Very fresh food great taste great service very clean restaurant I loved the fountain at the entrance with the koi fish very cute set up. Only place opened passed 9p with sushi very happy we came here I loved it will be back for sure ... Only thing that wasn't to my liking was the teppanyaki bacon fried rice didn't taste like bacon and didn't have egg in it the spicy garlic edamame was fire! the California roll tasted fresh! Went during dinner on Friday night because other restaurants were too long of a wait. Wasn't too busy. Service was okay, atmosphere was nice, and the sushi was good. No big complaints. Would probably eat again if we were in the area. Ordered the chicken curry and sushi.

one of the rolls was so heavily battered it was under cooked, the sprinkled batter on the rolls were cold, stale & not crunchy the rolls were very dry to the mouth. I would have liked to see more sauce on the food rather than it being drizzled all over the sides of the plate. I honestly thought the presentation was hideous it looks like something from Gordon Ramsey's show Kitchen Nightmares. The oysters shots is a 9/10 it was sooo good but it was very small also, I definately recommend it though.

So we ordered Baked Mussels, Chicken Karage, Miso soup, Soft Shell Crab, Volcano Roll, Fireman Roll, a crunchy Roll (unsure which one exactly as it was added later), and we had a Scorpion for an alcoholic drink. My friends ordered bento boxes, a tempura roll, tofu skin as well. I think the food overall was good, except I think the Fireman roll was lacking in flavor for me. Unfortunately, they were out of several items today such as oysters and their beef soup which we would have liked to try. Not many recommendations by our waiter, but maybe next time. We did agree that the Scorpion drink for 2 was more for 3. The drink was fine, but not unique to me. Also, their revolving belt was out of order or not in use which we were hoping to experience when choosing the restaurant. I wouldn't mind returning, but it would be a treat as it can be expensive.

The teppan was OK . Not great Not bad. Easy to get a table . Chef was all business. Did enjoy the noodles ( almost pad-thai ) they cook with the teppan-trio . Better choices in Fresno.

I had a reservation for teppanyaki but when I arrived a couple of annoyed girls told me that I have to wait at least 45 minutes to get seat. I decided to seat on a regular table instead because supposely (as waitress stated) the food was identical to the teppanyaki. We order a couple of teppanyaki combos and they bring pretty much everything at same time (so it is not like the teppan). The food taste was honestly below the others teppanyaki in fresno and the service wasn't that great because, as I stated before, the waitress were annoyed and try to rush us to leave (I wasn't even at half plate that they bring me the check). I don't think I'll be back.

This place is absolutely terrible. We arrived at 12:07 and received slow service. We didn't receive our food. Until 1:00 pm. The waitress spilled soup while placing it on the table and didn't even offer to clean it. She didn't offer an apology, napkins or towel to clean it. This is the worst teppanyaki place in Fresno.

1st time trying their food and the worst experience ever.! I asked for medium plus on my steak and it’s fully cooked, burn at that. Shrimps were cooked to much they were hard to chew. Some chicken was burnt. Everything was bad.! Never will I eat here again. 1st and last time for sure.

Really disappointed in our visit, we used to go here a lot but will not be going back. The server was notified by another couple that a roach was on the sauce, he smashes it with the sauce and took it to the back. Then later a roach crawled out from under my plate. I think they have a huge roach problem. The other couple next to us told the server they were extremely cold and the guy told her oh sorry the cooks have the back door open. Basically a “ you’re just going to have to deal with it”

We came in and stood there while the Asian waiter ignored us for a good 10 minutes before a Hispanic waitress came to greet us. Sushi is not bad. Asian waiter needs to get school on his people skills and steak recignition. He or the chef can't tell the difference between medium and rare. He literally tried to convince me that medium is suppose to look red. Lastly, the waitress finally asked to refill our water when we asked for the check. That's pathetic.

I’ve never had such a disappointing dining experience at a teppanyaki restaurant. From the start, we were seated at a dirty table. When I asked to move, the staff told me to carry my own plates and menus over something I’ve never been asked to do in a sit-down restaurant. Service was consistently rude and inattentive. We had to ask multiple times for refills, and when food was finally served, plates were slammed down on the table with no regard. The food itself was bland and far below expectations for the price. The worst part was at the end. We chose not to leave a tip due to the poor service, but as we were leaving, our waiter “Ronnie” followed us with the checkbook, told us we “forgot” his tip, and pointed at the tip line demanding we fill it out. When we explained that we did not tip intentionally, he yelled at us, told us we were not welcome back, and slammed the checkbook on the floor. Unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food or basic respect as a customer.
