Opinions de Paik's Noodle Fresno
Paik’s Noodle is always a great choice for flavorful food. The sweet and spicy chicken wings are amazing — crispy with the perfect balance of heat and sweetness — and the spicy chicken is a must-try with bold flavor. We also tried the spicy shrimp, cream shrimp, jajangmyeon, and jjampong, and everything was really good and full of flavor. Portions are generous and the food comes out hot and fresh. The staff are very kind, accommodating, and the service is fast. Highly recommend!
The staff were outstanding, where they acknowledged us when we entered and left. Service was fast and accurate. The food was great. The Jajangmyeon noodles were delicious and savory. The fried dumplings were cooked to perfection however just it needed a little more flavor or sauce to go with it. The vegetables stir fried noodles was packed with flavor and I love the smoke kiss aroma it gives off from the wok.
(I got mine delivered) This was my first time ever trying Korean food and it was delicious and pretty good portions. The red soup tasted like a Hispanic dish called 7 mares(7 seas) and it's spicy. Which I love because I'm Hispanic. The noodles were thick and the sauce is savory. I'll probably get this a couple of times for sure and share it with my dad. i say this place is worth a try!
I recently dined at Paik’s Noodle(a Korean-Chinese) restaurant and enjoyed a delightful experience. The shrimp fried rice was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and paired well with the Jajang sauce, creating a fantastic combination. While the creamy shrimp dish was enjoyable, the chili shrimp fell short of the expected crispiness. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely return to this unique Korean-Chinese spot.
The staff here was AMAZING 👏🏼 They realized we were from Korea and welcomed us even more. The amount of food was just right, and they gave us more food, saying it was on the house. The atmosphere was overall great, and korean food was amazingly delicious. Would recommend to everyone 🎉
Took my family to dinner at Paik’s noodles and the food was very delicious. We got the spicy noodle soup, the spicy chili shrimp and chicken it was amazing. The shrimp fried rice was cooked to perfection and all the food was fresh and hot. Definitely will be returning.
Food was made to order, our food came out hot and fresh. The tofu noodle soup was amazing! Perfect spice level and full of flavor. The sweet chili wings🔥 the shrimp fried rice was also good. 10/10 we will definitely come back.
Paik’s Noodle – Fresno (Nees & First) 📸 1st: Meat Jajangmyeon 📸 2nd: Stir-fried Jajangmyeon 📸 3rd: Soontofu Jjamppong Both Jajangmyeon dishes had a deep, savory black bean paste flavor with mushrooms and onions. The meat Jajangmyeon came with plenty of tender shredded pork—simple and satisfying. The stir-fried Jajangmyeon added variety with pork, squid, and shrimp, plus a nice kick of dry chili for a bit of heat. The Soontofu Jjamppong had a mild seafood broth and soft tofu, but I wish it had more chili power—it didn’t bring the spice punch I expect when I order Jjamppong. ⸻ My Ratings (0–10): • Tastiness: 7.5 • Price Appropriateness: 9 (15-18 per dish) • Portion Size: 9 • Overall Experience: 8 Would definitely come again when I crave Korean food especially noodle dishes.
Came in with friends and they ordered after me, separately. I noticed that they bring out the soups first. Dishes I tried were Chili jjamppong which was the perfect amount of spice, flavor, and portion. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was okay as the breading had flavor even though it looks plain, the sauce it came looks like egg drop soup and taste like a lighter version of corn syrup. Fried Dumplings taste just like dumplings but what I did like about it was the wrapper was crunchy. Spicy Shrimp was okay but I would prefer the Spicy Chicken as the texture, flavor, and spice was amazing. The only problem is the wait time for the food. Expect to wait 30 mins to 1 hour for your food. The food is fresh. I would come again.
The soontofu was so delicious, and my sister loved the garlic wings with the black bean noodles. Will definitely recommend and come back
A very easy and quick bite! I love the simple way of ordering. Go to the register, place your order, sit down and eat! The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant! Quiet and simple. The food was great! We both got the black bean noodle (Jajangmyeon), and the pot stickers.

I went wondering around looking for a new place to eat this New Year’s Eve. I drove by this place and it caught my attention. I ordered the chicken wigs, spicy jjajangmyeon with seafood was amazing, the potstickers, the veggie Stir-fry. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO GOOD! Can’t wait to go back!
I just found this place, it's extremely delicious ! There should be one closer to Visalia. I tried two dishes: stir-fried noodles and the stir-jjampong, and they were super delicious. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area to try the chili jjampong. Now I'm a fan of Korean food!

Great food and service. Dishes I’ve never had before and now like. Black bean goodness and chicken that is great. Try this place and get some noodles!
!⭐️the best thing here was the party Jajang noodles, the Jeju hallabong sparkling drink, pear puree drink and the dumpling ⭐️ ! We ordered a variety food and drinks The reason I put four stars is because the chili shrimp and cream shrimp were not the best and the over cooked while the sweet and sour pork was bland and the batter was chewy and sticks to the teeth instead of being crispy and the sauce for the sweet and sour pork was too light, I expect a burst of flavors when having sweet and sour pork. Lastly I was really disappointed with the meat jjamppong... it was more of a Chinese hot and sour soup and there was no depth of flavors such as the seafood or meat in the soup, though I will mention the pork that is cooked on the side and put in the soup is a great idea and they just need to work on the soup base. So if anyone wants jjamppong, I would recommend asiana or Rock n noodles since theirs is great in flavor and richness. Support your locals korean restaurants too! Edit update 2025: they have changed the recipe for the sweet and sour pork and it is delicious now! Please order the sweet and sour pork! It doesnt stick to the teeth anymore and had great flavor now! (Ive not tried the other items I disliked before)
Very quick service (about 10m on a Saturday at 5 pm), very flavorful. Generous flavors and noodles but meat lacking on noodle beef jjampong. Count them, about six pieces of meat floating on a bed of excellent broth and noodles. I almost wish I didn’t check, now I can’t not think about it.

The jjajangmyeon and dumplings were really good, the service was nice from a small joint and overall a great entryway for people to experience some korean food.
The black bean noodles was excellent. Everything else are okay. Its pretty expensive. The sweet and sour chicken is just sad. Barely any protein. Extra protein for $3-4 is another sad story. Don't get it haha. I'm surprised there are few Hmong workers.
Order your food before sitting. The cashier will ask if you want to purchase a drink, but ask for a cup of you want free water from self serve water dispenser. Basically sit down and grab your food from the counter once your number is called. There's a bin next to the water dispenser to put your dishes after finished eating. Seating and tables are a bit tight. Overall, food was good.

If you are in town I’d skip and save your $$. Having previous experience Paiks in the Bay Area I was excited to see one open here in Fresno. But it was a major fail the soup was saltier than falling asleep at the beach with your mouth open. The shrimp portion for $20 for 8 shrimp is outrageous. The amount of radish given is for a toddler. Noodles had a bit too much spice which was overwhelming and not enjoyable. 10/10 would not recommend.

I ordered their Jjampong on doordash. Decided to try this place because I was craving for some and was going to order from Rock & Noodles but this place was popular on tiktok. I was super disappointed when I received my order. Their jjampong's description said it came with pork. It seemed like they drowned my jjampong with extra cabbage to conceal the absence of the pork in it. My order did not have any pork in it. Also the squid in their photo is a complete different type from what I got in my jjampong. It was giving frozen squid from the frozen seafood section. Maybe going in person will be a totally different experience, but I will never order from doordash here again.
