to tell, I go around and knock on the drive- in window. I accidentally startle one of the girls working, to which another woman comes to the window. I politely explain that I ordered and wasn't sure if it was open. The lady looks at me with an angry look, to which she tells me, "Go around with your car." We go around and we see the inside is under construction. No sign. Not sure if any dust from all the repairs was getting into the food, but I personally won't be coming back.

The inside smells really bad. It's old taco bell and the people are Rude cheap. Wouldn't give me Refill on my drink because I accidentally chose Baja blast freeze instead I wanted Baja blast the drink. Worst taco bell I ever went too

Just tried to stop by. No cars in drive thru, no customers in lobby. Manager set up in lobby (assuming for interviews). I wait for half a minute for the employee to come from the back, no big deal. She asks me if I've already placed an order, and when I say that I hadn't, she told me to use the kiosk. So, I'm not good enough for direct human interaction? These kiosks are allowing businesses to employ less employees while we desperately need jobs. So again, no one in drive thru, no one on lobby, no one behind me... NO BUSINESS AT ALL AT THE MOMENT... And they'd still rather not take my order. They lost my business. I will never return to this location, and I recommend that no one else do either. There are plenty of other similar restaurants right there in the neighborhood, why frequent a business that doesn't want you to place an order when they are empty?!

I ordered a burrito twice at this location asking them to customize it for me and put just ground beef and a little bit of beans. On both occasions they put a lot of beans and barely some ground beef. I could barely taste the beef while that's what I wanted the most and I told them that. Today I ordered a burrito supreme and the beans were cold (not as if they came out of the fridge but cool) and it was a bit disgusting. The group beef was warm but since they barely put some it didn't make much difference so I didn't really eat well

I was hesitant to spend a DOLLAR MORE for the Taco Bell Supreme but I did times two - and both tacos were the plain regular taco - no sour cream no tomato. I would not be upset if it was the same cost - but it is $2.00 extra that I was cheated. This location on McKinley is poorly managed - this location has had numerous order errors. I haven't posted a bad review in years - but this Taco Bell on McKinley will never see me again. I suggest you double check what you actually receive in your bag.

Extremely poor customer service at the drive thru. Lady wasn't answering my questions. Got to the window, paid, and was immediately told to go around and park at the front to wait for my food. I. WAS. THE. ONLY. CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! What shocked me even more was one of the employees when my food was ready. Luckily I looked up and saw her inside waving for me to drive around again to get my food!!!! Got to my hotel and was beyond disappointed with the food. They are extremely scarce with the food.
