The pizza was really good and the employees were super nice and helpful. The only thing I can recommend would be to clean the tables and chairs off more or better than they were.

Food is always freshly made and staff is always friendly. Vegetables are always very fresh. Employees do not ever complain when you ask for extra toppings. Staff was also very kind to a very rude patron who was complaining that the food took too long to be served. Out of all the Pieology Pizzeria's in Fresno, this is my favorite to dine at, because the staff are always very kind, smiling, nice and seem to enjoy their job.

I want to thank Madeline who helped me today. I came in at 12:30pm, I've been dealing with some health issue which made me highly allergic to certain foods. Madeline had the best customer service and was very patient with me. She took her time by explaining what the sauce contained and helped me built my pizza. She also did great with not cross contaminating and was so sterile. I really appreciate you, Madeline.

The deep dish crust is $2 more but well worth it as it lasted two meals for us. They even have thin crust, gluten-free, and wheat. If you join their website you will get coupons. Food is great and Parker, delivering the pizzas to the table, was fast and helpful. He got us ranch and to-go boxes with a smile even though he was super busy during lunch hour.

I got a classic crust, extra red sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni and garlic. Hubs got classic crust, ham, pineapple and garlic. We can't wait to come back! 😋 Everything was clean. We highly recommend this awesome place and the awesome Lazaro and Jordan!

I haven't been to one of these establishments in 2-3 years. I am super impressed on how it's grown and the price hasn't changed. More crust and topping options, better cookies, and infused lemonades! Totally ecstatic about it all! Needless to say my custom pizza was totally yummy! There should be more of these Pieology Pizzerias! The closest ones to me are far.

I went to one pieology in fig garden once before It was my last time ever because they were rude and hair in the food but I stopped at this one just because I was in the area and they were really nice, fast and the calzone I got was delicious

Good tasting pizza. We ordered a thick crust pizza, with white sauce, spinach, artichoke, chicken, bacon. It was very good. Also likes the selection of lemonades, with 4 different flavors. Tart cherry was my favorite. My only complaint. I wish they listed the toppings available on a board or chart. That way I can pick before we start ordering. The people in front of us took 10 minutes to figure out what they wanted.

I loved the way they let you choose a lot of toppings and not just one like other pizza places. The price was very reasonable and they had many choices of pizza from thin and crunchy to poofy and soft. The spacing was spacious and the design was nice. The only problem was the wait for the pizza it took awhile for my pizza to be done. But everything else was 10/10

Pizza quality is consistent and always a ton of options to choose from. The heavy amount of semolina on the crust has always been my least favorite part, they also changed their cheese and stopped offering sun dried tomatoes as a topping. Pieology has definitely become more corporate, cutting corners and understaffing. It used to be a lot nicer, but has lost some of its charm and become more like a fast food restaurant. This is not the employee's fault, but clearly the choice of higher ups in the company.

All tables and floor were sticky and dirty. Place wasn't clean, restrooms were dirty. Pizza was good but had a lot of burnt crumbs on the bottom of all 3 pizzas we ordered.

Pieology is kind of hit or miss for me. Every single time I go, my pizza comes out cooked differently, which makes the experience inconsistent. The atmosphere is fine — nothing bad, nothing special — but the real issue is the price. For what you’re paying, the quality just doesn’t match up. Overall, I’d expect better pizza for that kind of money.

Been eating at this location for sometime now, last couple times though. We normally get 4 Pizza’s, and this time all the pizza were charcoal burnt from the bottom. I didn’t even ask for well done pizza’s just cooked. Scraped the pizza base and eat, Step up the game guys!!!! The least a customer asks for is good cooked food.

Like every restaurant in River Park, place was nice and food was good when they first opened, now it's just as terrible as corner bakery, habit and etc in this area. I honestly don't think they've mopped the floor or cleaned any of the bathrooms since the restaurant opened a couple years ago, disgusting!!

Went to pieology... Ordered fries and wings.. the fries(no joke)had all that salt . The wings had no sauce so I had to ask them since they were so dry. Please. Don't order wings and fries.

This pieology has the slowest service. Went in yesterday and after waiting 12 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me the like never moved. 1 employee was taking orders and 4 employees were standing around. Other customers ahead of me were frustrated from waiting for help also. Ended up leaving without ordering. Other pieology locations have way better service. Not this one

Terrible customer service. They should be letting customers know what toppings they are out of/not wanting to restock before order is taken. The manager was rude the entire interaction. In my years of ordering at pieology, I have never had an interaction like this. Will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

The girl who took my order could use some personality training. They don’t have name tags, but she had colored red hair. She was on the rude side and not friendly at all . I didn’t take it personally because she treated all the other customers the same way. On the flip side, she did seem to be a hard worker. Just not friendly, no smile, no thank you, just stern personality. Not would you’d expect at a customer service place.

One of the employees here denied my son his pizza after he opened a sauce that I did not see him have . Mind you he’s only two years old ! She said she wasn’t going to give me my pizza all because he opened the sauce and we weren’t paying an extra 4$ for a dam sauce! It was near closing time and she really had the nerve to deny a baby his food over a sauce ! Her name is Madaline she has red hair please be aware of her she seems to really hate her job and she claims to be store manager also not sure if she really is !?

Don't come here !!!!! I wanted a regular crust and they gave me the garlic cheese bread without telling me its a pizza and just threw it in the oven without telling and tried charging me for it I had to call the manager!!!!!
