Great service 👍 the ppl here are patient, very helpful and attentive. I wish I could remember the names of those who provided the great customer service, but they were amazing. Keep it up ❤️
Quick food, chicken is juicy, fries are crispy. Cowle slaw is fire. Lemonade and chicken tenders can't go wrong. Seating is a bit tight have to wait, or outdoor seating the quickest.
I visited the location on a work trip back in December. 2 weeks later when submitting my expenses I realized I didn't have the receipt. Ramon took lots of time to assist in finding the reciept for me. Thank you!
My first ever time I went to raising canes, it was in time square NYC which was a very unpleasant experience. However, this restaurant was excellent. The Staff were all very helpful and kind. The food is all it is hyped up to be, the sauce and chicken are amazing. The bathrooms were also very clean.
Very nice soft chicken tenders. Not overly salty. The Cane sauce for the chicken is very good. Great service staff 10/10 ⭐️. The store is clean & tidy - good crew. Good al Fresca dining area too. And the restrooms is clean. Ample carpark in shopping area near Ross Dress for Less. Will be back if & when in the Fresno area.
First time coming here all the food was great if you order extra sauce it comes in a 32oz cup yeah first time coming here😂 chicken and toast are the best!! They have Post Malone cups
The chicken tenders were pretty good really soft the batter was good but I'm a person that likes seasoning and he didn't feel like it has seasoning and what's up with charging for the sauce
Raising Canes is good for the soul comfort food. I like the specialized limited menu, making it easy to order and sit down and relax. Their chicken strip breading is unique and very tasty. It is light, crispy and doesnt take over the whole taste of the meal. Chicken is not my first go to food but when I have a hankering for chicken, Cane's is my first and only choice. They also serve old fashioned crinkle fries that remind me of my childhood. I like that they serve coca cola, ice tea and homemade lemonade, my three favorite drinks. Unfortunately, lemonade is not a free refill but at least I can grab a freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea on the way out.
Before I share my opinion I want to thank Raising Cane’s for the opportunity to try their food. This is my first visit to a Raising Cane’s and we were comped a Box Combo. As in mostly all my reviews I rate in two areas, service and food. Service: Raising Cane’s is a fast food restaurant so my expectations aren’t high. You place your order at the counter (if ordering inside the store) and you pickup at the same place when they call your name. So the service is pretty much what I expected, nothing special. Food: Since I haven’t experienced their food before I had no expectations. I was told that the sauce is what makes the difference. Now for my critique of the food. The chicken tenders were fresh, hot, and crunchy, and didn’t have much flavor. I’m guessing that’s why you need the sauce. The sauce to me is like a thousand island dressing that has been pumped up with smoked paprika and finely ground black pepper. I was not impressed. The coleslaw was pretty good but was missing something to take it to the next level. It looked like KFC’s coleslaw and had a slightly similar taste. The Texas toast was okay for grilled bread. Again, nothing to write home to mother about. The French fries were okay. They were crinkle cut fries that you can eat with the sauce or catchup. Overall I guess I was looking for more flavor. Teenage kids really seem to like this place as there are a lot of them here. Of course you don’t have to take my opinion. I suggest that you give it a try as you may really like the food.
I ain't a fan of chicken fingers but I give it four stars because the chicken had a slight amount of batter on it with not all thick and oily like other chicken fingers. The chicken was juicy and flavorful but not my cup of tea. It reminds me of Starbucks, Chick FIL A and Dutch Bros every teenager has to go there. Plus the menu is too plain chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw and bread. Take your kids they'll love but I'll skip it next time.
The food was good, hot, and the portion of fries 🍟 was good. I felt satisfied with the portions. The location when we went in was an ice box. It felt like it was 60 degrees inside. After receiving our food we decided to go eat outside so our food wouldn't get cool but outside was not much better with it being windy with the lower 80. It should have made it a drive through day.
First time eating here, not sure if it was super busy but the tables and seats needed to be wiped down badly…the cashier that rang us up was very nice though. His taller coworkers were not so polite, very pushy. Food presentation was beautiful, you get plenty of food for a fair price. However, none of my food was cooked all the way. It could’ve been heated for a little longer, especially the fries and Texas toast. We were told the sauce was original but it just tasted like the spread from In and Out to me lol Not bad, will only stop by if in the area
The chicken finger craze is quite the thing. I’m not sure if it stems from a whole generation who grew up on chicken nuggets, or if people are just searching for decent fast food that isn’t a hamburger or taco. Regardless, Raising Cane’s has arrived in Fresno with a splash. Lots of buzz. Had to check it out for myself. I ordered the 3-finger basket. First the positives: Texas toast is outstanding. Chicken tenders are moist. Dipping sauce is tasty. Tea was good with good ice (important). Now the negatives: Fries were meh at best. Why no offer of ketchup? The drive-thru was chaotic even though the line wasn’t bad. It was like a poorly run fire drill. And the price of $9.50? I guess that’s comparable to most meal deals these days but not cheap either. Take it as you will. To me, it’s just another chicken finger place. Nothing special.
The workers at this particular Canes suck. I’ve been here 4 times during various times of the day and 3 of those my order has been wrong. This most recent they forgot my extra toast once again, I ordered my fries extra crispy and they’re still the regular soggy canes fries, and if I hadn’t caught the drive threw worker I would’ve had the wrong drink. Sauce is great, love the toast, prices are decent, but I will not be returning to this particular Canes.
The food is usually great but today I was disappointed. It was soggy and overly salty. This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from eating at this location. I’ve gone to other locations and have been fine but this one specifically always causes me to be sick. Employees need to be washing their hands and anything touching food needs to be cleaned. I don't think I’ll be returning as I and others in the reviews are experiencing constant stomach issues. Keep your germs to yourself!
The food wasn't bad, but I feel like as a chicken place they probably should do more with it. There was no seasoning on anything. The only thing that had the most flavor was the garlic bread and that was like someone whispered garlic from the other room. Was it edible, yes, was it enjoyable, not so much.
The service was too fast. It was almost like they rushed my order. The portions are small-like a baby carrot-and not worth the money. The customer service was really bad it was like I didn’t exist. The person behind the counter rolled his eyes snarling at me in disgust when I told him my order. They need to train and hire friendlier staff. Cool atmosphere though.
