Come direbbe Bruno Barbieri: già solo l'hotel vale il viaggio. Un posto incantevole e un servizio eccellente. Lontani dal caos, l'hotel è a 700 m di altitudine per cui si può godere di un clima fresco e ventilato e di una vista da lasciare senza fiato. Tutto è molto curato, la colazione è eccellente e si ha anche la possibilità di mangiare presso il loro ristorante che è segnalato sulle guide Michelin. L'hotel si può raggiungere con un autobus che parte frequentemente dalla stazione di Amalfi, il tragitto dura circa 25 minuti. Se si è in macchina, c'è il parcheggio gratuito della struttura.

Posto incantevole! Servizio al ristorante impeccabile! Nonostante un piccolo disservizio in cucina che ha causato un pò di ritardo, il Direttore per riparare ci ha offerto una zuppa di pesce x due squisita! Soggiorno MERAVIGLIOSO... Avevamo un soggiorno in sospeso presso la struttura e siamo riusciti a soggiornare qualche giorno fa, lo staff di questo hotel fa davvero la differenza perché la costiera si sa è bellissima ma per goderne appieno bisogna trovare un hotel che faccia di tutto per farti trascorrere dei giorni piacevoli, ed è il caso di questo hotel. La responsabile è stata gentilissima nel darci una camera bellissima,ci hanno coccolato in tutto. Trovo anche geniale l'idea di dover prenotare la colazione il giorno prima, l' ho trovata un' idea antispreco. L' hotel vanta anche di un bellissimo ristorante dove si mangia divinamente. Se tornassimo in costiera senza dubbio torneremmo da loro.

Il ristorante Baccofurore, della famiglia Marisa Cuomo, è un’esperienza autentica immersa nel cuore della Costiera Amalfitana. La location ha una vista mozzafiato. Il personale è gentilissimo e professionale, e trasmette passione e conoscenza del territorio. Il menù è un viaggio tra sapori genuini e ricette della tradizione locale, il tutto esaltato naturalmente dai vini della cantina di Marisa Cuomo, veri protagonisti della tavola: il Furore Bianco e il Fiorduva sono abbinamenti perfetti che raccontano la storia e la bellezza del luogo in ogni sorso. La stessa cura e professionalità del servizio in sala si ritrovano anche durante la visita guidata della cantina: Chiara è preparata, accogliente e trasmette con entusiasmo la passione per il territorio e per il lavoro che c’è dietro ogni bottiglia. Un’esperienza coinvolgente che arricchisce davvero la degustazione finale.

Se non ci siete mai andati non aspettate ancora perché è un'esperienza da provare. Bacco ha una sistemazione eccezionale, le camere sono belle ed accoglienti e sono dotate di tutti i comfort, la vista mare che si gode dall'albergo è ineguagliabile. Da non perdere anche il ristorante che è una vera eccellenza della ristorazione, un grazie anche alla gentilezza e all'accoglienza di tutto il personale che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati, un grazie particolare a Simona Continuate così, siete i numeri uno Elisa e Marco

Una meraviglia!!! Camere stupende, grandi, vista mare, materassi comodissimi, lenzuola top, tante ameneties per il cliente dal the, alle caramelle, all'acqua aromatizzata. Ristorante eccezzionale, consiglio i carciofi che lo Chef Raffaele vi può fare in tutti i modi. Lo staff tutto giovane, professionale ed estremamente attento. Super consigliato

Non abbiamo soggiornato nelle loro stanze ma abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere ospiti nell’ Hostaria Baccofurore. Abbiamo mangiato ottimo cibo tipico campano e fiore all’occhiello della struttura il maitre Giovanni preparatissimo quanto alla mano. Grazie a lui ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e in buone mani durante tutta la durata della piacevolissima serata. Consigliatissimo!

Un esperienza da sogno oltre ad avere un panorama mozzafiato c'è anche un ottima cucina accompagnata da bellissima e romantica musica dal vivo... Inoltre per chi ama la natura e lo sport può raggiungere il fiordo di furore con un percorso a piedi di circa un oretta per poi godersi al massimo il mare giù al fiordo

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, parking, and great service. We stayed there during the slow season and missed the well-regarded restaurant as they were down doing some remodeling. However, this place deserves 5 stars for cleanliness, service and room quality. Definitely one of the best around. We had a car and made it very easy to visit places along the Amalfi coast and back to the room at night. We would definitely stay there again if we had the opportunity!

Ate dinner here with my wife a few days ago and it was hands down our best experience in Italy. Was part of our wine tour and tasting with Marisa Cuomo winery across the street, and the food, view, and staff were all amazing. Antonio went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and answer all questions food, wine, and Italy related. Will be recommending this to anyone I know visiting the Amalfi Coast.

5* experience. The restaurant food and service deserves its high reputation. The fish dishes and deserts were fabulous. Giovanni (x2) and Antonio were all very welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging. The location is excellent for superb views. Don’t be put off from using the buses up to Agerola and down to Amalfi for onward boats. Would definitely return to BaccoFurore if returning to the Amalfi coast.

I had a lovely dinner here tonight with a good friend of mine. We were warmly welcomed into the spacious and elegant dining room. Seated near the windows which offer an excellent view of the coast. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chocolate cake with caramel was one of my favorite desserts I’ve had in Italy in my 2 month stay. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, and very attentive. The prices were also very reasonable, as a college student I found getting 3 courses for two people was under 100 euros. I found this restaurant on the Michelin guide and hope it gets a well earned star at some point it it’s nearly 100 years of service. Definitely worth the excursion to get to Furore!

Newly renovated space with incredible interior design and modern facilities you usually find in 5 star hotels. Also has free parking and opposite the bus stop that brings you to Amalfi within half an hour. Ella the receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly, answering the flood of questions I had about Amalfi, the transport, food. Her English was extremely proficient that you would think she is a native speaker. Breakfast was included and extremely delicious with lots of fresh produce and freshly cooked food. It was easy to order as you used whatsapp to order the food which was through a virtual concierge. The waitress and restaurant manager was polite and made our day. Very professional. Overall, 10/10 experience. Would absolutely come back again! :)

La vista è semplicemente mozzafiato, aggiungendo un tocco speciale ad ogni momento trascorso qui. Il servizio è al top: il personale è attento, cordiale e professionale. Ma la vera sorpresa sono i piatti: ognuno di essi racconta una storia di sapori e qualità. Gli ingredienti sono freschi e le presentazioni sono curate nei minimi dettagli. Unfortunately, we did not get the rooms we originally booked. After our first room was damaged, we were moved to a premium room for two nights (we are thankful for that), but then shifted to much worse rooms for three nights that were uncomfortable and not worth the price which is unacceptavle. The reception and restaurant are 400 meters uphill, which is inconvenient and they could have mentioned about it somewhere at the time of booking. WiFi was unreliable and there was no continuous hot water for showers. This was supposed to be a special babymoon trip, but the poor service and inconvenience were very disappointing. Have been to better places than Hotel Bacco for the price we paid. Suggest to avoid!

We were disappointed with our visit to Baccofurore. For the price, I expected some of the food to have an element of innovation/ a wow-factor - the food was underwhelming and we have had much better food for half the price during our holiday. The service was not good. We had a tasting menu and wine pairing. We were given a dirty wine glass, one of the dishes was served while I was in the bathroom so I didn’t know what I was actually eating (which I wouldn’t expect from a restaurant of this type) and they gave our coffee order to another table. I know accidents/mistakes happen but I think good service can make all the difference in your overall experience when leaving a meal where the food was mediocre - I found the service a bit ‘cold’ and definitely not in line with the warm and welcoming service we have experienced everywhere else during our holiday. The Marisa Cuomo wine was nice and the winery tour was also good but I’d recommend spending your money on food elsewhere. The setting of this place however is stunning - I’m not sure whether you can go for just a drink but if you can, I’d recommend going for some of the Marisa Cuomo wines and then doing the free tour of the winery (we did the tasting menu with Marisa Cuomo tasting/private tour package).

We were really looking forward to our Cantine Marisa Cuomo winery tour and tasting menu. Sorry to say we were really disappointed by both the food quality and the wines offered. Only redemption were the service which was attentive, and the view of the coast which was amazing. I'm surprised by the 5 stars given and also the Michelin guide recommendation. I had better food and wine in other restaurants in Amalfi coast. We really wanted to like the experience but it just didn't make the cut. Thank you for your good service though.

If there’s was an honest review with an actual picture of the room I wouldn’t book this place. The updated beautiful room you see on travel websites are the hotel bait & switch photos to get your business. My paid confirmed reservation show the name of the hotel matched this Google hotel name which showed beautiful updated room just like the Trivago website I booked with. When I show up for my reservation they put me in their outdated Albergo Diffuso motel & expect me to know their capitalized DEPENDANCE SEAVIEW room is in their outdated Diffuso motel. No telephone, trash can, window wouldn’t close all the way down to block the light, its few room mixed in the same residential building that has zero insulation where you can hear everything from all sides even the stairs light brighten your room. Zero integrity only money grab want me to pay extra 100 euros per night to upgrade for the room they advertised & I paid for, extremely rude & screaming at you from 3 receptionists. Other guests from this hotels was also flabbergasted when checking in also. Here are the real photos of the room since i refuse to pay more for the room i was baited.

Very Bad service. First we come inside on one sitting, but waiter said " fully booking". Ok. Then i come back at 9.40 pm ( last order 9.45pm). We choose 3 and mojito in menu at 9.45 pm. Few minutes later, they bring mojito. Ok. Fine. Then i and my wife wait for such long time until 10.50. The servicer come back n forward to served other tables, but ignore our table.. when i asked question, they said sorry: they lost ticket. 10.40 they order again. And 10.50 i got the food. So can not eat at table, cause we have baby needed back to room to sleep. Not recommended at all for this hotel and restaurant. Food is so so. Service : minus zero.
