We always have excellent service here. The wait staff is very friendly and quick and attentive. The bar can get very crowded during happy hour it specially if there's Monday night football or a baseball game going on. The food is always good made fresh to order And served hot.

I recently dined at Islands Restaurant in Fullerton, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable – our server struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or bothered. I decided to try the Huli Huli Crisp sandwich, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were fantastic, with just the right amount of kick to give it some exciting zest without being overly spicy. What's more, I appreciate that there aren't many Islands restaurants around anymore, which makes the Fullerton location all the more special to me. The restaurant's interior was clean and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's evident that they take pride in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their patrons. Overall, my experience at Islands Restaurant in Fullerton was exceptional. If you're looking for delicious food, great service, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit. It's definitely become my favorite spot for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

The food was super tasty and exactly the way I like it! The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside! The burger was SUPER good and juicy as well as filling🤤. The strawberry lemonade is also amazing 10/10 would recommend. Overall great experience, great service. The only thing was when I saw the bill I was a little surprised as we spent $50 on two people but overall the food was so good and I was filled😋

Great food..love this restaurant chain..go hungry...may need to share, as there is so much. Yummo! Friendly staff, very clean, and fun atmosphere. Curbside parking for takeout orders!

My Boyfriend has never been to an Islands, we dont have one remotely close to where we lived but he always wondered where I came up with teriyaki chicken tacos at home and Islands has always been that for me, because I couldn't get them after I moved I had to make something similar. So we stopped in for dinner. I of course ordered the Yaki tacos, my boyfriend went with the Toucan sandwich and we got a happy hour order of cheese fries. The food was just as good as I remembered and it was nice for him to see some if the things I grew up doing. Service was great and so was the food.

Islands has indoor and outdoor service as well as to go. Either way the Islands servers are friendly and helpful. The North Shore chicken tacos were as tasty as I remember. It has been quite a while since our last visit but the food and service are as good as I remember.

I love burgers. I had always been intrigued about Islands, but haven’t had the chance to try it until recently. It was very fun inside - I loved the Hawaii theming. Service was also good. The favorite things were the drinks. I loved my Mango Passionfruit Agua Fresca. Unfortunately, everything else was kinda lackluster for me. The cheddar cheese fries were good, but kinda one note. They were essentially just melted cheese on fries (very good fries though). I wish there were more scallions… I feel like they barely made an impact on the taste. It felt like a bit of a waste ordering this dish since you basically get fries for free with your burger. Speaking of burgers, I thought they were ok. Since we were in an “aloha” ambiance, I decided to get the Teriyaki burger to totally hang ten. It was fine; I don’t really have much to say about it. Your typical teriyaki burger. I thought the onion rings were a bit too cakey. I wouldn’t mind coming back, but I don’t see myself being the one to suggest it.

Bummed on the service and food. We go out to eat one night a year for our anniversary. We didn’t receive half our food and when I made mention the waiter goes “oh I saw I just didn’t bring it” we got zero refills on our drinks even after asking. Really upset as it’s our only meal out a year. Will NOT be returning for obvious reasons.

The food was unbelievably bad! I can't believe it. Very disappointed! My family and I dinned in on a Monday afternoon 3/13/2023. The fries were burnt and old overly salted as the chips were. My wife's burger was overly peppered, my 3 kids burgers were dry and my oldest son's nachos were stale!! We didn't even finish our food. I paid 100.00 dollars and we walked out!! Very disappointed 😞 😔 😕!!!!!
