It's Boba Time

Love coming here when I’m in town. Seats inside. Clean. Service is quick. Order from the monitor and they make it right away. Plus, I like to enjoy a treat while I wait.

Delicious! I recommend getting the house tea and the macaroons. 🧋

Is a great place with great selection. Waiting time to order is about 10 min. Drink flavors are exquisite! I will recomend this place It would be nice if they add a cashier 100% taking orders to speed up the waiting time ordering!

My favorite location. I love their jalapeno poppers! Although the last time I went they were out of stock... But I hope I can get some next time ☺️

The pasta here has been my go to for years, it’s never too oily or dry, the sauce is amazing and the chicken was delicious

Came here for an office pick me up and the drinks were good. Ordered ahead so it was easy to go in and out.

They have good variety of teas and smoothies. I ordered Peach Fruit Tea. It cane with bits of fruit in it. Boba is not too chewy either. Very good preparation 👍. Download their app for rewards.

I stopped here because I was early to the Amtrak Train station across the street. I ordered the pistachio frappe which doesn't have caffeine. There were baked, candied pistachios to mix throughout. They stayed crunchy through the 20 minutes it took to me to drink. I also ordered a 6 pack of fresh macaroons to go. They were packaged so well, they made the train, bus and car ride in a backpack to my destination pretty well. I have not eaten many macaroons before, but these were very sweet and fluffy in texture. The outside was light and crispy. They are the best ones I have had so far. There is someone with a peanut allergy on my trip who was able to eat the chocolate maccaroon. Thanks for the super quick 3 minute ticket time and friendly service!

I was craving boba milk tea and It’s Boba Time did not let me down! I ended up ordering myself lavender milk tea with boba which was the right ratio of the floral and milk. Most importantly, the boba was chewy which means it is FRESH!

Great place to hangout, work, and study. Boba is affordable and good, also, snacks are pretty cheap too. Expect to spend around 4 dollars for a drink and around 10 for a snack and drink combo. Clean place with great hosts! Parking is also available right by the shop. This place often gets busy after 5. So, I would recommend to be there a bit before to get your spot!

The Matcha green tea smoothie was really great! The Thai tea smoothie was also great! Not many places will blend Thai teas. Thank you for that! The lady who worked on Sunday, was also super nice-9-7-19. It's nice when people are pleasant.

Is Boba just Boba? While one might think so, BobaTime takes the taste and service to the next level. Besides the color being bright, the flavors are top end! If you are looking to explore a bit with your choice, I highly recommend giving the honeydew flavor a chance. It is not too overpowering but also recognizable enough that you are satisfied; likely wanting to go back for a bigger size. The location is super convenient if you are in the Downtown Fullerton area, as you have access from a big parking lot or street friendly parking. Staff is very friendly and polite as well:)

I really love my Favorite Strawberry banana smoothie they never Disappoint me. My sister adore the yogurt she love it so much she was mad each time I try take a bite. Service was fantastic they make sure They got everything. 100% Recommend

The drink was so good and refreshing. The strawberry was so good and I love matcha...we both got a large. 4.95 each. I would for sure go again.

I ordered DoorDash from this location for myself and my coworkers in which our order had 11 drinks (I know a large order for boba right). I fully expected it to take longer than normal considering the size of the order. OH but this was not the case. 11 drinks 11 minutes. That’s all it took. It’s like they knew what we were going to order before we even placed it. It really doesn’t get better than this. 1 drink per minute is other-worldly, and the workers responsible for this are going far in life I can garuntee it. It was an absolute blast being in this store, the worker there Erica was a delight. We had the most engaging and enjoyable conversation that ran smoothly, not to mention the picture perfect customer service and the best interaction I've ever had. Erica you deserve a raise and more, 10/10 can't wait to engage more, if anyone disagrees they are nothing short of a buffoon. I think a lot of people out there will agree with me when I say that Erica is a chill and charming person. Will be recommending this location to all my friends in the area 🤭🫶

I recently visited BobaTime and was really impressed by the friendly staff and delicious boba drinks. The only issue I had was with the tight parking lot - if you drive an SUV, it can be a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of your car. My tip for other customers is to order ahead of time and just do a pick-up to avoid any parking hassles. Overall, I had a great experience at BobaTime and will definitely be returning for more tasty boba drinks!

Really cute place to go and grab a Boba drink. My daughter loved it. 4 stars for having the wrong order and we had to wait longer, but over all great drinks. They have a large variety here too and they have alot of flavor blends.

Boba tastes really watered down. Visited twice and got different drinks each time thinking we were unlucky the first time. Nope.

Ordered a Mocha Frappe and Caramel Frappe, both had no flavor and ended up throwing them away. Never again to this place

Smoothie base not vegan Drink plastic cover not placed properly, cause a spill Boba pearls were flavourless, actually it did have a flavour, bitter water. Came here bc Ding Tea was closed already and Cha2o is still closed. Hope next time I come things go better.

Order via post mates - didn’t get half of the order we ordered. The stuff we did get was just your typical fake syrup, over sweetened mediocre tea. Competition for boba is hot in this area - go down the street and you’ll find way better tea.

It was my first time to come to this location & I was very disappointed. When we got at the counter, I only saw 2 staff working, & yes, they were busy... BUT none of them greeted us, nor told us that "they will be with us in a moment!" Instead I had to asked one of them if it was a self-service counter, because there was a self check-in computer on the counter. Since we were not really that tech-savy, that's why we asked. One of the staff answered that they were busy (we already knew they were busy because I could see them with my own 2 eyes)! Again, the least they could have done was to tell us that "they will be with us in a moment!" This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! I guess these staff were not trained in Customer Service. I love the Boba of this place but not the staff of this location. Will never come back to this location!

I can't believe I even half to give these people a star so I'm going to write a bad review, on Wednesday night, February 8th when they were closing, I was forced to by something I didn't even want to use the restroom by some rookie that works there, after paying for the worst coffee, they give me the wrong code to open it and had to get another employee to open the door, and when I was leaving the manager said there was no sugar or creamer for the coffee... Who runs a place like that, literally the worst service I've ever seen

Last week I came to get some boba with my partner. He had asked one of the women if she could get water since he wasn't allowed to bring his water cup back behind the counter and she said he could only have one cup of water and so he agreed and as we waited she, not even a second later was mocking him about asking to fill up his water jug??? They are just laughing basically in our faces about some water. Ridiculous. He had got a pistachio matcha and when he had told me it didn't taste like either pistachio or matcha I went back to tell them the issue and was met with a very RUDE employee saying "what do you mean" as if I didn't just say that it didn't taste like anything. So she told me if she remakes it and it still tastes like that then it's "just the drink" and so the new drink tasted fine according to my partner but I just found the service here to be very rude and immature.

the space is great and employees are friendly, but the service is in need of improvement. They cashier explained to me how the drinks are made and proceeded to explain to me that I cant pay for a syrup or change the flavor of a latte that isnt premade. Then I somehow got less than what I asked for even though I spoke clearly and confirmed. A little more management in the front maybe, or more concentration on what customer service really means. Kinda lost on how a lot of these branches would rather lose customers than do a little more than the basics. I really loved this place too

I am forced to give a star when they actually lost points Wednesday the 8th of February closing time should never be allowed to work all together unsupervised without an adult. They pick and chose who they want to serve sugar, sweet&low, creamer and they are a boba place which means they serve coffee. So me and my bf have never been so disrespected by a bunch of kids. They wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom when we asked and offered them the only cash we had a dollar and so we had to go outside and beg for change. So we witnessed them let some other couple right in front of us use the restrooms without purchasing anything and once we paid for something they still wouldn’t give us the correct code for the restroom we had to wait for one of them to open it with a key

the workers here have horrible attitude for absolutely no reason at all.

Workers were fine until they messed up our order. We kindly let them know after we got our drinks that it was the wrong one, but they refused to replace it/refund it with the right one due to policy. The workers antagonized us and blamed us for being at fault for not properly checking the order or the receipt (which we did not get.) I hope anyone who comes here never has to deal with the three workers on staff like we did.

We are sincerely disgusted and horrified that we have been drinking this toxic drink. Especially given that fact kids were also drinking your highly hazardous drink, I am more than furious and disappointed.

I came here in the evening on July 23rd and the worker on register with the pale orange/yellow beanie was very rude to my friend who was still looking at the menu. After being all haughty and hounding her about ordering, he tried to call over the customers behind her and they were still looking at the menu so he rolls his eyes and doesn’t come back to the register at all. Just so much attitude and so unfriendly from the start and for no reason. Then he made my drink and instead of pushing it to the edge of the hand off station like I saw the other employee was doing so that customers could actually reach it, he places the drink and my straw right next to the machine and walks away, leaving me to reach for it. I ordered on the kiosk so I didn’t even have a personal interaction with him but I’m sure he saw me with my friend. But I still don’t even know why he was so mad from the get go. Just so unnecessarily rude and as someone who works in food service, it literally costs nothing to be kind and to be, not only a decent employee, but a decent human being.
