It's our family's second visit here, if you love seafood it's a must try! We always order the combo option, choice of shrimp, clams, dungess crab legs, plus sides are corn on the cob, sausage, potatoes all crab boil style, with spice level options and Cajun style options. We get the classic crab boil flavor of Louisiana and medium spice, I'd say one of Fresnos top crab boil restaurant! It's fun and messy, make sure kids wear old clothes and put their bibs and gloves on. Highly recommend 👌.

This is my favorite seafood boil place ever. They have the best atmosphere. They always have the right tools. They're quick as all heck and their flavor is literally addicting. I always spend way too much but it's money well spent!

Woooo wee!!! Seafood in a bag is one the best messiest foods you can ever have! All the flavours of super spicy, to garlicy to lemony you can have in one bite with your favorite seafood. Fresno people!! Check this place out! Some of the waiters already know my nana’s order by heart, that’s how much we love this place HAHA! @Cajun Crack’n Fresno What we ordered: (divided by 3) -1lb mussles, 1lb shrimp-head off, 3 eggs, 2 corns with house special sauce (contains new orleans cajun, lemon pepper & garlic butter), spicy level: spicy🔥🔥🔥: 100/10, every single time!!! The seafood tastes so fresh and is lathered in flavor in every single bite -cajun fries: 10/10, you always need a french fry while having this meal (they offer sweet potatoes fries as well)

The servers were very nice and helpful! Dont sleep on their house sauce with garlic butter and Cajun spicy for your boil! It was absolutely delicious 😋 we will definitely return for another round.

Good experience. I ordered combo #1 & chose mussels, clams, & shrimp with the head on with medium spice & the house special sauce. The bag came out hot & super quick. They do not skimp on the seasonings. Lots of flavor! $60 for approx 3 lbs of seafood was well worth it. Would recommend coming out and trying it. Shoutout to our server Tina! She was so sweet and super attentive & kept our drinks filled.

We had a tournament in Fresno @ Granite Park this weekend and my son his girlfriend and myself where craving a seafood boil, I'm glad we made this decision so delicious, Mussels where cooked perfectly, lobster tails had so much flavor I felt like I was eating at the beach at every bite!! Our choice was the medium house sauce perfect! Try the fried calamari I bet you'll love them. I will definitely return

The customer service was Good. We both loved the Clam Chowder Soup. It was Awesome. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad. It was good. I also ordered a catfish sandwich. I had my reserves about it. I am from the deep south where we catch and eat catfish regularly. It did not taste like catfish but tasted like tilapia. Catfish has a dirty taste to it because they dwell in fresh water. My salad compensated for the fish sandwich not tasting like catfish. My girlfriend ordered crawfish and steamed oysters which she seemed to have enjoyed very much. I ordered an Arnold Palmer to drink which tasted nothing like an Arnold Palmer so I changed it to a Pepsi. The overall atmosphere and design of the dining environment is great. I think the theme is relevant to the food being served.

I was so excited to come here and my expectations were met! My kids and I all ate for the $50 deal, where you get a big bag of seafood (you choose 3 items- we got crab legs, shrimp, and crawdads. It also comes with corn and potatoes) we chose medium seasoning and the house special (all seasoning combined) and IT WAS FABULOUS! The queen of England could've been sitting next to me and I woulda still been a mess with my gloves and big cracking my crab legs. I was in seafood heaven! I cannot wait to go back to this place and eat here again!

Since I was first introduced to this place a few months ago, I’ve been back to order take out 5 times now. I love how friendly the staff are in guiding us with their recommendations and for accommodating my spicy order. I’ve found the right range — House Special/Cajun, level 4 with added two levels on top of that. In term of sauces, we’ve tried all four and my two favorites are the House Special and the New Orlean Cajun. The sauces are so so addicting and the flavors are consistent. We’ve done combo 3, 2 and 1 and mixing and matching if we wanted something else extra on the the side (the single item bag). Highly recommend this place, especially Monday night.

This has been my go-to place for seafood boils! The flavor and quality have been consistent since they've first opened, so I know I won't be disappointed when coming here. Seafood is full of flavor and I tell everyone to get their chicken wings! They are so good and crispy, I crave them more than BWW and Wingstop's if I'll be honest. The service is always friendly and helpful, I love that they have their sinks close by for you to wash your hands after instead of giving you one wet wipe that can barely clean your hands lol. The decor is very cool inside, makes you feel like you're closer to the beach and I love reading the different writings people have left on the walls/seats. If you haven't tried Cajun Crackin, I highly recommend you do so soon!

Relaxing atmosphere, brick throughout with nautical theme. Crab, shrimp, oysters, sausage, potatoes, rice, Cajun fries, sweet potato fries, chicken wings, fried chicken strips. Double sinks near restrooms very convenient...your hands will get dirty especially if you order a bag. Fish and chips also available. Good family dining or couple spot. King crab is expensive 2 legs will cost about $65 or $100 for the whole crab.

Went there for lunch yesterday. As soon As we walked in, we were warmly greeted. We ordered the shrimp with heads on, crawfish, added potatoes and sausage. They have 3 kinds of sauces you can add to your bag. We got the house special sauce which is garlic, Cajun and lemon pepper. They have 4 spice levels , mild, medium, spicy and tongue on fire. If you can handle your spice, go for the tongue on fire option. Edith our server was super helpful, attentive and friendly. The restaurant does not serve beer just yet as they are still shopping around for which kinds of beer they will have on tap. I was very excited to see they will be serving 15 beers on draft. Edith also mentioned they will have wine and beers in bottle. On a super fun note, this place encourages you to write on the walls, booths and any wall space that is empty. They give you two sharpies and they let you run wild. Lol. We look forward to our next visit!

Very clean, friendly staff, Barbie was our waitress very nice!! Food was good, came out fast. Fried oyster po' boy was 🔥🔥🔥lemon pepper fries were good as well. Although they could have had a little bit more seasoning on them. Catfish was good as well as the gumbo soup. Very good for the price. I will definitely be back to try the seafood boils..

We've been here twice now and the food+service is great!! Servers Moe and Rosalie really went above and beyond both very friendly and attentive. The food has been consistently fresh and flavorful. We have driven to LA/San Jose a few times to eat at The Boiling Crab and I'm happy we finally have something better here in Fresno. I love the sausage and head-off shrimp option.

Cajun Crackin is an amazing spot for anyone who loves bold, flavorful Cajun food. The seafood is always fresh and perfectly seasoned, bursting with flavor in every bite. I love how generous the portions are — it’s definitely worth it! The staff is friendly and makes the experience feel welcoming every time. It’s my go-to place when I want a satisfying, tasty meal with a kick.

Alright, alright, I'm going to be honest here. We ordered the combo#2 lobster, muscles, and shrimp. And chicken wings and fried catfish. First things first, and most important. Everything tastes fresh, for sure. Nothing tastes frozen or dead for too long. On the topic of tastes. The garlic butter was probably the best choice if you want something that isn't too overpowering and something for kids/toddlers. The Cajun mix isn't too bad, but it's not anything special, just saying. But the yum yum sauce is phenomenal, highly recommended 👌 The catfish was great, perfectly fried and battered. The fired will go were decent, nothing crazy. Also, the waitress Jocelyn (hopefully I spelled that right) was amazing! Great service because of just her. I get it 1 more star.

The oyster shots were the highlight of tonight's meal. The spices level was like in any other cajun seafood places. We weren't served with water in a glass or cup but got bottles, i would have been happy with just ice water for free as in other restaurants.

I got the calamari and seafood boil, and the calamari was pretty good but the cocktail sauce tasted like ketchup. The seafood boil was alright, I got the hook that comes with crab legs and 1lb of whatever other seafood a chose crawfish. The crab legs were pretty good but the crawfish had squishy claws and tasted like they were old and frozen. I asked to switch it out with a different protein (shrimp head on) and they were happy to switch it out for me. The shrimps were a lot better but both times I asked for the tongue on fire and I think their spiciest level is not spicy enough.

The food was delicious. I ordered a build-your-own bag with lobster tail and everything was flavorful and prepared well. I placed my order online through DoorDash for pickup (no delivery), paid in full using Apple Pay, and received an order confirmation with an order number. When I arrived to pick up my order this afternoon (between approximately 3:30–5:30 PM), the food was ready and waiting, which I appreciated. I provided my name and order number; however, I was then asked to show proof of payment. Because the order had already been paid for online and was clearly marked as ready for pickup, this felt a bit uncomfortable. I was even prepared to open my bank app to show the charge, which didn’t seem necessary for a prepaid pickup order. Ultimately, I was only asked to verbally state the approximate total, and the order was released. I understand the need to verify orders, but a clearer or more consistent pickup process would make the experience smoother and more welcoming for customers who have already paid in advance. That said, the food itself was excellent, and I would order again. Improving the pickup verification process would make the overall experience match the quality of the food.

Unfortunately I did not order it from my phone so I had to call my wife to get a screen shot. Even after the screen shot they looked at me like I was stealing food. After getting home the amount of food was just not what I expected. I’ve ordered the same thing several times in the past with plenty of food to go around for my wife and I. This particular bag was just not it, I hope they didn’t change the recipe on us, the sauce was watered down and less favorable then past times. The amount of food in the bag was definitely lacking. I understand things are getting expensive but damn 35 dollars for 8pcs of shrimps, 6 sausage pieces, 2 small potatoes, 2 corn cobs, is just wild. I hope that this is just an isolated incident and not that new management came in and screw everything up.
