My boyfriend and I have driven by this place a million times and finally came in for our one year anniversary dinner. We had the most delightful time. Our waiter was extremely kind and knowledgable about the menu. My boyfriend is gluten free, and the staff were wonderful in making sure he was taken care of. Additionally, another waiter in our room provided the most wonderful dinner show including us despite not being our waiter. Vegas entertained us with knowledge about the history of the restaurant and gave us a truly memorable experience. We will definitely be back in the future!!

My husband and I went here for the first time and had an amazing dining experience. Our server, Vegas, was hysterical and made our night a memorable one. Food was delicious. The only thing I didn't love was the bread and butter! Everything else was perfect!! Randy, himself walked around checking in on guests which was nice as well. We will definitely we back!

My family and I came here for my grandma’s birthday and sat in one of their private dining rooms and had the absolute best experience. Our server, I believe his name was Marshall, was amazing. We were a large party and he was super attentive to everybody, going above and beyond to ensure that we had an outstanding experience. The food was super delicious as well. We will definitely be back!!

So great! Picture perfect home instantly drew us in. Upon entering the home was set up with reception area that was so welcoming. We were seated in a private room, with 4 tables. Kinda different....AND it was AMAZINGLY different! Our server, Vegas, rocked his section! He was, inviting, boisterous, funny, personable & added a fabulous sense of fun! We were "introduced" to the other tables in an entertaining, fun, jovial manner. We all had great convos, as we also enjoyed our own private table conversations. Randy visited our room interacting with all tables in professional manner, we looped him in on our room vibe- which was strangers who were instantly new friends! Fabulous, gorgeous, delicious food with a staff that was so over the top fun! I hope that you get to experience the Red Room with Vegas. And tell Randy the upstairs should be nap rooms after dinner as you will devour every last bite of food & laughter.

We had steak and tilapia, and the spinach stuffed mushrooms were absolutely fantastic. I must say, I think the dinner was better than a couple of highly rated steakhouses I’ve visited recently. I highly recommend Randy’s, and the prices are phenomenal. Randy’s has been here for years and truly deserves the support. With all the construction going on we don’t wanna lose Randy’s. It’s a great restaurant! It’s a perfect restaurant for date night

Went in for our anniversary last night and it was fantastic. Had the crab cakes, blackberry filet, asparagus, potatos, chocolate cake, and some yummy Halloween drinks. Everything tasted great! Sylvia was our waitress and she was so sweet and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Wow 🤩 We drove from Fort Worth to support an iconic steakhouse. After reading stories about their loss of customers, due to the City of Frisco dragging their feet on road construction. I ate here 20 years ago when I lived closer and remembered what a great experience it was. So we drive an hour to try again. Well, spoiler alert ‼️ It was even better than I remembered. What a beautiful restaurant in a historical home. Getting past the construction on Main Street was a pain but well worth it. The girls inside greeted and sat us right away. Our server was Nicole and she was a superstar! We started with some wine and a recommendation for the bleu cheese wedge salad. We loved that salad and split it because it was huge. I chose the 16oz ribeye and my wife picked the bleu cheese filet. We decided to split sides and chose a loaded baked potato, mushrooms for the steaks and the Osage spinach dish. OMG 😱 thr steaks were soooo good. Well cooked and packed full of savory flavors. Loved the spinach Osage and thr baked potato was perfect. We had so much food left over that there was a full meal of leftovers going honestly. One of the highlights was speaking to Randy who still cones out and talks to each table. This man cares about his employees and customers. It shows because he’s still successful after 30+ years at the same location. We will be back…..

We went to Randy’s Steakhouse to celebrate my mother’s 73rd Birthday. it was fabulous! Currently, there is construction on the road pit front, but it’s still very easy to get to and they have their own large parking lot. We arrived at 5:30 for our Reservation. The old house is lovely and a great place to celebrate! Our waiter told us the history of the home/restaurant, then promptly took our beverage order. We ordered drinks, the Conundrum Cab was delicious! The Shrimp appitezer, had a homemade cocktail sauce and remoulade sauce. Both were very delicious, great flavors. We also ordered a variety of other things to come with dinner. It was Friday, so we had a 12oz. Prime Rib, which was cooked exactly as we asked. The Blackberry filet mignon was also cooked to perfection. The sauce was delicious, the filet mignon flavor was fresh, smooth, and went excellent with the blackberry sauce. We aldo had some sides: Macaroni & Cheese as smooth, creamy with an amazing crispy top! It was very delicious! It is enough to have as a main dish. We all shared the Onion Rings, Steamed Asparagus, and Steamed Broccoli! The veggies were very delicious! The Onion Rings are a Heaping Huge pile!! They’re amazing- definitely try them! For dessert we ordered the Chocolate melting Cake to share. It does take 20 minutes to prepare, so you may want to tell your waiter a bit early. Our evening experience was so enjoyable, we plan on coming back again soon!

Our server, Marshall was outstanding! The greeters were in need of some hospitality training. It was crowded in the bar but to be expected on a Friday evening happy hour. I was disappointed in the atmosphere of the dining area. Lighting was wrong for fine dining and the decor needs a serious upgrade! Food was good, Randy very personable and friendly. We had a nice time and will go back if Marshall can be our server!!!

My wife and I went to Randy’s Steakhouse in Frisco for Valentine’s Day and overall had a nice evening. The food was very good. She had the steak with blue cheese and really enjoyed it, and my sea scallops in lemon butter sauce were excellent. The chocolate mousse cake for dessert was outstanding — definitely a highlight of the meal. The mushrooms (served family-style) were plentiful and nicely peppery with a good kick. The asparagus tasted good as well, though the portion was pretty small for sharing. Our server was very friendly and apologized several times, but the food took quite a while to come out, and they were out of decaf coffee, which was a bit disappointing. I ended up with a Tazo orange tea that paired surprisingly well with the chocolate cake. The atmosphere is charming — it’s set in an old house with several different dining areas and a cozy bar, which makes for a unique and romantic setting. Overall, a good experience with great food, though service timing could use some improvement.

First time to visit this place. We made reservations for Saturday night. There was no need as the place was empty. Our reservation was for the bar area, but we were first seated in a room that had a very odd, foul, sewer like smell. We had to ask to move to the bar area. The staff in the bar area were not friendly. It was only us and one other couple so it wasn’t busy. The food here was ok. Nothing special for the price. The bread and butter appetizer were to best part of the whole meal. We overheard the owner Randy, discussing with other patrons why they were so slow. It’s not the construction. It’s the snooty staff that treats you like you are a nuisance. Once our food was served, no one checked on us until someone came and took our plate. The restaurant is located in a old home. It’s a charming building but the sewer smell in certain areas was overwhelming.

My wife and I went to Randy’s for our anniversary. We had never been but we had heard so many people speak highly of the restaurant so we gave it a try. After we got seated, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came and introduced themselves as our server. The server was in a rush and took another several minutes just to get us waters. After about 20 minutes, the server asked us for our drink orders but those took another 10-15 minutes to arrive. We ordered the pork belly and it was a small serving but tasted good. After not seeing our server for another 10-15 minutes, we decided that the service wasn’t going to get any better and for the price we’re paying, we deserve better service. We ultimately closed out and drove to Bob’s Chophouse in McKinney. They got us a table quickly and their service was 10/10. I won’t go back to Randy’s but I highly recommend Bob’s Chophouse in McKinney as the service is much better and the prices were almost identical. Side note, my wife and I both got sick later that evening and the only thing we both ate was the pork belly at Randy’s. We’re assuming the pork belly was the issue since we didn’t share any other dishes for the rest of the night.
