The sauce is 🔥! The chicken sandwich was good too! Service was top notch. My wife said she loved the salad.. the honey gold tender just needs a little more flavor for me though. Overall... I liked it

I waited for two months for this place to open up and it was worth the wait. The chicken was delicious. The fries were so crispy and tasty. I was not going to try the sauce, but I tried it with the fries and let me tell you it was addicting. The portion was plenty , and the price was worth the quality of food. I love the decor and the lovely patio on the side. If you are looking for a good chicken sandwich I recommend you drop the competition across the street and come try this place. Will definitely visit again.

I absolutely loved this place! We couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the flavors were. Let me just start with saying that we are super appreciative of having an actual chicken spot that isn’t over-hyped or we don’t have to follow around a food truck for some good chicken and fries. The flavor meter is really cool feature. The staff is already knowledgeable about the flavors which was helpful when deciding options for the kids. The teenager and hubby devoured the chicken sandwich. I had the bowl and couldn’t believe the chunks of chicken tenders in it. You definitely get your money’s worth with the bowl. The kids loved the chicken and waffles! That was a whole new world for them. Their lemonade options were also delicious. The fries won us over for sure. Seasoned to perfection and the dipping sauce had a bit of spice yet sweetness to it. You have to try it! We are excited about returning.

They say money can't buy happiness; but it buys a jet ski and hot chicken, and I can't afford a jet ski, but least I can afford this chicken! As a heat head and chicken lover, calling this my favorite chicken place is a huge compliment. Everytime I'm in the area I try to get some of the deliciousness. Better in the morning right after opening; but still amazing whenever I've gone in there and even on a bad day better than any other chicken I've had from a spot.

We visited this restaurant in Fresno during our vacation to experience local flavors. This place is not your typical fast-food chain. The chicken was incredibly fresh and flavorful—juicy and tender on the inside, with a crispy exterior. The taste was absolutely mind-blowing. We tried the "Lift Off" spice level, one level lower than the maximum heat. The flavors are difficult to describe; you really need to experience them at the restaurant. The atmosphere is trendy and family-friendly, making it suitable for those with kids. They also have outdoor seating and offer table service. The restaurant has wheelchair accessible entrances, seating, and restrooms. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a clearer way to identify the food based on spice levels. They did offer toothpicks in different colors, but we were unsure which colors corresponded to which spice levels.

This place definitely rocks!!! We tried it for the first time and it did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in, the staff were friendly and greeted us and helped us with the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was trendy! We ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich and it was very flavorful, and the Tenders and Waffles, in which the waffles came with sugar pearls. I highly recommend the Watermelon Cucumber Frozen Lemonade! We would definitely come back!

This place is amazing and so delicious! I love the options of both indoor and outdoor seating. I got their southwest salad & it is by far my favorite salads out there. We went for the first time & the person that helped us was really nice & helped us choose a spice level.

If you’re looking for a bomb spicy chicken sandwich place. This is it. Been there a couple times as well as dashed. If you want just regular tender. I’ll stay away from spicy/lift off and Houston we have a problem( need waiver). If you want to enjoy your food with some spice to it. Spicy and liftoff are it. If you wanna be crying, try Houston we have a problem, spice def lingers on your tongue. You also have to sign a waiver and only 18+ must show ID ( they give you gloves and cups for water) . Great customer service and clean hipster environment. Their tenders are crispy and juicy, with a bomb flavor. My faves are spicy and Liftoff. You’ll fall in love their fries. So crispy!!! Recommended it to my siblings since they are chicken sandwiches lovers and have literally tried every place and it got the seal of approval. My only thing. Tables are so close to each other but I mean the food is bomb so hey don’t matter right. Also if you afraid that your fries are gonna be soggy if you order take out. I taken 30 min to get home from when I order and they are still crispy. They also have this sweet sauce. It pairs well with both the fries and chicken. Place is usually busy during weekends but weekdays before lunch it’s chill

We were searching for a place to eat in the area and came across this restaurant. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the friendly staff there. Also one of the staff members had a very kind gesture for my son. ❤️ It was our first time eating here and I will say the food did not disappoint! The chicken was delicious! Went to Houston Texas Hot Chicken for the first time and it was awesome! The lady who took are order was really attentive and explained the spice levels well. I got the buffalo chicken and it was amazing! Perfect spice level and the buffalo flavor was good.

Ernesto at Houston Hot Chicken is seriously the best ever! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole experience amazing. His customer service is top tier — you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly made our visit even better. Houston Hot Chicken is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great food AND the outstanding service from Ernesto!

I saw this place when I was with my friend driving around, he said he didn't feel like coming so I invited my mom and aunt here. The atmosphere is really nice, music isn't loud, and the lighting is beautiful, clean bathrooms too, and they respect their customers! Food looks and tastes amazing.

I don’t come here too often (maybe 2–3 times a year), but every time I do it’s worth it. The only thing I’ve tried is the Hot Chicken sandwich, and honestly, it’s the best one I’ve had anywhere. The chicken breast is always juicy, the spice is real, and the flavor is unbeatable. The fries with the house sauce are also a must—really good. Sweet tea deserves an honorable mention too, very refreshing and tasty. On top of that, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. If you’re craving a chicken sandwich, this place sets the standard.
