Visiting Texas for the first time and decided to eat here! Kahnh and Dylan were amazing today!!!! Kahnh (our server) is always checking up on us and even helped us skim off the gunk on top of the broth. He is very attentive and detailed oriented. Loved how he got us a plate of fruit at the end! Would love to have him as a server whenever I visit Texas haidilao again! Dylan is also very kind, helpful, and ready to help whenever!

I really enjoy eating at Haidilao. My family and I have been living in Dallas for over a year, and we've mostly chosen Haidilao. We love the service, the ambiance, and the food. We especially love their condiment station, which has a wide variety of seasonings and snacks. The staff are all very friendly, especially Velen. She's incredibly attentive and considerate. We never have to lift a finger to prepare the food, and she always cleans up any trash on the table. She's always attentive to our needs and very polite. She's truly dedicated. I want to give Velen a thumbs up! I'll be coming every week from now on, otherwise I'll miss her service, haha.

I stopped by Haidilao in Frisco for the first time, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. Because of my job, I travel a lot and love trying new places — and this one absolutely stood out. The service here is on another level. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time. They explained everything clearly since it was my first time, helped us pick the right broth and ingredients, and kept checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out beautifully presented. I could tell they really pay attention to quality and detail. It’s not just a meal here — it’s an experience. If you’re ever in Frisco and want something both fun and delicious, Haidilao is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing time dining at HaiDiLao Hot Pot in Frisco, Texas! From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat and inviting — the kind of place that immediately puts you in a good mood. The atmosphere was fun, lively, and filled with the sound of people laughing, cooking, and enjoying themselves. It’s the perfect spot for groups, date nights, or anyone who loves an interactive dining experience. Our waiter, Dylan, made the evening even better. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew his way around the menu. He helped us pick the best broth and ingredients for our table, and then surprised us by creating a custom dipping sauce that was out of this world — hands down the best we’ve ever had! It had just the right balance of spice, tang, and flavor that took everything up a notch. Between the fresh ingredients, great service, and fun, social vibe, we’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Dylan and the entire team for making it such a memorable experience.

Went to Haidilao Hot Pot in Frisco and honestly had a great time. Our server Dylan was super chill and really helpful and, he explained everything clearly and even made us a fire sauce mix that ended up being my favorite part. We did the AYCE and all the meats were high quality. Service and food both 10/10. Can’t wait to come back again.

It was our 19th wedding anniversary so we decided to try something new. We chose to try Korean hot pot for the first time. I told this to the lady making the reservation not expecting anything extra but boy did they go above and beyond. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend for any special event or random night out.

Amazing food. The restaurant was super clean, and the wait staff was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They were fast, extremely friendly, and never more than a few quick steps away. We were well taken care of, to say the least. Not a place for a quiet date night. The atmosphere is very lively, active, and can be pretty loud, but it’s fun. We didn’t have a reservation, but it would be a good idea. This is a very popular place and it stays pretty full.

There was a wide selection of meats including pork, beef, seafood, and fish — everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Honestly, it felt like enjoying authentic Chinese hot pot without even having to leave the U.S.! What made the experience even more special was that it happened to be your birthday that day 🎉 The staff surprised you with a fun performance right at our table — singing, dancing, and all smiles! It was such a sweet and unforgettable moment that made the night even more festive. It was our first time trying hotpot. We were excited snd let our server know about our first time here. He did not really help much, just gave us ipad and asked us to order. I had to ask every small thing like how much time for each type of meat, he did not even let us know about the had pulled noodles.another server helped and that saved us. We were not served the bowls for noodles, so we ended up taking the tiny soup bowls for handmade noodles as well. Servers do change the whole vibe of your hotpot dinner (especially the first time) We had 2 soup bases - tomato and spicy mala….trust me the spicy mala was numbing and i had to order a beverage just to calm my nerves. Dipping station was great. Meat was fresh and I especially liked the basa fish. Instant and handmade noodles were good. Overall, liked the experience and will be back to try more soup bases. Hopefully our server then is a cheerful one. Desert bar was okayish. They ran out of golden bricks. Snacks were fun and cute sized.

Food is extremely good, the soup here is very authentic and very tasty. The noodles, sides are really good with many varieties. The salad bar has different menu with dessert and ice cream as well. Update: ⚠️ Visited 2nd time, don't try the pepper soup 🤮 Kids will really enjoy this place!
