The place is pretty nice and they have expensive drinks and pastries. I gave 4 stars for service bc the worker waived a fly out of the glass case WITH my pastries. Literally had all three pastries in one hand and waved them at the fly until it flew out. The lack of awareness is unreal, but laughable. Otherwise I had great counter service.

Every time I’ve been to this location it doesn’t disappoint. Always welcoming, services is affordable and fast. The protein bowl is top favorite.

First time ordering in-person and inside. Only 2 ladies working at the time, and only 1 other customer ahead of me. Wait wasn't too long, thankfully. Not too busy in mid afternoon-early evening Weds when I went. Fairly spacious and clean inside with social distancing floor markers. Nice little fresh pressed juice display for purchasing some or water bottles. Employee who helped answer some of my questions about some drinks on the menu was nice, offered me to sign up for an app and make points, though not interested in that yet. I ordered a regular size Pineapple Matcha. Pretty tasty. This location is conveniently located right next to Oahu Hawaiian BBQ in Villagio River Park Shopping Center near Sam's Club, behind Barnes and Noble. Might come again if they're good with customers like this. Still love Jamba Juice and Jugo too though, comparable juice/smoothie bars. Thanks

Good foods and shakes. But bad customer service. And their "fresher" price is false. Rung up at 2.99. Advertised at 1.99. So beware of that. But the staff seem like they don't care to be there. 5 stars for the food. 1 for the workers. An acknowledgment to your customers would go a long way. Just a tip.

Although the product tastes fine, it was ordered and received quickly, the children's smoothie had chunks of something inside it. I'm not sure what it is, but my teeth cannot break it. I'm not sure it is something that was meant to be inside the blender.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It lacks all properties required for a food serving foundation! Poor and slow service, employees always in a hurry to take orders and always distracted and not keeping up with orders all which I can be patient about although I shouldn’t as a paying customer!!! But when it comes to finding BROKEN PLASTIC pieces from their blender in my kid’s smoothie this is top tier irresponsibility and carelessness!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order at 8:56 which means it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to receive the order ticket. Which means at 9:06 they should of gotten the ticket. I came in at 9:36 it was supposed to ready at 9:30. I come in and the guy behind the counter said it wasn’t ready yet. I sit there for 25 minutes watching them not make my order. I go back up to the counter it’s now 10:02. Turns out they made my juices before I got there and forgot about it. They both wasted my time and showed no remorse for having me wait. To top it off my elderberry shot tasted gross like it was old.

This place has low standards for sanitation and cleanness. I ordered one of their bowls which comes with bananas and strawberries on top. As the girl was preparing the bowl, she went to the back sink to grab a blender, touching the sink faucets, and she hand held a chemical spray bottle to move it to the side. Then she continued prepping my bowl without ever removing her gloves for a new pair, nor washing her hands! She hand cut the strawberries and bananas with the same gloves she wore at the sink and hand held chemical spray bottle. DISGUSTING. Threw the bowl away. I don't blame the girl. Owner/Management need to better train.

Flavor was okay but the most disappointing Factor was the service. Walked in stood by the front counter for the mobile order pickup for about 5 minutes, with no response. You ever walks and same thing walks to the front counter stands next to me and immediately ask her if she's there to pick up. So I guess I just don't exist and me waiting there for 5 minutes means absolutely nothing. So do the flavor and service won't be returning.

I walked in and was the 4th customer there in line....I waited for 25 mins and still hadn't received my order. (1 açaí PB berry bowl) I did have an appointment I needed to get to, so I left without anything at all. In total, (1) order went out in the 25 mins I waited......1. And yes the other 4 individuals before me were also still waiting as well. Frustration was clearly on their faces I could see. Another 5 or 6 customers had also arrived and were waiting just as we were. They were just under prepared today or have some bad operations in place they may want to adjust. I will still go back and give it another chance though.

Update: called at 7:46 to place a double smoothie order of the same smoothie cause I’m a two minute walk from them, was told they aren’t taking orders anymore. He dishwasher person was finishing up and that’s it. What’s up with employees who don’t want to work anymore but want $15 an hour and have a tip jar for mindless work? And business owners, your employees who lack productivity aren’t going to help you grow. 5 months ago: Ordered a couple bowls that lacked any kind of flavor in the smoothie base. Both were pitaya and blended separately in front of me but idk what they need to add cause these were so plain. Only thing tasteful was the toppings. Even the vanilla chia pudding sucked.I worked at a Juicery for years, all organic non gmo and packed flavor. Ginger shot was delicious though if anyone is wondering. They don’t offer cayenne but I seen the shaker bottle so I’m sure you can ask

The door was locked when l arrived and the employee came to the door and requested that I cancel my order stating that she was no longer able to fulfill my order because all the blenders were dirty and such. After going back and forth with the gal she then asked for me to cancel my order. After attempting to cancel my order per her request which was unsuccessful she decided to go ahead and make my bowl. Very disappointed and unpleasant experience

Girl at the front hardly acknowledged us while ordering. As to why she got our order wrong. I ordered two of the most basic açaí bowls and it took over 15 minutes. The two girls were giggling and messing around the whole time. One of their friends came in and the girls prioritized making that persons order over ours. Which they also received for free! I also ordered a small juice that they did not make. Once I asked for a refund for the juice one of the girls was going to give me a sticky note that would’ve given me a free item with the same amount. I demanded a refund and if it weren’t for the fact that I paid cash I wouldn’t have received a refund. Girl gave me the wrong amount of money. Went back and asked for the correct amount. She rudely handing it to me without saying a word. Don’t waste your time, bowls weren’t good, something I could make at home, very slow and rude service.

The product was Tasty I got a Bowl and my daughter a smoothie, but the service was terrible. My daughter and I waited about 6 min to order. Which was okay she was busy making other orders, They must have been online orders because it was empty. But I am very patient so It was fine. Then we ordered and there was about 4 people behind us. They completed every order ahead of ours from the line that occurred after our wait and were super rude about it. I also paid $1.50 for an extra layer of the chia which she gave me in a plastic cup on the side because she said they messed up and it wouldn't fit. So essentially we waited about 30 mins total and the girls were so rude.
