We grew up eating hot pot and this place hit the spot. Flavorful broth and attentive service. Terrific sauce bar. The kids meal had fried chicken and chicken skewer options with French fries, so your pickiest kids can have their full tummies too!

There was no wait early Saturday right before noon. I had fun creating my own spicy dip at the sauce bar. We enjoyed the J Box, J Pot, bacon wrapped mushrooms and the Mango Pop cocktail. The food is delicious and I appreciate the quality of everything I consumed. I did observe patrons waiting to be seated by the time I was leaving. I suggest going early or making reservations. I look forward to eating at J Pot again.

Quick service, friendly staff, saucy sauces. Nice to see there’s a “street food” sort of option in the area. The food is good and portions are good too. A lot of choices, a tip is you can ask to add broth to your dry pots too. Also for those that can’t really handle spice, the medium is pretty darn hot. They have boba to help cool down your taste buds. Over all pretty good.

This is my go to hotpot spot in town. Very consistent with quality. When I am here, I normally share a pot with my partner and order additional meats/toppings on the side. Refill on broth is a no hassle request. From my experience, 11AM is the best time to arrive. Not many people, service is acceptable, and food comes out in a reasonable time frame. Perfect time for lunch dates. Great location with Barrel House a few steps away if there happens to be a wait. Highly recommend.

A pretty solid hotpot place! They have a pretty big menu with a large variety and selection, but my party went with hot pot. I can’t handle spice too well but usually can do mild, but the mild here was a little too spicy for my liking, so if you can barely handle spice just go with no spice! I may be biased but compared to other places like Tasty Pot and Boiling Point I felt that Jpot lacked some flavor. I did like that there’s a lot of ingredients, but if im comparing overall including price I’d prefer the latter. I did love that there’s a sauce bar and also roasted peanuts and chips to snack on before your meal comes. There’s also a boba bar at the entrance! The place is pretty huge and the servers are all super friendly. J Pot is located in a mall/outlet setting so there’s plenty of parking in the lot and you just walk. Jpot is a solid spot that would satisfy hot pot cravings!

Food is always really good, I recommend the Spicy Teriyaki Dry Pot as it resembles a spicy ramen bowl with sea food and vegetable options. The loaded gyozas are specifically my favorite as these are so good. Seating feels really private as the booths have walls separating them and the noise level is moderate even when the restaurant is full

J Pot is a fun spot if you’re craving hot pot but want something a little more individual. When you order a hot pot here, it’s served as a single portion, not the large, shared pot with continuously boiling broth like you see on YouTube. You can share, but it’s really meant for one person. The broth and ingredients all come together in the same pot (nothing served separately), and there’s already ramen at the bottom, which is a nice touch. The sauce bar is definitely a highlight, lots of options to mix your own dipping sauce and they even offer fresh fruits on the side. They also have appetizers, meats, and seafood you can order separately if you want to add more variety. Overall, it’s a nice, clean setup with good portions and an easygoing vibe — just know the style is more individual hot pot, not the classic communal one.

Showed up at the restaurant 3 mins before opening and was told we needed to wait as they were not yet open. We sat and watched the hostess and servers just stand around doing nothing. At 1 min to opening another couple showed up and were also turned away after being told they were not yet open. We watched for the last minute as the hostess and servers continued to stand around doing nothing. After the last minute passed we were seated. Seemed a bit ridiculous but it is what it is. The food is just ok. The service was friendly but if you needed anything you’d have to search for your server as we ended up having to do. I drink a lot of water and one of the ways I like to test service is to see how well they are able to keep my water full. I drank my water not long after being seated and never got a refill. It may have just been the day but this place left a pretty poor impression from beginning to end. Just average place with limited options. Ive had waaayyyyy better hot pot with more options. Not bad though...if you are craving a nice hot soup for this cold weather! While the lil personal fire stoves are eye catching, i didnt like that I couldnt control the heat options. I also didnt like that it was a flat wide pot instead of a deeper soup pot. I like that they have a boba bar inside though!

We came on a weekday around 2:30. Our table was ready at 2:50. We got seated around 2:55. We had to get our server at 3:10 because no one was coming to our table. The hostess took our order and was very patient and lovely. The food took 30 minutes to be served. The sides took another 10 to come after we asked for it because it didn’t come with the food. The hostess served us mostly and the server was barely there. The food is ok, low key mid. Come if you have lots of time to wait around.

We were seated, nice front person. Waitress took a while to get our drink order, we ordered the second she came. Our food was around an hours wait. The party next to us got there food within 15 mins from ordering. If I asked for something the waitress would take awhile getting it to us. We had no spoons but our jpots sat at the table. We asked them to turn the fans on outside so the flies wouldn’t bother us, waitress said she would ask but they never turned them on. We left after paying our bill.
