We popped in for a coffee, stopped for an aperitivo, and ended up staying for lunch. From the appetizer, to the first course, to the main course, including the sorbet: everything was exceptional. Even a simple onion soup turned out to be an amazing dish. The Braulio sorbet was the final touch. The place is small and very intimate. We'll definitely be back.

Alessio, the restaurant owner, is a true professional, and the food is fantastic. If you want to try snails, they prepare them beautifully here! The restaurant is located in Ello, a charming and historic village with a splendid view of the lake. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very beautiful and welcoming. Great little dining place in a small village area above Lecco. Great food and great atmosphere and where the locals come to eat out. I also tasted a new dessert (to me) called Braulio mixed with vanilla ice cream. It was absolutely perfect after a wonderful meal.

What can I say...I'm speechless! Meat? Fish? First course? Second course? From the first to the last dish on the menu, everything here is SPECTACULAR! I love almost everything about this place. The polenta, the meat, the fish, the trio of first courses, but above all...THE SNAILS! I LOVE how they cook snails! I love their respect for tradition and their attention to food quality.

Very nice little place, fantastic cured meats and polenta uncia!!! I would say the tagliata is top notch, tender and tasty. Really good red wine. Attentive service and friendly staff, we will be back!

A wonderful discovery. Two things stand out: 1 - the welcome and kindness 2 - the quality of the food Attentive and attentive service. All the dishes were delicious. The snails were a real treat. Various options. Tasty cured meats. Excellent polenta. The tagliata and peposo from Fornacini were delicious. The panna cotta was appreciated. Coffee and grappa to finish. There were 4 of us, everyone was satisfied! Well done!! Recommended!

Typical local cuisine! Cold cuts, polenta uncia, pizzoccheri, braised meats, and much more! Sublime perch risotto. The informal setting, not too large, makes you feel welcomed and pampered. The tiramisu is also excellent. Worth a visit.
