This was our first time at Texas de Brazil in Fresno, and Ryan truly made it an unforgettable experience. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Since it was our first visit, Ryan took the time to explain how everything worked, made great recommendations, and checked in often to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. His professionalism and friendly personality elevated the entire dining experience and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was amazing, but the service Ryan provided is what really stood out and will bring us back.

My husband and I went here for his birthday dinner with some friends. Everything was wonderful. The service was great. The selection of food was wonderful. The food tasted good. We had a reservation so we didn't have to wait to be seated.

I just had the best dinner of my life! I loved every meat they brought to the table. They were all juicy and cooked to perfection. The salad bar and lobster bisque were wonderful and the garlic mashed potatoes were divine. The service was unbelievable. Everyone working there seemed to love the job and took the time to make sure we were happy. The place is beautiful and every seat in the house is comfortable. I couldn't believe how well we were taken care of even though it was so busy. The mousse cake at the end was so delicious I was able to fit all of it in on an already full belly. I just couldn't stop eating it bc it was that good. I am truly grateful to the staff for making our New Years Eve end with a beautiful memory. It was perfect. I highly recommend Texas De Brazil for any holiday or special occasion- or if you just want to celebrate the moment.

What an awesome experience! Hannah was excellent and attentive. Nothing was missed. The manager came several times to make sure we had everything that we needed. I was celebrating my 51st birthday and Hannah personally wrote my birthday plate! I was blessed to be here today!

Great restaurant for a nice date or a family event/special occasion! The food was amazing. My husband's favorite was the bacon-wrapped chicken and everyone enjoyed the filet mignon. The salad bar had so many great options for veggies, salmon, cheeses lobster bisque.The atmosphere is nice. Service here is impeccable! It was our first time here and we had a lot of questions and needed some recommendations. Our waitress Aricely was so great! She recommended a few drinks which were amazing, made sure we had everything we needed and made for a great experience. Definitely will come back here to eat and would even stop by for drinks while in Riverpark. 10/10

It was incredible! We had 7:30 reservations and were seated before 7:31. Our server was ready to go right away, took our drink orders immediately, and before we knew it, the meat started coming. Every single person who served the meat did a fantastic job — all were exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to our server, Parker H., who truly made the experience memorable. The food was a solid 10 out of 10 — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and nonstop. I didn’t spend much time at the salad bar, but with the incredible variety of meats available, I’m going to presume that’s normal behavior. We’ll definitely be returning!

We just had dinner, this was such a delightful experience. Staff was so warm, welcoming and attentive. This is our favorite restaurant for date night with my husband. We were here two weeks ago for our anniversary and again tonight. The food was amazing and salad bar was awesome with everything so fresh . I’d like to take a moment and thank our favorite meat carvers are Manuel & Pablo! These guys are so attentive & detail oriented, they observe what you are enjoying and are sure to remember. They are always so friendly and serve us with a BIG SMILE! We always know we’re having a great dinner when we walk in and see they are walking around carving meat. Upon arrival Nick the manager personally greeted us and welcomed us warmly! He made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. We also had a new server tonight, Nick. He was so happy to serve us and was so attentive the entire time we were there. To Nick the manager, you have an amazing team! staff like yours has us drive 45min for dinner! Keep up the great work! Waiter brings you unlimited bread, french fries, mash potatoes, and sweet fried bananas. There's a self serve table in the center of the restaurant that includes salads, potatoe salad, cucumber, tomatoes, salami, and more. We got plenty of delicious bbq meat, but if you sit towards the back, some of the meat cuts might not reach you. We waited for the beef ribs and informed our waited but it never came. It can feel a little over crowded but service was good. Definitely reserve before coming in.

This was our first time here. It's very beautiful inside, very upscale and romantic! Customer service: The woman who seated us seemed a little nervous, but our server, Brianna, was way more friendly and bubbly. She offered to bring our drinks to us so we wouldn't have to go back and forth to the bar, but didn't ask if I wanted a double; she confirmed she had made mine a double after we saw the check and asked about the pricing. The men serving the meat were courteous and were smiling. The manager made a couple of rounds to ensure we were doing okay. Food: For $60 per person the food should have more flavor. The potato salad was bland, all the meats were bland except for the Brazilian sausage and the garlic pork. The filet mignon was so tender, but had no flavor. The beef ribs were tender too, but reminded me of pot roast without the gravy or veggies. One of the bacon-wrapped meats (flank steak or filet mignon) tasted a little smoky, but was chewy and still mostly flavorless. Bottom Line: This place looks pretty, but if you're here to be really romantic be aware that there is no dress code for customers (we saw someone in a bra and hoodie at the salad bar), and the meat needs salt and cracked pepper, at the very least.

More space!! Hey ya'll! This place is cracking, BUT! 45 minutes for one drink ( espresso martini), salad bar needs to be upgraded. The Lamb chops are Mr. C's 💯... Bring patients. Food comes slow after 8pm. Side dishes are "okay" at best! Come for the meat! Really nice staff, but something is off about the "staff", perhaps just not in sink with each other. 6 people $430. Plus tip out the door. (OMG nobody told us about "sign" to stop getting food.) I actually have more to say, but need to go back a second time to confirm my findings. Stay tuned for second visit post later.

Texas de Brazil Fresno, has many great reviews but those reviews don’t always reflect a positive experience. It was our first and last time visiting a Texas de Brazil. From the food, service, and atmosphere perspective, the service, really was a major disappointment. From reservation times not being met, to the serving of meats completely ceasing at our table. Our dinner lasted around 50 minutes for a party of five. It’s frustrating to feel regret over a dinner, the salad bar was delicious with many varieties, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but the service was the biggest turn off, that overshadowed the other two. Had the service delivered, the entire experience would have been satisfying.

I typically regret coming in, but I decided to give this restaurant one last chance for our anniversary since it’s the only Brazilian restaurant around after Rio Grill shut down. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the entire evening, I repeatedly asked for well-done meat. Not because I prefer it that way, but because I am currently pregnant and cannot consume rare meat. Despite explaining this, the correct cuts either never came, were repeatedly brought out dripping red, or arrived burnt on the outside while still rare inside. It felt like we had to fight for properly cooked meat the entire time. I asked for picanha several times and genuinely felt like it was being withheld. At one point, the waitress seemed to feel bad for us and tried to help, but even then, the meat arrived burnt externally and red internally. The only resolution we received was a simple apology. It was not worth leaving our baby at home for this experience. We are typically very easygoing customers, which makes this even more disappointing. We ultimately decided to cancel our plans to return. It’s especially upsetting because I grew up eating Brazilian food, and this was meant to be a meaningful anniversary dinner. I suppose we will have to wait until we can visit another Brazilian restaurant elsewhere. TY

Very disappointed with the service today! Have been to Texas De Brazil umpteen times and have had excellent service and food but today was definitely the worst experience. We ordered lamb chops as soon as we sat down at the table and got the order almost an hour and 20minutes after we placed it. The restaurant was not busy, I truly believe either the waitress (Renee) forgot to put the order in or there was glitch in the kitchen. The kitchen is clearly visible from the dining area. My son saw them pop the lamb chops on after I inquired about them (which was 45 minutes after we placed the order). I probably would have been less upset had they acknowledged their mistake instead of covering it up and saying the lamb chops were still not cooked to our preference ( seriously….. 1 hour and 20mins to cook 8 lamb chops medium well????)
