I really enjoyed eating here. Visiting Fresno for work so it was my first time. The place was clean, many open tables and all of them I could see were clean. Very friendly staff, my server was very nice, fast and accommodating. Brought me a new beverage before mine was half gone. I got the steak ends with mushrooms dinner and it was very good, not too salty like many places with steak in fact almost sweet. Fruit side also was fresh. Store manager was serving food, greeting customers and upholding his staff with his actions and words. I only gave the atmosphere a 4 because there were very loud children which I have none and came from a long shift of work. Prices are decent as well. Not all IHops are run this way.

Location is easily accessible with ample of parking. The front greeter was very professional. The menu is plenty with items to choose from. It was only outside dining because of the covid-19. It got a little windy a couple of times but mostly it was pretty nice. Got a bit hot sitting out there at lunch time because the sun started getting on our table before we finished eating. We were sitting at a table with a large umbrella over it. There were a few tables like that and then there was a large tent with tables in it. They weren't using the large tent at the time we were there and I guess it was for dinner time or when they have a larger crowd. There were only about three tables of guests while we were there. The food was good. We got exactly what we ordered, even when I ordered a sandwich not on the menu, they made it for me. Everything tasted great. They did let us go inside to use the restrooms. The only thing that I would have changed is being able to sit in the shaded tent area during the heat.

Pancakes were soggy and eggs are never made to order.The hot chocolate was good though and the hash browns were delicious. However, cant say much about the cleanliness of their bathrooms which were dirty and 1 out if their 2 bathroom toilets were over filled and nobody kept up the bathroom...no towels in either mens or womens bathroom..also there was water or hoping it was water all over the floor heading into the bathrooms as well as in the restrooms. Nobody bothered to clean it up but had the "decency" to put the caution sign up.

Let me first start by sing. I give much respect for anyone working as a server when they should be at home retiring lots of credit. Now as for IHOP as a place to go eat for breakfast I would rather go to Denny's and that should sum it up.. my wife and I went with the family for my sister's birthday so we didn't have a say on were we went..lol They did have a good variety on the menu to choose from. The coffee was good and the food came out fast. We did have a wonderful time but it's not somewhere I would choose to go on my own.. now that is my opinion and you at least have to try it once.. For anyone that took the time to read this may you and your family have a wonderful and blessed day..

Food was bland. IHOP used to be great. Wait staff didn't listen when I placed order and brought the wrong items. When I pointed this out and asked them to bring what I ordered, they gave me attitude.

The coffee is cold and the diced potatoes are from a frozen bag and the vegetables look like minced meat and then if you come they just put you in a corner like when you misbehaved at school. You haven't even finished eating and she brings you the bill like the waitress is running away from me because I ordered something and she wants to bring me something else.

It was very busy but the staff was handling it well. My biggest issue is the overall cleanliness in the facility. The bathroom was dirty and smelled really bad, despite the checklist being cleaned shortly beforehand. The door to the ladies room is a pain to open and requires maintenance. Staff is friendly and quick despite the high volume of guests, the chefs were doing GREAT and I appreciate them very much, all out food was delicious.

Totally got my order wrong. It was not the Hispanic waitress (who was friendly) but the Asian waitress who has an accent. The Hispanic waitress had a tablet to order my food so I am sure she got the order right. I ordered one bacon, one sausage, hash browns and eggs sunnyside up plus wheat toast. I got from the Asian waitress, two bacon, hash browns and scrambled eggs. Plus white toast, one jam, and no butter. I didn't reorder because it seems it would confuse them further. So I ate what was given. What was funny about it there were hardly any customers. Not enough napkins. I gave no tip because of the screw up.

The service was not gonna lie pretty bad. Cups of water were quite small, so I needed a refill pretty quick. Even my 8-year old son needed water and we waiting for a while and still nothing, had to flag down a waitress for help. Then ate the food. But my hash browns were burnt and really crispy. I got new ones which was nice. But the pancakes were kinda of a disappointment. They feel apart whenever we cut into them... my pancakes are home are more full and don't fall apart when I cut into them. Overall it was okay. I rather go to Dennys next time.

Worst experience. Waited one hour at our table for our food. They're ordering system went down so that was part of the problem. They should be able to handle a shut down a little more gracefully. Quality of the food was questionable. Omelette looked messier than my 12-year-old could have made. All the pancakes split in half and a large hole left by the ball of butter. Taste was okay. Only highlight was the friendliness of our server. Two star service grade is for the time it took.

I been spoiled by the IHOP in Clovis on Shaw Ave. my 1st time at this Fresno Location. All 3 of our meals were a hard missed. I wouldn’t come here again even if it was 50% off. If you want IHOP try a different location or just go to another restaurant all together. I probably would have been more Satisfied with a McDonald breakfast.

We have never seen an ihop like this the portions were very small, they say 2 eggs but didn’t seem like. Also was the food didn’t seem fresh and everything that they bought out was cold. They only brought us one coffee and filled in half of thermos. It felt like we are out of food in America. Please avoid this location unless you’re not hungry.
