This review is all about the customer experience. The team working tonight was upbeat and provided great service. Brian and Carlos on the line were particularly memorable. If I could criticize one thing it would be that some of the veggies seem dry from sitting out for a while. This is not enough to lose a star in my book. All around a good place to eat a build your own pizza. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating at this location.

Pizzas and bread sticks were so delicious and great.

Food and service were great. Workers were friendly.

I always order online and the pizza is always ready when I get there and still hot. Its always so good. When I arrive always treated.

Good pizza but a bit pricey. Also, small portion. Staff is nice. And the pizza is made quite quickly. Not bad at all. However, I wish the price is bit lower or the portion was a bit larger. Would definitely come back :D

Great food! Two girls making pizza on Sunday afternoon could not have been ruder to me and everyone before and after us. Still I highly recommend Blaze.

Skimpy serving of the mozzarella cheese, would not add more when asked, and a manager even corrected an employee about too much cheese per pizza. They now have a policy of no extra of anything. It’s pizza, don’t skimp on the cheese! Course correct Blaze or this store will close like others nearby.

This Blaze charges extra for every little thing. I’ve never been charged for ranch at a blaze but here they charged me. And the person making my pizza gave me barely any cheese and when I asked for more they said they had to charge me extra for it. First world problems I know but I’m still heated lmao

The pizza is pretty good, but at almost $11 a pop for an 11”, I’d say it’s best to save Blaze as a special treat. I got the Meat Eater and the Garlic Lover. The Meat Eater was just okay. I wouldn’t get it again and I’m not sure if it’s because it was cold from waiting. On the other hand. If you like/love garlic…you def need to get the Garlic Lover. I had arugula and pesto drizzle added extra…🔥! If you’re bored with the regular pepperoni or sausage pizza and you’re not making your own creation…this is the one you need to get! I ordered my pizza at 6:23PM and my email said my pizza would be ready at 7:00PM. About 7:16PM I finally I got 1 of 2 pizzas. When I asked about my second pizza they hadn’t even made it yet. I just got my second pizza at 7:31PM. It was Dining for Dollars so we came to support our school. You’d think more traffic would be anticipated. I even heard two of the employees upset saying they need breaks. I could see they were getting frustrated and I don’t blame them. This was a big oversight by management. Please do better.

Didn't love this location. Service was poor. Long wait for only a few customers. I've been to very busy Blaze locations and got my food sooner.

I wanted a make your own pizza and asked the guy if I can get more cheese and he said he can't I even offered to pay extra and he said he can't. I am very disappointed I tild him ill pass and walked away after that. This is ridiculous if I am offering to pay for the cheese I should get extra cheese bad customer service. Looks like you guys don't like to make money . Never coming here again . Other Blaze pizza do it without an issue .

After a previous bad experience at this location, we decided to give it another try. We ordered a build your own pizza, and when we asked for extra minced garlic, we were told we would be charged for the extra topping. Really? For minced garlic? I can understand charging for extra meat, extra cheese, or extra premium veggies like roasted bell peppers, but extra minced garlic? That's almost like charging for salt & pepper. When we told the employee we've never been charged for extra garlic at any Blaze Pizza, including this location, his response was that the owner was really watching them and being a stickler about extra toppings. Wow! We can order one of each meat topping and one of each cheese topping, but we will be charged for extra garlic? We had been visiting this store 1-2 per week for almost 2 months after visits to our mom in the hospital at UCI. One Saturday night in February after a long day at the hospital, we stopped by this store for dinner, only to be told that they were too busy to take in-store orders because of a large to-go order. They told us it would be a 45-minute wait to even make a pizza! We were flabbergasted and frustrated, to say the least. Maybe the owner should focus less on charging for extra minced garlic and more on hiring a crew to keep his/her business clean and inviting. When we left at 10 pm, the restaurant was completely empty, had only 2 out of 5 staff doing something other than talking, but almost every table was dirty and the trash piled high.

Been goin to this Blaze location for more than seven years. took my mother, wife, and mother law to dine in around 8pm. I noticed the prices were raised at this location recently. We were fine with it until but lately, this location is keeps hiring young staff who really make it hard to enjoy the food and get our moneys worth from it due to the customer service. We faced issues with the staff. Usually There were about 4-5 behind the counter, yet none of them were doing their jobs right. Like it seems they are distracted or they are high, cause they are numb when you talk to them and its a shock to them when you ask them to do there jobs or for the things you paid for...They were not responsive when I would ask them such to add on items which I paid extra for. Our food was undercooked (dough and cheese) recently and what made me want to make this comment, was I was outside taking a call on our last visit and asked them to call my mother in laws name when the food was finished since she is hard of hearing and cannot get up often, so she can't stand and wait for the food for long periods, instead, they did not call any names when our food was done, making the food we ordered cold. When I addressed this a young man slightly overweight with glasses who said was the manager,, said I had an attitude, that I am wrong, if I don't like it then leave, also another young lady with huge eyelashes and a baseball cap, gave me dirty looks and was talking about me and my wife to the employees, thats not polite man... I was surprised, these kids are employed because of our money and business. Esp in this economy I think they need to know better. This made us uncomfortable to come back due to the disrespect and lack of customer service from the staff and quality of food. I sadly feel motivated not to come back anymore, I was told to make this comment public for others to be aware. I think the division managers need to do an audit and revision of the staff on this location. Might try going to the Buena Park downtown Blaze and see if its better..

I asked for more spinach and was told they couldn't put any extra. This is my first time at this location and I've never experienced this at another Blaze pizza before. I think I got 3 pieces of spinach total.

Now I know why it was empty during the weekend lunch rush. But i thought I'd try. I can get 2 bigger pizzas with better flavor somewhere else for the price of 1 here. You shouldn't have to go to a pizza place and have to nag for topping that covers the pizza. No flavor. Pizza was the size of my 2 hands together. I got it to go due to the dirty smell inside. Good luck.

Used to love this location but no longer. They don't do extra portions anymore and the portions they do give are very small. Being a diabetic I need to have light portions of some items and extra of others. We will no longer visit this location.

I had a horrible experience at this location on Sunday and I will never go back!! For one thing we waited forever, just to place our order for the pizzas and the place wasn’t even busy. When she was making my build your own, she was very skimpy on everything and barely put anything on it and when I asked her to put a few more onions on it, she told me she was going to have to charge me a dollar extra. She was so rude!! According to the receipt, her name was Reza. Also,she never called us for our pizza so they sat over there for 15 minutes and we went back over there to ask if they were done and they were completely cold and hard. I think that was done purposefully . My husband asked her for three water cups and she slammed them down. We were offended and we will never go to a Blaze pizza again….it’s gone way downhill. I even deleted my app that day.

They have good pizza but they often mess up the pizza for online and phone orders. If you want them to do it right then you will have to order in person. The establishment needs new management in my opinion. The other locations have better service with a can do attitude..

I’m not sure as to why this Blaze location limits portion sizes. They don’t allow extra cheese or meat. The manager was super nice about it and was understanding, this is an issue with the owner. Cheating your customers out of “extra” toppings won’t make you save money, you’ll just lose your customers.

The corporate clearly no longer cares about their customers. I asked for additional cheese as the pre-portioned cheese scoop didn’t even cover the whole pizza. The lady explained to me that she couldnt add anymore, even when I said I would pay more for extra cheese. Just ridiculous!

Not sure if all blaze pizzas are the same. We always go to Fullerton and today was ridiculous. Sign says on build your own pizza if u want more toppings it's 85 cents. Besides the cheese bring non existent I can say this goes for the rest of the toppings. Hardly anything. I will try another blaze next time and see if they are so skimpy. My family lives in vegas. The pizza is 2.00 cheaper and they can have as much toppings as they want. This is the way it used to be. So I'm thinking if this is franchised it's up to each restaurant. Won't go back.

I stopped with my brother to have lunch the initial girl who attended us was nice but then an older lady took over and her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Made us feel like we were being an inconvenience. I love the brand but employees like this make me not come back to a location.

When I ordered a build your own and asked for mushrooms they put 4 little pieces and said that was all they can put and as for the onions it was 7 pieces and as for jalapeños it was 5 pieces . No wonder this place is empty and a lot of there locations are closing down. How many mushrooms do you see? LOL
