I think this is one of the best lunch experiences I've had in a long time. I had one of the luncheon specials, and it was absolutely marvelous, and the price was right. For those who don't know this particular Japanese restaurant, they have everything from sushi to teppanyaki marvelous place.

My only complaint is them not letting us sit until the last guy in our group showed up. We had a reservation for 8, and 7 people weren't good enough unless we ordered for him before he showed up. Seems weird, especially considering we are 7 grown men who are already buying drinks at the bar. Anyway, other than that the food was great, the atmosphere was just right, and the waitress and cook/performer were fantastic.

The sushi made by there Sushi chef Koji is the best and once you eat it you will know why he has received so many awards worldwide. It's locally owned by someone I now call a great friend. The cook John was great. He was engaging and funny instead of going through the motions like some cooks do. Food was great too. Not a complaint just a suggestion, the waitress could have been a little more personable and enthusiastic. She wasn't bad but not great, very quiet and didn't say your welcome when thanking her. Came in for regular dinning with no reservation on a Saturday and was seated within 10 mins. Service was adequate and the food was great. Ordered the bacon fried rice which was just as delicious as you would get from the teppanyaki grill. Sushi was fresh and meat cooked well. This place is consistently good and never disappoints.

It is BWW to go, what else needs to said? Same wings, sauce, fries that you get at the full service BWW but primarily to go. It is small but they do have 3-4 tables if you want to eat here or sit while you are waiting. Service was slower than expected. I ordered on the app and was 5 minutes late but it still wasn't ready. I like all the variety because out family needs that.

I like coming here for Japanese food besides sushi and teppanaki. Although they have both of those things, they also have other dishes like yakisakami, a dish of seafood or meat covered in slightly spicy mayonnaise type sauce over potato salad, and shogi aki, meat and veggies in a ginger sauce on a skillet. There was a little too much ginger in this dish for my taste . The people are all nice but the service is a little bit slow. That seems to happen a lot. Inside is nice enough with a big fish tank. when I get a hankering of this kind of food, I will be back.

Went on valentines night and it was a 2hr wait without a reservation. Our server was a hmong girl and she was super sweet and helpful! Got the drunk cousin roll and yo mama roll, and both were big and soooo delicious! Tuna sashimi is always good, and I loved how they cut up the spicy baked mussels before so it's easier to eat! Nice to have a wing place in NE Fresno. This location is near Sakura Chaya in between Kabob City and Starbucks. It has the full menu and its best to order online and pick up. They have a few tables to sit and a TV inside. They serve Coca-Cola products and currently on Monday & Wednesdays have burgers buy one get one. The burgers were just okay they use butter pickles if you want to decide on pickles or none. We did the bacon and regular cheeseburgers. They are smashburgers with 2 patties. Id say eat it hot. The fries are actually pretty good. Nice and flavorful. The wings, may need to ask for more sauce if you want them a little wet. It is great for not so sloppy eating. Nice to have them for the late meal. I think they close at like 10 or 11 during the week.

Terrible service will never come again 1/16/26 I showed up at round 10 pm to pickup my order the lady at the front told me it would be 2 min and she went to the back to talk to someone. The cook then put my order behind the pickup slots and ignored me I then attempted to get their attention but no one came 10 min later the phone rang and they failed to pickup it then rang a second time then the lady acknowledged me and just said he forgot to put the order in the slot. THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION IS A FAIL!!!! 9/18/25 at 1830, went to pick up an order placed on the mobile app and returned home to see that French fries were missing from the Original Chicken Dippers. Returned to the store and got in an argument with ELISEO, the cashier, about the way he only provides what’s on his screen. So in not honoring the app order and what was still displayed on the app, we asked for a manager. DEANNE arrived only to continue their spectacular record of failure by stating that you could have ordered it as a combo and you did not. We showed them that once you’ve selected the Original Chicken Dippers, it only comes in one configuration, which includes a side of fries. My wife asked if they would honor the choice we made to purchase this entree for inclusion of the fries, and she said, “100% no we will not honor that.” Somehow the most important part is coming up. They must not be accustomed to people who practice due diligence because my wife started to screen record her ordering on the app to prove there is only one option, it included fries, and… miraculously it disappeared, stating “item is temporarily unavailable at this location. About undefined. No description.” Again, all while we were proving that the one configuration is the only option and that is what we paid for. (Please PLEASE refer to the pictures and video posted.) The Good news is: when Corporate decides to remedy the situation, it’ll come out of their cost center, they can be fined, and held personally responsible for tarnishing their brand image. The bad news: DEANNE & ELISEO have a lack of capacity for intelligence and professionalism, so they won’t learn their lesson until it is too late for the franchise owner and the corporation. And by that time, an innumerable amount of customers will have experienced their failure.

From the time we arrived the customer service was lacking. You could tell they were understaffed, but our waiter would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. When we ordered our drinks it took us asking twice and almost a half hour to be told they were out of one of the drinks. When our food arrived it was barely warm. We will not be coming back.

This is the tepenyaki place I've been to. Our cook had no character. It was our friends anniversary they dont do anything special. Also, our server kept forgetting my husband's salad without dressing then she finally brings it exchanged the one with dressing and then she gives his to the one of the people in the next table 🤦🏻‍♀️. What's with this customer service. We had barely gotten our food. One minute later she's passing out to go containers and left our check so we can pay. I would never go back there.
