We had an amazing experience at Westwoods BBQ! The food was absolutely perfect — full of flavor, fresh, and cooked to perfection. And the frozen margaritas were the cherry on top — the perfect way to end the meal on a high note. We arrived late, but the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They didn’t rush us at all and made sure we had the full experience, even close to closing time. You can tell they really care about their guests. Highly recommend this place — great food, great drinks, and genuinely kind service!

Our experience here was very satisfying and grateful. The food was delicious, as was the service. They said it would take 25 to 30 minutes to wait because it was Sunday, but in reality it was like 20 minutes. The food arrived quickly when we ordered. Westwoods BBQ & SPICE CO. Feb. 1, 2025 Saturday night at around 9ish or later We decided to come here for a late dinner with our family. So we got the "Beast Platter" & the "Ultimate Platter" & I wanted the Prime Rib Steak but they didn't have any so I got the prime rib sandwich & it was just ok (Thank God) for the horseradish sauce it made it so much better & I think that's what it was ? But the other dipping sauce was just ok I've had better & I'm sorry to say the Rice Pilaf had a funny after taste to it also. Now on the bright side the "Beast Platter" was so delicious & yummy & the "Ultimate Platter" was also because it had plenty of different kinds of meat & the sides were ok on both of them. I really did enjoy their name brand BBQ Sauce the original one because I was putting it on the BBQ meat for extra sauce! 🤤 The other thing that was really good was the "Jalapeno Corn Bread" & it was my daughter favorite & she loves them both so what a combination! & their corn bread itself also was very good. So three of the family members got shots & two mixed drinks & I got a ice tea with lemon & another one got a ice tea with no lemon. It was our very first time here but a couple of them in our family had came here before. Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for the platters & drinks & the service. 🤠👍

Tonight, we had the pleasure of trying something out of our usual routine for dinner and try out Westwoods BBQ & Spice Co. For a Wednesday evening, it wasn’t too busy and dining in wasn’t long at all for table. I placed an online reservation about 30 minutes in advanced! We had amazing service from our waitress Lindsey was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu items for us! She suggested a lot of great stuff that we ended up trying the tri tip, which was our favorite part of what we ordered! After some time with the menu, we both got the Dinner BBQ Plates both as Sliced Tri Tip with Fried Chicken Strips and an appetizer of Beer Battered Onion Rings! We both ended up getting different sides to get a well-rounded taste of all Westwoods had to offer and everything tastes amazing! You can really tell by the taste of the food that the cooks have a lot of passion for what they make and the quality the dishes the customers enjoy. Overall, this has to be one of my favorite dine in experiences at a restaurant so far! I definitely recommend giving them a try and we’ll definitely be back soon to try more of their fantastic food. Great big shout out for the cooks that prepare their delicious food we enjoyed tonight, Lindsey, our amazing waitress who took great care of us and provided great service, and the rest of the Westwoods staff for all they do for their guests!

We visited here for lunch on our way from LA. We came right before the lunch rush so we were seated right away. The food came out quite fast after we ordered. - Half rack baby back ribs: the sauce was good but the meat was tough & overcooked - Burnt end brisket: our favorite! The brisket was very tender and the sauce was on the sweet side. It was tasty! - broccoli slaw: good, the dish was on the sweeter side but it had lots of mayo - creamed corn: just okay. The corn was perfectly cooked and buttery. - french fries: good, crispy, and well seasoned - green bean: crunchy but kinda bland (lack of spice)

The food was great with the exception of the chicken sausage. I believe we ordered was is called the chefs platter. The server was the only problem I had with my visit to Westwoods. Her customer service skills were lacking. She may have been having a bad day, but in this industry that's how you make your money. Shifty attitude won't get you anywhere. However, we still left her a descent tip, more than she really deserved. She even rushed us in the end to leave because she had to leave and my SIL & I were having girls time. If I return and the server happens to be assigned to out table again, I will definitely ask to have her replaced.

West Wood has solid service and a good vibe. Staff was attentive, friendly, and the place feels well put together without trying too hard. Me and my wife split the Ultimate Platter with fries, scalloped potatoes, and she grabbed a Caesar salad. Sides and seasoning showed the kitchen knows flavor. Meat was a different story. Brisket came in a thick cut instead of a thin slice, and it was dry. Same problem across the board — seasoning was on point, meat wasn’t juicy. The Caesar salad and sides carried the meal more than the main attraction.

Visiting from Texas and I’m a former BBQ restaurant owner. Had the Brisket nachos and 1/2 rack of pork spare ribs. The nachos were okay, but would have liked to have seen a little more brisket on them, and they should leave the bbq sauce off, or at least ask. The ribs were almost inedible. This was the first time I had to use the counter salt for my meal. The ribs needed a knife to cut, and were far from “fall off the bone”, 1/3 of the ribs were excessive fat which wasn’t trimmed properly, and to boot, they left the silver skin on the back!…cmon…lol.
