So I've been wanting to try this place because subs are second to pizza in my book and I'm glad we did. I chose to go with a wrap and was not disappointed, it wasn't the best wrap ever but it was really good I got the Truly Vegan sandwich in a warp, apparently the sub my friend got was one of the top subs she's had, can't remember what she ordered but it had chicken. We ordered and to our suprise the subs came with a cookie. Everything tasted fresh, the ambience was delightful topped with top of the line service. The staff offered a service to be reckoned with (watch out Chik-fil-a!) They offered guidance and recommendations AND the even re-wrapped the left overs and bagged them. They deserve a 5 star just like their service, place was also clean!

This is the best sandwich shop in Fresno hands down!! The quality of food is superb! The prices are affordable! The service is outstanding! Ray the owner is extremely friendly and professional. And every order comes with a homemade chocolate chip cookie!! I love the truly vegan sandwich with the red pepper hummus the best! Oh and the music is perfect! I could eat lunch there everyday!!

I’m becoming a weekly regular at this place, I’ve been impressed with the taste of their sandwiches every time. They never disappoint and every employee should be praised for their hard work. Best Sandwich Shop in Fresno! Giving this place 5 stars doesn’t feel deserving enough, I’d give them more if I could.

First time here and I have to say it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and the shop was clean. I had The Italian sandwich and it was good. I chose the Dutch bread, crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. The bread had an awesome texture. They have other choices including rye bread. If you get a chance, stop by and give them a try. Oh, before I forget, your sandwich comes with a chocolate chip cookie. Oh yeah.

Ive tried Mr. Pickles a few times before deciding on a review and let me tell you, the sandwiches are off the hook. I've tried each of their breads, most of the different meat options and all of the toppings and they were always fresh and evenly distributed. Everytime I've been in the service was prompt, friendly and as fast as can be for how popular this place is. The bonus is a nice shaded patio to sit and eat. The place is clean and well lit with good seating. One thing to remember is that the Dutch crunch roll is amazing but it is SWEET so I do not recommend it for pastrami, salami or any other ultra savory ingredients. It really goes well with Turkey, ham etc.

Awesome pastrami bacon sandwich. The Dutch crispy bread was amazing but hurt the top of my mouth. Worth it. And everyone working there was so nice. Amazing cookies they gave us with the samdwich!

I had the Fast Eddy . It's yummy a BBQ Roast Beef, Cheader & BBQ Sauce with Everything else... On wheat . So good filled me up so fast.. go try it there are so many special sandwichs .. great soup too.

Featuring a wide variety of hot and cold speciality sandwiches, salads, a kid's menu - something for everyone in the family. Maybe a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. Enjoyed the Veggie Pestoli and a side of potato salad.

I thought about digging up an old pic from the sandwich in Saint Louis and posting it beside a picture of my sandwich I paid 13 dollars for today but what's the point. It wont change anything and this is Fresno. On a positive note, I would have been happy with the sandwich if it was $8.00 instead of $13.00.and here is where you say"Everyrhing is more expensive now". Go to Mr Pickles Fresno and see for yourself. If you have never traveled outside of California, you might like it. Update: Thank you for letting me know this Mr Pickles is not affiliated with the store I visited in Saint Louis. I failed to do the research before posting. So I decided to re-visit the shop and update my review. The service was good. The staff greeted me and my sandwich was made within 10 minutes of arriving. I had a sandwich,chips and soda. The cost was $20 .The sandwich was good. Compared to local sandwich shops in fresno it is ok. Adding 1 star.

It was kind of similar to Subway and then on top of that, they gave me a cookie to go for free which is awesome but I ordered the vegan sandwich so that’s probably something you should ask before you include the cookie in the bag or make a vegan cookie. Either way the sandwich was OK but I’d probably recommend a different sandwich shop for a fresher sandwich.

It’s really yummy, but I didn’t know they turn off their ovens an hour before closing and they shouldn’t be cleaning when you still have an hour to close as well I had to carefully walk around the worker cleaning so I don’t step on the trash

Never doordash from here, they make zero effort to correctly prepare the order.

Stopped by today. Was asked which option I wanted for this and that and I had what I thought was a good convo with the employee. Specifically bacon, sourdough toasted and no mayo. Didn’t get any of that. She knew it as I sat there and ate it. I was so tired from traveling for 24 hours I didn’t pick up on the mayo until half way through it so I threw the rest away, which for $18 that’s an expensive sandwich. Once I picked up on it I looked up and she was watching me and then looked away. I normally like this shop but today’s service was horrible. Food quality Is consistent. Unfortunate

How do you guys mess up almost every single sandwich? Ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 were right. Like you read the receipt and put the fries in the bag. Wrong bread, no bacon on any, wrong condiments, wrong combos. I’m sorry, but I get one mistake, but 4 complete mistakes? Plus we saw the disrespect with the portion sizes being way lower than when we go in person. Always great ordering online to make your lives easier for you to purposefully mess up our food. Edit to owner response: It’s a metaphor for the fact that your job is too easy for you to fail so hard and be so incompetent. But my outcome with my order now makes sense seeing management is just as incompetent to not catch that 😂.
