Very nice shop. The souffle is the best which I had in California. The cake is so so soft waxy. Love it. Recommend highly!

This place is a great place to cool down and relax. The atmosphere is calm with clean restrooms and nice staff I would really recommend this place. We got the blended matcha and a peach white tea with boba. Everything was very tasty.

Sooo good!! Waited roughly 10 min for 3 soufflés- mango, taro and strawberry. They are so lite and fluffy, we loved them. Reminded me of a pancake but way better, can’t believe their not baked. Can’t wait to return and try other flavors.

Ordered the Original souffle and ube latte. Took about 12 minutes didn't know what to expect but well worth the wait. Not sure what the cream on top is but it was delicious and not too sweet just right. And the souffle it's self was soft and fluffy. Nice little spot the latte was great. One order was good enough for 2 ppl to share. Total cost $20

Super light and fluffy japanese soufflé. Staff was quick to take our order. Food was hot and fresh. Place was clean. A bit pricey but was worth it.

This is such a niche delicacy to have available in our big little city. My ube was delicious. They were efficient, wore gloves&masks the whole time, and had wrapped straws available by request. It's hard to see some reviewers tear into a new restaurant on their first experience (esp when they're clearly overbooked) but I wanted to leave this as a safe first experience in a tastefully furnished, "still new" smelling room with a high ceiling next to yogurtland.

Tried this place over the weekend, as we were looking to have dessert. We got the Strawberry Soufflé and two drinks with boba. Although it did take a while to get the soufflé, they were very busy. The soufflé did not disappoint! 🤤 It was so pretty and taste so good! I’ll randomly add I do not like pancake textured food or sweets, but I found them to be so good! I can’t wait to go back. ♥️

Place is big and spacious. Would like to see more decorations and art up on the walls so it won't look so bland. It is almost $13 for one soufflé, but it is delicious! Thick pankcake style but very soft. Dined in with my friend Dee. Everyone should come try this place out at least once🙂

Their boba drinks taste great and the souffle are sooo good. I have enjoyed every flavor I have ordered. While there are not a ton of seats inside, I have not encountered a time where there was not enough room to sit. Only complaint is that the food always takes a while to come out (20 minutes), but I believe that is because they are made fresh that moment and take about 20 minutes to cook.

I like their matcha blended and ubelatte, their desserts look perfect as well I’ll give it a try. Some people thinks it’s overpriced but they can bake at home if they want to eat lower price. It is normal considering they pay rent, utility, employee and more

These pancakes are phenomenal! If I lived closer I'd be eating here way too often. I've tried the Matcha, Mango, and Taro pancakes. Matcha was okay, but a little too bitter for me. Mango and Taro had the best sweetness for the pancakes. Pancakes are fluffy pieces of heaven.

I had the blue berry yogurt drink blended with boba and boy was it delicious it's a must try I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu. Very cute and clean place to get something yummy to eat

Went on Halloween to take some oshikatsu photos for L's birthday. Their lemon black tea is really tasty and the strawberry soufflé was perfect in taste and appearance for the photos.

We ordered the taro blended, taro souffle,and the chocolate souffle. Loved the taro drink it did not taste too strong nor did it have a powdery taste to it. The chocolate souffle was beautiful not a big fan of eggs and it tasted and smelled like eggs but the texture was very fluffy and pleasing.

Was at river park Wednesday morning and I got locked out of my car lol as I waited to get my car opened for us my bf and I found this little place and they had just opened for the day and really sweet lady greeted us. She took our order and we waited for our treats. Environment was very chill and calming I love the minimalistic look and I felt very relaxed as my bf and I waited. We get our order and omg it was the warmest most comforting little pancakes I’d ever had!! It was the perfect sweet but not too sweet and flavorful fruit taste with very good fresh fruit too! I love the jiggle it has lol. The place is cute, the environment was relaxing and the staff was friendly. Definitely a new “end the date” spot for us😊

We tried the chocolate, original and strawberry souffle. All of them were delicious! Not overly sweet. It does take about 15-20 minutes for them to make it but it was worth the wait! We also tried the strawberry and blueberry yogurt blended drinks and they were delicious as well!

The original & strawberry souffle were both delicious!! Both very airy and lite but packed with flavor. The mango passionfruit tea was really refreshing especially in that triple digit weather. Will definitely be coming back on my next visit.

Food was 6.5/10, the souflees look really nice, they're Japanese style as opposed to European - so less sweet and more eggy, texture was really good and didn't deflate even after taking it to go. There's one type of souflee base so the flavor all comes from the topping, i got taro. It looked really good, had a smooth texture and vibrant color. Flavor was a bit lacking,, not a bad flavor but felt either watered down or didn't have enough fat to carry the flavor. it was overly sweet in a way where it hits you at the end, but doesn't tast like it when you bite into it. Kind of like they didn't get the ratio of fat, hydration, stabilizers, and sugar right,, i also think they used a simple syrup to sweeten it as opposed to powder sugar. It improves the texture and holds up longer so if i were making it at a restaurant i would probably do the same; for home use i would use powder sugar for the flavor. The tea i got was red bean milk tea,, the tea has good flavor and brewing strength, as well as the right amount of milk and sweetness. However they put the read bean paste in without blending it, so it all clumped together at the bottom. If it had been a flavored boba it would gave been good that way, but ths texture of the paste is exactly as you would expect. Personally i would have blended it in with a small ammount of the the milk and added a stabilizer to keep it from seperating. Atmosphere was 9.5/10,, so i would definitely come back to study or chat with freinds for a while. Open into the evening which i apreciate. Lighting was bright enough to easily read but not overwhelming or harsh. There was quiet and calm music playing at the perfect volume,, could hear it well enough to make for good background noise - but able to easily tune it out when focused or talk over. Service was fast and friendly. Didnt need to go out of her way but did a very professional job. I was able to study the menu for a while without feeling rushed or stared at,, and she was right there to take my order with no wait once i had decided. came out in less than 10 minutes, pretty good for a souffle cooked to order. I didn't ask questions however she would have very likley known the answer as there was 1 person to do the customer interfacing, plating, prep and cooking to order. Will come back as a nice spot to chill, hang or chat but won't do togo again.

Great experience here last Thursday, 5/12/22. We tried two hot tea drinks and one strawberry souffle-very delicious! We took our souffle to go and it was still very delicious, warm, and fluffy. When I go back to try a chocolate one, I'd eat it there right away to enjoy the full experience. Great service.

Soufflé was yummy, orginal and matcha wasn't too sweet and had good flavor. If you don't like fluffy or eggy things then this isn't for you. Drinks aren't worth it as well

Amazing souffles! So light and fluffy and the frosting or cream stuff was so delicious! It took a while to make. Pretty good milk tea. The ube latte didn't taste much like ube. It only tasted like coffee but it was pretty good. Not very sweet.

The got the Ube latte with 25% sugar and it was very bland. Very reliant on sugar to push it through. But the souffle was great. Very soft and delicious .

The strawberry soufflé was sooo good absolutely loved how soft and flavorful it was. I also got the strawberry yogurt blend which was alright, tastes exactly what regular yogurt would taste like. Next time I’ll be trying one of their teas instead. Definitely worth trying

It’s something different than usual, we had strawberry soufflé, one of their popular FUWA. Honestly, it was good, but for some reason half of it was tasty and the other half has a very eggy taste. Regarding the price, I think it is a bit pricey. If you’re looking for a new dessert experience, try fuwa fuwa

My friend and I strolled in after having dinner in the area. We were greated by a friendly personable gentleman at the counter who took the time to go over the menu with us and make suggestions. I had the macha and my friend had the chocolate souffle. The service, atmosphere and presentation all rate a high 10 for me. They lost me in the flavor of the souffle batter. The texture was great but it left a very bold "eggy" after taste. I would recommend flavoring the batter a bit more. The toppings on both souffle were delightful. Not to sweet. Just right.

When they first opened, the souffle was good because Im assuming it was made fresh, but now it's not the same anymore. I used to have to wait, probably 10 minutes or more, but now it's less than 5 minutes. Idk if they either pre-made it or bought pre-made one for faster service. I travel a lot to LA and have tried them in Japan and South Korea as well, so these souffle are meant to be made fresh only. It's tasting like a Japanese cheese cake now, which is more dense. When they made it fresh, it was more fluffy, airy, and had more egg flavor taste to it. The presentation is still cute, but the souffle has definitely been downgraded.

I think it’s a new place, maybe thats why they didnt have many options. i think i paid like $7-$8 for these two. It wasnt bad for the price, i get what it’s supposed to be but it wasnt the best flavor wise , i dumped most of the cake away, it was kind of dry but it was soft. I do want to try the bigger Soufflé, it looked interesting, i may go again, i might get a drink as well seems there were tons of options for that.

They tried but it was a bad experience. I understand they just opened up but the wait time was horrible. It seemed as if they were cooking souffles one at a time. When I was finally inside, I was thrown off by their sanitation. They have their cashier bag your souffle without gloves and their hands risk touching your food. They also handed people their unwrapped straws without gloves. I'd understand the wait time if their food was amazing but it was plain and eggy. Not worth $12. I was really excited for this. Hopefully they improve in the future.

An honest review it's over priced , over sweet recipe for diabetes, nothing extraordinary just over sweet , mango souffle lacks texture u only taste sweet . If you want to have sweet sugary things can't try but it's not worth the money

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never coming back here ever!!!

I used to be a regular at this cafe because the location was convenient and I liked the vibe, but after my last few visits, I won’t be going back. The staff member working the counter was incredibly lackadaisical—moving slowly, barely acknowledging customers, and seeming completely uninterested in helping anyone. When I asked a simple question about the menu/options, the response was half-hearted at best and not at all helpful or competent. It felt like my business was an inconvenience rather than something they valued.
