Absolutely the best donuts and service in town. The entire staff is amazing and their products (coffee, donuts, smoothies) are better than anything made by the chain stores. Definitely worth it!

This place is hands down one of the best donut places in Frisco. I've been going since the place opened and it's always been some of the highest quality donuts you can get.

I call myself a donut expert. Their glazed donuts are solid, but what sets them apart is their wide selection of donuts. This was the first shop nearby that offered a cronut.

The owner is a dream to work with and always pleasant!

The staff is friendly and efficient. There’s not much more to say, other than I’m glad we have such a great shop to head to on lazy weekend mornings!

We live in North Fort Worth and this place was an awesome surprise!! Being out in Frisco for a soccer tournament, we came into Sugarboy during a rain delay. They have some amazing donuts here and so many things to choose from. Donuts with fresh strawberries and cream in the middle, things I have never seen. We will definitely be stopping by here when I’m out this way again!!

I visited this new donut shop that just opened up next to my house. I'm going to be in serious trouble. This is a family run business and I had a chance to get to talk to them about what makes a great donut and the owner/baker had his daughter give me a donut to try for my opinion and these are really good donuts!!! I tried their Croissant strawberry and Nutella donut and it was fantastic and worth every calorie!! I also got a nice assortment of a few other donuts they have and still working my way through them but the plain glazed they gave me as a sample was very good. I highly recommend you stop by and try them. The most import detail is they are open to 8PM when most donut shops close at 2pm in Texas. They also have coffee and bottle tea as well. You MUST try them and support this great family run business. There are very few of them left these days!!

We love this place! They are so sweet and their donuts are awesome! They have such a large selection for the kiddos and adults! They were so accommodating with the birthday donuts, and they came out beautifully! They have SO many different options for girls, boys, teams- whatever occasion you have going on!

They have cronuts which were soft and had delightful combinations with cream and fruits. The savory options were delightful. I tried the spinach and cheese, which was tasty and I tried the sausage, bacon, and cheese croissant. So so good (although a bit greasy). The service was great - they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have to also mention they were following covid protocol very well with hand sanitizer at the door and masks required.

While we waited they brought us free donut holes which was another special treat for the birthday girl. Everyone is so friendly and the donuts are so good. Try the one with bacon! Lovely staff and very friendly! Donuts are fresh and delicious—not overly sweet or glazed. The cronuts are my favorite. Giving 4 stars because donuts are a little pricey.

If you like cronuts this is the place to go not many Texans seem to know what they are and they have several different to choose from but be prepared to pay I got a dozen mixed donuts and cronuts some kolaches and a drink for $50 expensive yes but that's what you would pay in New York

I ordered their egg burrito and croissant sandwich. Those weren’t very good. The eggs in the burrito were rubbery and the one on the croissant was chewy. We also ordered doughnuts, but they taste stale, not fresh at all.

Great donut place with good selection of cronuts. A bit pricey though. Update: Was a little disappointed that they over charged me by almost $5! Felt like it was on purpose. My advise, ask for the receipt to confirm your total before walking out.

Friendly staff. Donuts were okay, we got a filled donut and there was very little cream filling — disappointed. Cute donuts for kids will give it another try in the future.

I’ve used the app quite a few times at other bakeries and usually end up pleasantly surprised with both the quantity and variety of items in the surprise bag. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The portion I received was noticeably smaller than what I’ve gotten from other local donut shops, and the selection was very limited — just a few basic donuts with no variety or effort to make it feel special. Part of the fun of using Too Good To Go is discovering new favorites or trying different flavors you might not normally order, but this bag didn’t offer that at all. I was hoping to use the app to find a new regular donut spot for our family, but this one definitely missed the mark. The donuts themselves were just okay — not bad, but nothing memorable — and the overall experience felt disappointing compared to the value I’ve received elsewhere. Between the lack of variety, small quantity, and underwhelming presentation, I don’t see myself trying Sugarboy Donuts again.

Donuts are good, service is bad. They send out fake promotions, then want to upsell you at the register. Had a reward for 6 free donuts, BUT the lady told me I had to buy an item to get my reward.

Terrible donut shop. Donuts are always stale & not fresh, especially the donut holes. They leave them sitting out with the bag open already prepared which allows the air to get to them. Maybe they should fold the bag closed. I always ask for the ones in the case but always happen to be handed the ones not sitting open on the counter. Then when I have to go back inside & get a replacement bag the young girl with the color hair has an attitude.

My fiancé bought two boxes for my family and some of the donuts were not cooked all the way. We bit into a few raw donuts.. there are far better donut places around to go to instead.

This is Mr Sugarboy donuts...knock off of sugarboy. I pre-ordered a dozen Spiderman donuts for a birthday party($40) I was so disappointed the eyes were just slits. When I said something the cashier just ignored me. I will never make this mistake again. Wish I was able to post pictures

Was overcharged by $4 and some change from the lady’s order before us, and it would’ve been okay had it not seemed like the lady meant to do it. We paid just over $17 for a few donuts, donut holes and a few pigs in a blanket. Won’t be returning here.
