The food was amazing I enjoyed it for being a fastfood place in a gas station it was really good. The person on cash register seemed fine with taking our orders but just had an "I don't wanna be here" type of attitude

The Good: The cashier was friendly and the restaurant looked mostly clean. The bad: I ordered two sourdough burgers. The cashier first had to verify they have that, which they did. Then I asked about toppings and there was no mention of tomato and lettuce, so I asked to add lettuce. After a few minutes I received my burgers and got down the road. When I unwrapped my burgers, I was greeted with two large tomato slices on each. Okay, no biggie. I took them off and started eating my burger. I then noticed that one bun was toasted while the other was a bit soggy, cold, buttery and not toasted at all. The second burger was more of the same. I get that mistakes happen, but when mistakes are made at every step of the process, that's a training issue. Management, please get this store straightened out.

This used to be a great place to stop while traveling the gas station was clean and tidy and Carl's JR had great food. The restaurant was clean and the food was really good. What happened? The food was not good. There were flies everywhere and not a single table was clean. The staff were courteous though.

Employees were polite and professional. Ordered a double angus famous star with cheese, lettuce wrapped, minus ketchup and special sauce, add mustard and jalapeños. What i got was wrapped in a weird green, slimy lettuce. It is supposed to have tomatoes and onions, but I guess those were traded for my jalapeños. Ordered a double jalapeño cheeseburger, lettuce wrapped. Lettuce was also an off color of green and slimy. Also, there was only one small hamburger patty. It appears lettuce wrapping is a hassle to the kitchen staff. I wont be back

Got two guacamole burgers only a hint of guacamole had to pay for more the meat was cold wonder if was even cooked and the bun were stale. Wow. Do better people.

They don't use the Carl's Jr app. Their deals are through the Pilot app and completely different from the Carl's Jr offers. The cashier looked to management to tell me they don't use the app, then couldn't tell me how to find the deals on the Love's app. I left to try to figure it out on my own, was disappointed, and didn't purchase anything.

I asked the cashier for ketchup and she said “it’s already in the bag” when I came home absolutely no ketchup in the bag very rude of her to lie in my face

The absolute worst fast food staff, period. Come in at 6pm four guys are standing around talking about "being successful". I was the only one in the restaurant. Ordered two hamburgers only ketchup and mustard, and fries. After 8 minutes, I got two cheeseburgers and really old fries. Keep in mind, ALL FOUR heard me order cause they were all at the counter. I gave them the order back, and it took 10 minutes to get the remake but at least it will be nice and hot, right? No way, it was literally colder than the cheeseburgers and they just shoved my original fries back in the bag. $16, btw, for two basic hamburgers and fries. So I figured the next morning that the crew could not be near as bad. Walked in with one guy behind me (6:30am) the two employees (Romeo and a little girl) walked past us to hide in a corner near thr drive thru to eat. After awhile, the girl comes to take our orders while still chomping on her food. Order two sausage biscuits, add bacon and a strawberry shake. She doesn't add the bacon and I point out that I wanted bacon. She says with a nasty attitude (after she swallowed her food) "YOU SAID SAUSAGE!"...to which I point out "add bacon". The people behind me heard me. At this point Romeo came to take over cause it was just TOO much for her. He had a decent attitude, best at least that I've encountered at this place. So the girl slings a banana shake at me (yes, banana and not strawberry like I ordered). And a few minutes later, slings a bag on the counter and says nothing. A minute later Romeo explains that's my bag. It has sausage, EGG, and bacon. It's been 18 minutes since I walked in, so I had to just leave with my wrong order (again).

MissSleeping Beauty

Waited 30 minutes for our food when we saw them hand half our order to a different customer who ordered after us. Didn't even get an apology for the wait and then they threw our correct food just into the bag. Super lazy and rude. I work in service and this is not how you treat customers especially when these workers were the ones that messed stuff up and had us wait for so long. Saw them looking at the order seeing it was wrong while completely ignoring us. I was waiting for this food since we had to travel to get it and am super disappointed with the service and lack of care. Waste of my time and money. Won't be back anytime soon.

Gotten about 5 orders here and out of the 5 1 wasn't messed up and I decided to get the chocolate shake and it's only half a cup and pressed with whip cream to make it look like a full cup getting cheated
