Aloha this place was so good and it was our first time we will be back. The service was really pleasant Alina did a very good job. The chicken combo cooked to perfection. The vegetables were crisp and fresh.

They have some really great meals. It's very well done and great tasting. They do allow seating now and it is a great and relaxed atmosphere. They have a TV that plays the food channel which is great. They have plenty to choose from on the menu and they also have sweet beverages which is pretty delicious.

So delish! I got the seafood mix and chicken katsu plates. Reasonable prices. Drinks are great too. My green apple was so refreshing. The taro was great too

Food is really really good! The macaroni is delicious, the chicken is cooked to perfection. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I’ll eat a meal from there and I will literally be hungry about 2 hours later, hahaha, I don’t know why?

This place is good. They gave you the option of substituting out the macaroni salad for extra steamed rice. The chicken katsu is really good. They have multiple dipping sauces including sriracha teriyaki soy sauce and I think sweet and sour Or Duck Sauce not sure but it's good.

The food was good. The place appears to be more geared towards take-out.

From the 1st time I brought my 4yr old here it's her favorite eatery. She is 8yrs old now and we're here today. Introduced others to the place & now they're customers here. ENJOY!

Awesome food. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, and man they don't skimp on chicken. A plate full of chicken and sides. Absolutely awesome taste. Would definitely recommend. Inside restaurant is kinda a mixed bag of decor, but can't complain since their food is great!

The food was delicious I just wish they offered a sampler platter with a little bit of all their entree items. I ordered two different combo items so I got to try the BBQ platter and the shrimp and beef combo. Everything was good. I especially liked their teriyaki sauce and katsu sauce. Since it was help yourself to the sauces I tried them all and used them graciously on my food

Food is delicious! But don't go at the end of the day because they will start mopping the floors all around you and under your feet! When leaving my son fell because the floors were so slippery.

Noodles are extremely good rice is good as well, I got the chicken combo I didn't like the meat at all no flavor... customer service is horrible the prices isn't worth the quality of the food.. Will I come back? Only for n oddles and rice other than that NO.

The food was good, the macaroni salad was more watery than normal but it was still good. The service has changed since they have the self order screen now though. But the wait time was not bad considering we went on Valentine’s Day.

I have had them mess my order up 3 times and never even credit me the money difference to the plate I was really suppose to get. Then one day I called in to place the order, she put me on hold and started helping every person in the line while im waiting on the phone and hearing everything. Then she forgets im on the phone and never picks the phone back up. I was so mad I drove over there and guess what she still had the phone on! I was so mad and then she messed my order up again. Place is over expensive and rude.

We went their based on the good reviews. I was pretty disappointed with this place to be honest. The food was OK, but nothing special. Maybe the food just isn't my thing, but it was very basic. The three other people in our party all ageeed. So in all, over priced and bland. I will say the people that worked there were friendly and polite. Unfortunately their food didn't measure up. There were also 3 kids with us also, all three got burgers and all three didn't like them. I don't think I'll be back.

Not happy. Me and my guy went together. Not only was the food bland and flavorless. (I threw it away) but my guy specifically said no drink and upon checkout the lady at the register told me to add a tip for him to have a drink. This totally confused me since my guy specifically said no drink... if she wanted a tip just ask? I gave her that tip anyways (which i always tip regardless) , and before i could fill out the total she took the receipt away saying she would fill it out for me later. This all was really shady. Fast forward to today and i check my bank, they took more than what i put in tips, so they took extra WITHOUT MY CONSENT. No matter how big or small, you never take more than you are supposed to from someones bank without asking. Not okay. Nope, bad food and shady business. The only thing good there was the boba.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE it was my first time and and last time I will ever go there. The first thing I order my meal ( combo 4) and a drink and they didn't want to give me my change and I had to wait around 10mins to get my change back and when and I got my meal it was only half of what I ordered and when and ask nicely if I can get what I ordered and the cook started yelling because and the lady in front of the counter told me I had to wait 30mins for my order. The whole entire time I wait the cook was yelling and the lady from the counter about me in the kitchen and I fell like this place isn't a good place to go and waste your money. Also when I got my food the meat was burnt. They lost a customer for life because they tried to blame it on me.

The chicken was pretty good, but I ordered the seafood combo, it came with Shrimp, White Fish and Barbecue Chicken. The fish had too much breading and the inside tasted like mush, the shrimp tasted bland with too much breading and the order took a long time.

We ordered 5 minutes before anyone else came. Then a group of 6 and a couple ordered. Our food came our last and it wasn't even hot anymore. I'd order anywhere else for better food.

Alex the girl who helped me gave my food to other people and then just said “oh I thought you were with them” had to chase down my own food! Then to start with we couldn’t sit where we wanted to when the place was empty…horrible service!

Food was terrible. Looks like maybe this used to be an ono but the ingredients were clearly not fresh, tasted like the meat was pre-cooked and finished from the fridge after a few days. (The short rib was literally greenish on parts. Paid $5 for a side of macaroni salad that just tasted like days old tuna. Avoid their foul teriyaki sauce that tastes like molasses at all costs... Will not return and highly recommend choosing literally anywhere else.

Came at 9pm and the woman manager immediately saw us coming in and was like “are you serious?” Follow by another man saying “we are closed” So why are you still flashing the we are open sign if you are closed? Also mind changing the time on Yelp and google if you are going to do that? I feel like they could’ve delivered the message without being rude. Not like I wanted your food badly but now it have left an awful taste in my mouth to even think of this place. If you don’t have good work manner and ethics then you shouldn’t be operating. End of story, hopefully the owner will see this message and talk to their staff about their rude disappointing attitude

It was awkwardly quiet inside The restaurant and the cashier was so rude. It was a blonde chick and she was very rude. The food smells good. I haven’t tried it yet, but killed the vibe so I will not be returning.
