Great people work here. My favorite being a manager that goes by the name Betty. She is so nice and friendly! I love how they get the food out quickly and never have a mean or unwelcoming face! For such a busy place they all seem very happy. Talking and enjoying themselves while also working oh so efficiently. Great atmosphere to sit back and eat at as well if you're not in a rush. Free WiFi helps also! Good cooks here!

I stopped in at Taco Bell on Monday. They are clearing the construction aftermath inside and out. I like that they added kiosks to place your order. 4 terminals allow for easy menu selections and quick checkout. I ordered a hard shell taco with avocado sauce and a soft shell taco with jalapeno cheese sauce. The best item I ordered was the strawberry lemonade freeze. It's so good. I usually don't order frozen drinks but this caught my eye.

Simply the most majestic Taco Bell I have ever had the pleasure of getting a Crunchwrap supreme at. It embodies everything Taco Bell wishes to encapsulate in “Live Mas”.

One of the speakers in the dining area is blown and rattled. The dining area is kept clean, as well as the restrooms. The staff were friendly. Food quality was on par compared to other locations of the same brand. Food came out hot and tasted as expected. I have eaten here a few times and the food and service are always good. From ordering until food was ready was approximately 5 minutes, even with a line of people ordering ahead and after.

Excellent experience, food was hot with generous portions and the bathroom and entire restaurant was very clean. Honestly kind of shocking how perfect everything was, kudos to this team!

Cannot say enough about my visit here tonight! On my last visit, service was extremely slow, and I don't remember the food being all that great. Tonight though, there was an all female staff that took extra care to make my food really taste good, and to the order specifications as I don't eat meat or dairy. I also mentioned we would take some hot sauce, and they gave us 5, which was more than enough. Usually TBell gives out a whole handful that I just toss because I don't need that much for 2 burritos. I could tell this particular set of staff really cares about good service, which you really can't say about most Taco Bells.

WoW!!! First time here while visiting the area. They made my chicken and cheese quesadilla out of this world! I asked for just chicken and cheese and no creamy jalapeno sauce and they delivered! The perfect amount of chicken amongst all the cheese! DELICIOUS! Kudos to whoever in there made this quesadilla for me! I will get another one before leaving town! The best ever! Thank you so much!

On 3/27 at 12:30 pm I was served the best Crunchwrap I have ever had in my life. It was perfectly toasted and the layers were generously distributed. Thank you to whoever blessed me with such deliciousness. Also, this is my first google review, I just had to express my gratitude.

Staff is great and friendly. You can't beat the location either! Look to the East, and depending on the day and time, it might be the most beautiful views in Frisco.

Like the fact I can still order at the counter and talk to a human! Our order came out faster than the digital order.

Truly an excellent experience. If you were working today at around 12:30 you created the best crunchwrap ive ever had. I am scared to go to taco bell again because i know any crunchwrap i will have in the future will not compare. The tortilla was toasted to perfection. The layers were perfectly constructed and the ratio of each ingredient was simply excellent. I do not normally write reviews, but i had to sing my praises.

Super quiet atmosphere was lovely! My food was prepared super fast and this location by far has the best chicken quesadillas from all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to, the cheese pull was a 10/10, definitely will come back if I’m in town again!

Whoever the younger (teens/early 20’s) guy that was working the register yesterday 3/3/26 is a model employee. He was incredibly nice to me and the three other groups of guest(s) I heard him take care of while I was sitting there eating. Made sure all the orders were gonna be correct before he sent them and overall had a good attitude. Refreshing to see/hear/feel these days, especially from fast food. When he wasn’t taking orders he wiped down all the tables even though they were already clean. Also, shout out to the peeps in back cause they assembled tacos that weren’t a sloppy mess unlike many T Bell. Overall a good experience I feel a little weird about writing a review about Taco Bell but I hope the Owner/Manager see this.

I love this place, I have been on a trip here in Colorado and have been up in the mountains no where near the sacred Taco Bell. After nearly 4 days of no Taco Bell I took a 55 minute to a Taco Bell in Idaho Springs but alas it was closed. The day was ruined. The next morning I woke up at 6:30AM to get in my car and drive an hour and a half to this Taco Bell. Upon the end of my pilgrimage to the holy taco spot, I could not have been more enraptured by its beauty. Finally. Finally I got my Taco Bell. My life is complete.

Most of my experience with Taco Bells is pretty miserable, however this place has quick service that was relatively friendly. They could improve a lot on keeping the Dining and drink fountains clean; but overall it wasn't a bad visit.

So my new go to for breakfast! Sausage crunchwrap for the whole day, gets me thru my days with no lunchbreak! Drive thru is quick and easy and it's affordable.

I was disturbed by the inclusion of ketchup next to the other packets of hot (?) sauce. This is NOT a dual-restaurant location, so "ketchup" is the correct answer to "which thing does not belong?".

Great food. Clean place and restrooms, but there was a girl working there that kept leaving the counter and going to a table where obviously her mom and siblings were with a baby and talking more often than working. They seemed to be in for dinner, and she kept bringing them more and more food between customers and standing there playing with the baby and talking while people were waiting for their orders. Seemed a bit unprofessional, and if she had extra time to visit, shouldn't she help the others in the back get orders out quicker? Seems the manager must not be there much.

I don't have any qualms with the food. But the last few times ive gone and ordered a baja blast its tastes like there was some sort of cleaning fluid in it. I figured that was a one time thing but over the course of three months ive been a few times and the drink is always off.

The Frisco Taco Bell is an okay place to get good food, In the past I have had bad experiences with the service as I have had to order my for 2 or 3 times before the cashier finally got want I wanted, and still then they brought me the wrong food. Good place if you are looking for a quick bit to eat, but the service hasn't been great in the past.

Food is done well but seems like half the menu is missing. Very dark inside every time I go like they are pretending the lobby is closed. Not very friendly staff, they hardly speak to you at all. Not the cleanest seating and bathroom areas, most tables were covered in lettuce and seats had alot of trash. Bathrooms are dark and trash is overflowing. Happy with the food for the most part, at least what was available.

I'm very dishearted when you go into a restaurant, and there is no on at the front counter to help you. You are encouraged (by not seeing an employee) to use the tablet part of ordering. You feel like you can't ask questions, you can't get help. Bathrooms were clean. Front was clean. Front doors did look like there was construction happening around some time but never finished. Food was good. When submitted orders with extra sauce, the food seemed to not have extra sauce.

Food was fine as far as Taco Bell goes. The drive-through was super slow because everyone was otw back from trips over Labor Day weekend. Not their fault but they knew what day it was, so they could have staffed up for it. The big issue was whoever rolled my burritos rolled them sideways so that instead of getting mixture of everything in each bite I had to eat through the rice, then the beans, and got to the cheese at the bottom which was gross by itself. That's basically a violation of burrito-rolling 101.

Usually I love Taco Bell, but they served us chilled cheese and lettuce straight out of the fridge or freezer. So the meat was hot but the rest of it was so cold. It was not pleasant. My son asked them to microwave his food to heat it up. Just bad, very bad. Might not visit here again and just hit the many other places they have around here.

We live 20mins away we don’t plan to go back for it! This was just by far the most disappointing order I’ve gotten for a place we love.

I went there to get something to eat this past Friday, and the evening manager looked at me at the door and shrugged his shoulders. The lobby was closed due to short staff, and drive thru was open. Now how do u drive a semi thru the drive thru? What people forget is that semi trucks are how they get there product, but are gonna treat us drivers like that? Im 8n there every day and spent on average 15 dollars at a time. I won't be back and ill make sure to tell people I see in Breckenridge not to go there either.

Nasty dirty restaurant. Ate there today 9/5/2020. Ordered the Supreme tacos with chicken. Got taco shells with sour cream and lettuce. Then got a nasty attitude directed at me because I wanted what I paid for. Then only got 2 tacos instead of the t 3 I ordered. My kids Quesada was soggy and cold. Mexican pizza with no meat on it. And the funniest part is that gave us 10 plastic knives for 2 people but no forks.

If I could give this place no stars I would. We were passing through and dropped by the drive thru for a quick bite. Immediately I was cut off by an unfriendly person when I tried ordering something that apparently was no longer being served. Then when I arrived at the drive thru window the employee was very unfriendly and did not speak when I greeted them or when I said thank you with a friendly tone. Was in town to visit old friends, came through the drive through later in the night. They messed up MULTIPLE items of the order and refused to fix the order over the phone, therefore we had to wait 30 additional minutes for them to correct the order. It was a waste of time and lack of employee responsibility for their actions.

Not only did they get my order wrong, but they got it wrong twice! 😡 It's not like I bought a $5 meal I got a $22 meal for my guy and I. I also wasn't offered any help out the door when all of the employees were watching me struggle, embarrassing myself, by pushing the door with my head. "Great" customer service here.

Wish I could give it a zero. Absolutely horrible. Got our order completely wrong and left out half our order but somehow managed to give us 34 packets of diablo sauce-which was not requested. When we called to the restaurant to ask if they had the other half of our order or if we could be credited since it is a 20 min drive was told we were lying and not their problem....so obviously terrible customer service-they do not even hit the minimum requirement of basic business courtesy of apologizing asking for our receipt etc which we had and willing to prove but instead no your lying our employee says it’s in the bag and hung up....So clearly no idea as to how to run a business. Calling corporate to strongly suggest they review their “managerial” staff that they have at this location because clearly they have no idea what they are doing and should seek employment elsewhere.

We could only order on a kiosk and only wanted a soda. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to finally give us a plastic cup and then get the soda ourselves.

If we could give this Taco Bell a zero star, we would! They have the WORST customer service we’ve ever come across to! And that’s one thing they are consistent with. We arrived at the drive thru 30 minutes before it close at 12 midnight and patiently waited for our turn. When it was finally out turn, they turned of the lights and the guy attending the drive thru just doesn’t want to serve us and closed on us even though we made it on the line before they closed! Horrible customer service!!!!

Waited in the drive-through for close to 20 minutes from placing an order to receiving our food. Sat at pick up window for roughly 7 of those minutes. Watched approximately 8 employees standing or walking around except for two that working food. Two of the 8 employees, both wearing headsets (one active window mind you) just talking and texting. OH! And the icing on the cake.. they didn't even give us all of our food.

Delivery here is actually GARBAGE…HOT garbage if you must !! They are terrible at communicating, it always takes wayyyyy over an hour almost 2 hours to deliver and they’re 20 min max away from me. And then they cancel the orders with no reasoning or explanation. It’s not only frustrating but VERY inconvenient for someone that hasn’t eaten in a while (like a few days) and actually takes the time to order.

The quality of the food is consistently disappointing. I actually haven’t had a good or even mediocre potato soft taco in 3 years from this Taco Bell. I give up.

I am a Taco Bell lover and we eat at taco bells whenever possible. Today I had pretty bad service and the food wasn’t good. I asked for Baja blast freeze and the guy at the window said I didn’t. Then ordered $40 worth of food and was missing a burrito. Asked for lots of hot sauce and got two. The nachos bell grande had very stale chips.

Went in to location in Frisco, Colorado, and had the worst service ever. Two girls at register have no idea about menu, than I was given wrong burrito. When I actually got right order it was practically thrown across the counter. Nobody could even let me know that my order was ready. .. I love food at taco Bell, but employees rudeness is enough to make me NOT want to go back....

I ordered a number 11 and said could I have a regular nacho cheese. The cashier than said my total was 9 dollars so I immediately thought that he put me down as a supreme so I asked if he put me down for supreme or regular and he said regular but once my meal came out it was supreme tacos. Not impressed by the cashier. I don't know his name as it says his name was Elizabeth but I'm pretty sure his name isn't Elizabeth. So I would recommend checking your receipt next time you eat there so you don't end up like me.

Consistently F*** up orders Never had too many problems with this Taco Bell last year but as of recently they CONSISTENTLY forget items on an order. This isn't just drive through, it's doordash, dine in, etc.

Ordered through the App for delivery, not only were my 3 sauces for my nuggets missing wouldn't be the first time either. Thankfully it was also missing my drink so I get to enjoy dry nuggets with nothing to wash it down with.

Didn't even get food here because the woman working the drive can only say ok - she knows zero English to be in the position of drive thru. The hiring manager needs to do a better job staffing, we live in an area where it's predominantly English speaking. Tried to order a family taco pack (it wasn't on the new menu display, so we asked about it) and the response was, "Okay. It's okay." which didn't answer the question one way or the other.

I ordered a beefy melt burrito with extra spicy strips, the only good thing about taco bell burritos are the spicy strips ( fiesta strips) I need the crunch when I munch. I took one bite of this sad mushy excuse for a burrito only to not find extra spicy strips but not a single spicy strip in the entire soggy burrito. This is truly disappointing, I would go ask for a new one but my anxiety is not having it. Also my chalupa with guac… the guac was all on one side making one end a right hook of avocado and the other dry and sad. Im sad now I even had high hopes for my visit, I saw 2 different dogs go through the drive through.

Well, first... the lady inside when we went to pickup our order was extremely rude. We told her we had a pickup order and she acted like she didn’t understand and kept saying “A what?” and kept asking us what we meant... We showed her the order on phone app and then she said “OH, it’s a MOBILE order, NOT a pickup. *eyeroll*” The same lady who was rude to us, was also rude to the person in front of us. He said his drink order was wrong and she said “WELL, this what you ordered so I’m not sure what to tell you.” On top of that, we were missing 2 drink cups and had to ask for them. Then when we got home to eat, there was so much wrong. Instead of a soft taco supreme, we were given a spicy potato soft taco. For another soft taco, we were literally given a tortilla with sour cream and tomatoes, that’s it. Literally. 0/10 do not recommend.

I placed an order through the drive-thru and specifically asked for sauces. However, when I reached home, I discovered that they had not added any sauces to my order. I had to eat my entire order without sauces!

My husband said the men's bathroom smelt like pee and the sink had yellow liquid in it. I gave them my name they called out Addam not Amanda. I also tired to call a few times and im not sure if the number that is posted is a fax machine or what but I had to go there and they never even answered my allergy question! Why have a number posted if you will not answer the phone. Wow.... hard pass.

I'm pretty sure they get paid well for a Taco Bell! Rude like always, tacos are just tossed in the bag and I don't know why they ask you what sauce you want because they never give you any! I'm also normally too hungry to complain so I would be happy eating the paper bag if it even tastes a little like a taco!

Look I get it. It's fast food. But I love Taco Bell, and this location has consistently let me down specifically in their ability to execute and deliver what you ordered. Wrong meat. No sauce. Poorly wrapped and constructed items. Compared to dozens of locations I have visited around this country, I hate to say it but this is one of the worst. Long time local so this review is based on a decade of experience.

Placed a very large including "15 hot sauce" packets and also "10 hot sauce" packets, through the Taco Bell App, where I need to specify how many of any sauces, and received only 4 of each instead. WHY does the app ask me to specify how much sauce we all want if your store is going to ignore it????

I went in for nachos with extra cheese, i get home all the way to dillon, and theres no cheese on my nachos (but got charged for it) So i call and go back the manager yells at me saying what did you want on them? I said check the receipt. They make another batch of nachos, Before leaving the place i asked the manager are you sure they were made right with everything they usually have? He said yes and i get home and theres no beef at all. They need better leasdership there.
