The food is fantastic and tasty and plenty of it, highly recommended right in the middle of the Miramar shopping centre we called twice on our trip, the staff work very hard,,, and I hope they get well paid as they go over and above and recognise faces that was here before that means a lot to a customer thanks folks Club by VIPS Well worth a visit for tasty foods thanks
Brilliant place food was lovely and waitress Romina was so helpful to us and took time with us to explain things which was lovely she was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend VIPs. Romina is the type of person that will make you always feel welcome and not a hindrance.

Went here for breakfast, was very nice good quality and great value, we didn’t have to wait too long as it wasn’t that busy, the younger lad was great help and very nice. We will be back.
Ate here a few times while on holiday as an Irish family of 4. . Both breakfast and dinner we lovely, good food and good prices. Staff were helpful and lovely to specifically Romina. Would definitely recommend.
I ate extremely well, a club smash and villaroy chicken!! The portions are big and the service was incredible!! Thank you so much! Our waitress was Mar, and she was delightful. Very friendly, attentive and we felt very comfortable. We will return!
The new menu is as good as our waitress care for the detail: Mar will deliver the best experience and well deserves a raise. Thank you Mar!
If you are planning to go shopping at Centro Comercial Myramar, this is a good place to have some good fast food while shopping. Hopefully, you will be served by Romina, whose service is always excellent. ☺️
There are other VIPS Restaurants which are better. The kitchen is super slow....
We told the waitress that the chicken was raw, she came with 3 new ones, however we were not really excited about eating more of them when they looked like that. Better if we would not have to pay for the dish 😆
you have to reserve here before eating or else you'll have to wait in queue just for them to tell you that they can't let you eat here and you'll need to wait for others who made a reservation to come and eat first and usually the people you are waiting for are not even present
Nice place, but zero care. We asked for a burger without pork. They brought it with bacon. When we said something, they just took it off and gave us the same burger back – no apology, no remake, nothing. It wasn’t just careless – it showed zero respect. Like they didn’t even think twice. Just “here, eat it anyway.” If that’s how little they take you seriously, we’re not coming back – and neither should you.
Two different dishes came cold. After sending them back they returned after spending two minutes in the microwave!! Staff were friendly and polite but don’t expect fresh and nice food from this poorly run chain “restaurant”
cold food,funky glass ,weak taste…. I will never come back
They serve cold food and it takes 40mins to serve.we are only customer that time..i dont know why..they just heat it up in the microwave. I dont recommend this.
Absolutely awful. Waitress was lovely but she was on her own with 1 guy behind bar. My drinks came AFTER my meal and despite asking for my burger to be well done it came practically raw. When i complained she took it away and 10 minutes later it came back the same way. I sat for another 20 minutes before a new waiter appeared to take my plate away. When I complained again my waitress said something to him in Spanish which i didn’t understand but when bill came I’d only been charged for my drinks. I managed to stop a family of 6 coming in by showing them my untouched raw burger. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Service is not good, no smile, no nothing... Ordered a portion of nachos.... Only chips and a bowl of something that didn't even taste or look like melted cheese..... No, this was sad.
