I love this place, food is always fresh and tastes great. Service is always fantastic.

Amazing quality food, the spicy fish plate is catfish nuggets, vegetables, and a spicy yet flavorful sauce. Literally the best fish plate I've ever ordered from a Chinese restaurant! Food is made to order, and comes out fast. Good and bright atmosphere without the loud Asian style music that most places have. The waiter is extremely personable and friendly. Will visit again when I return to Friona.

All staff VERY friendly and polite. I can honestly say that I will never get better service anywhere else. Large variety of menu options, huge portions and fair prices. I was very impressed with this place and will travel to come back again!

This place is honestly my favorite Asian food place within 100 miles, besides maybe Bokka in Clovis. But unlike Bokka, the prices here are affordable. It's actually really cheap and they give you ALOT of food. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Every time I drive thru Friona, I wanna stop here. It's also quiet inside and comfortable. There is also truck parking, I believe. Thank you for the great food!

Great food! If you are looking for Pho or soup in cold weather, try the Pho Noodle Soup. It is great and spicy! You can ask for the extra spice on the side, and it comes with chicken, beef, and shrimp!! It is a beef based broth/stew with rice noodles. It is yummy, and comes in a large portion. Spring rolls and egg rolls are also great! Strongly recommend both the soup, and restaurant. Great customer experience! Clean, and great appearance indoors. 👍

The service is fast and friendly. The food is amazing. Everything I have eaten there is delicious. They now serve a few different sushi rolls that will hit the spot if you are craving sushi. This is a Chinese restuarant that serves a few other Asian food dishes, it's a decent selection of food for great prices. They do serve pho noodle soup, it is a little different from other pho restaurants but that is ok, it is just another version and it is delicious. I will be going back every chance I get to enjoy quality food with excellent service!! The restaurant is also very clean as well as the bathrooms.

Great customer service, great chicken fried rice. Walked in minutes before they closed they were locking the door and owner still went out of his way and made me an order of fried rice. Love this place.

Great Restersaunt to eat at owner is very friendly! Great place to bobtail and park at if you have to pick up at cargil and Cant sleep cause of the trains! Be polite leave them a tip and dont trash the lot ! Trash cans provided opens at 1045 I think will be back again thank you guys ! For being nice ! Knight Driver !

Best food in Friona if you ask me. 😉 The "Banker Special" is like nothing I've ever experienced at any other Chinese restaurant. Large portions. I stop here every time I pass through. Staff is friendly and courtious to a fault. Every stop is a good experience. I haven't gotten sick once. 👍🤘

The Hunan Star is one of those places. Excellent! The food was fresh and plentiful with a rich flavor that is diverse and pleasant, the Spring rools have a flavor that, in my opinion, stands above the rest.. the plum sauce.. YUM! The lovely lady who took my order is so very kind. You really do have to try it.. YUM!

I've been to alot of Chinese restaurants. One of the reasons I life this place is. It taste fresh I think they made everything right then and there.

They also had a lunch combo with 2 entrees and one set of sides for under $15, it was plenty for my wife and I. The curry chicken was really good 👍

This stop, I recommend for fried rice and egg roll.. God bless them. P.S. Note: the rice portion in the white to-go container is much smaller then what you would expect elsewhere, and because of this I give 4 STARS

I really like this place. They are really super friendly and the food is good. So I was extremely disappointed when I ordered a lo mein dish. It was nothing but Ramen noodles with some stuff thrown in. I will go back but I will be sure to only get rice dinners.

Overall, it wasn't a bad restaurant, but there's potential for improvement. As it was takeout, I only briefly observed the interior, which appeared clean but somewhat uninspired.

Very poor. Broccoli was past it's prime and not even slightly cooked. They have no clue what fried rice is, I got some yellow colored sticky rice trying to pass as fried rice. Very skimpy on the meat. Expensive. I only ate some because that's all I had for dinner at work and I spent $10 on it. If you are headed to Hereford anyway stop at the Saigon restaurant on 25 Mile, very good food.

There lo main was made out of oodles on noodle. The General so chicke was ok, it was missing the vegetables that usually come with it.The crab ragoon was ok 2 ,but no crab meat,just cream cheese

The worst ever its not fried rice more like Styrofoam microwave. I asked if I could have vegetable rice with onion. I can’t be done because it’s not Chinese fried rice. I do not recommend.

Ordered the shrimp roll appetizer that was good. But when I ordered Mongolian beef I was brought I don’t know what. Didn’t take one bite and they still charged me for it. Told the waiter that it was not Mongolian beef and he said that’s what I served you. Spent over 20 bucks and only had an appetizer.

The “fried rice” was also a huge disappointment as it was essentially white rice with orange coloring. The waiter was the only highlight. He tried very hard to get things together as quickly as possible but it appeared he was the only one working.

The food I ordered was awful. The egg rolls were greasy and the won ton soup was possibly the worst i've ever had. The only positive was the staff was very friendly.
