A little disappointed I didn’t receive the correct order and didn’t realize it until I got all the way to work. I didn’t call in and tell them due to me not looking before I left. I relied on thinking the manager would definitely get it right. (Assuming it was a manager. Very nice/respectful gentleman in business attire and simply a yellow construction vest on) I ordered 3 breakfast bobs 1 meal and 2 extra sandwiches. I requested 2 bacon and 2 sausage. I received 3 sausage. But the fountain drink and hashbrowns were perfect!

I just want to shout out Jennifer the manager, and Caleb for their excellent customer service. You dont really get that great service, family feel from a fast food place, or any restaurant these days for that matter. Caleb went above and beyond. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I can only eat certain things now with my current medical conditions so I asked for a grilled chicken wrap. Menu said $3- when I went to pay it was $7. They told me it was loaded with veggies so I agreed. After they charged me said it would take 10 minutes to make. I am on a very short lunch but just agreed again because I’m so hungry. Finally get it, get to work, open the wrap and it is just one small piece of chicken, two tomatoes, a pinch of wilted lettuce and more ranch sauce than anyone would ever need. It was sloppier than the town drunk three hours into an open bar. I’m sick, hungry and no more time for lunch. Flat out depressing. I picked out my $7 chicken. I’m still hungry.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, food came out fairly quick. The drinks tasted awful. They all had some sort of chemical aftertaste and smelled like acetone. Hopefully Whataburger didnt just poison my family.

I don't understand how most of the parking spots close to the door are taken up mostly by employees that work here, there was 1 customer inside that left when I did and she was parked in the handicap parking. The rest are employees 1 was still sitting on the vehicle and the manager came out and got in hers when I was leaving. They could be parking in towards the back side to save room for customers.

Placed an online order set for asap 20 mins away from the store. Walked in to pick up order and no one was in line so I stood to the side of the counter with no greeting for at least 2 mins. The order was not built and had to wait an other 10 mins till the order came out. The drinks was correct because I filled them up but the rest was not correct.

Went to drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and honey bbq chickenstrip sandwich. And employee named Gracie i believe i couldn't read her name tag that well but she was rude. Saying it was fresh but I took a bite and it was dried as sand and she said remake it anyway i know we made that fresh. But probably mixed up someone else's order and gave me an old one but I am not coming back to this location again. Whitesboro 15 miles down does a better job

Hey Whataburger employees, get it together. This location is the absolute worst about getting your order correct. The wait times to order and receive food are long and waiting to be helped by a staff member is even longer. On multiple occasions I have come to this location and had issues, but this time I’m burned from ever returning. Your employees tend to have crap attitudes. This time I just had a C-section a few days ago. I’m tired and I’m in pain. I ordered myself a kids meal and for my drink I said specifically requested MEDIUM unsweet tea. Never once did she inform me they could not upgrade the size of a kids drink! She brought it to my car in lane two and when I said it was supposed to be a medium she very emphatically said “Well I can’t upgrade the size on a kids meal”. I followed simply with “ok” as she walked away offering no solution. So thanks. Won’t be getting my business anymore.

They gave me the wrong order and punished me for it . I'm just in shock 😲 saw the gm bigger sized male walking around proud about it. I work at a fast food restaurant now and already know whataburgers procedures, and this is what they gave me . Meat undercooked (probably the meat that they put aside for size chili) . Cheese on the bottom bun . Thats ok I'm going to cooperate.
