Pleasant and friendly atmosphere, quite crowded but quick service. A good Chianina beef burger, also suitable for those with lactose intolerances; ask to be sure. The idea of choosing the poke ingredients is great...I recommend pairing them with truffle oil (with visible shavings) and chopped hazelnuts. The tartare and vegan burger are delicious.

Siamo andati in questo locale con molte aspettative che purtroppo non sono state appagate. Il panino era discreto, ma il poke era un piatto confuso , pesante e non conforme alle mie aspettative, quas…

Sono stata in questo locale con mio marito e siamo rimasti davvero delusi per gli ingredienti di scarsa qualità e prezzi troppo alti!sconsigliato….!

We ordered online. The system allowed us to select an IPA beer, but when we arrived to pick it up, the IPA wasn't available. Having paid online, they offered us another beer. It would have been better to know when we ordered that the IPA wasn't available so we could have chosen whether or not to order the beer. The fries were few and poor.

As already pointed out by previous reviewers the hamburgers look better than they taste. I knew it is not a gourmet burger eatery but on Saturday evening it was my only choice as I didn't have time to go to the supermarket and cook dinner (I try to avoid eating out when in Gallarate because I don't like the food anywhere). The hamburgers are good value for money but the main problem is the meat is too salty which was unpleasant. Over salted food is a common problem in Italy 🇮🇹 because people use little or no spice or chilli 🌶 in the food and so they compensate for the lack of flavour with too much salt. The patties also lack sauce and the caramelized onions that were a couple of cold onion slivers smothered in what tasted like jam did not impress. The "baked potatoes" at 6 Euros sounded like a steal but they were 7 or 8 slices of potatoes that were baked in the oven. They tasted ok but it is not what my mind configured when ordering. The French fries are very good and they come free with the burger plus as a side dish they are cheaper so they are the better choice as a side dish. Finally the so called "home made tiramisu" was characterless and can be described as a flop. Yes, it is probably made on the premises but the ingredients used in making it are not fitting for a tiramisu (instead of the signature sponge texture it has biscuits that became soft in the fridge). There was also no hint of rum or marsala wine in the recipe. The two waitresses are kind but they are overwhelmed by having to arrange food on the robot inside the restaurant and also attend to those sitting on tables outside. Robots are a great idea in large restaurants (typically Chinese and Thai restaurants in Asia that have a capacity of more than 30 family tables) because the cooks at cooking station can offload the dish fast and it is sent before it gets cold. However, in a small restaurant in Gallarate it is a silly gimmick because the tables are small and it slows down the service.

I ordered home delivery, it definitely loses quality, the burgers are good, but the fries €4/5 are a rip-off... if they were crazy I would understand... but 50g of cold fries arrived stuck with a drop of sauce and the classic ones without salt... If I charge for the fries, unlike other places that include them with the sandwich... it's because they are of excellent quality... and not like this

We placed a takeout order for lunch at the office directly from the restaurant's website, selecting delivery for 12:40 PM. Immediately after payment, the delivery time was postponed to 1 PM, but so far, no big deal. Ten minutes past the scheduled delivery time, and seeing no one (the office is 600 meters away), we called to check on the status; a rather annoyed girl replied that they were having some problems and that the order was late, but it would arrive within 10 minutes. So, 1:20 PM? Actually, it arrived at 1:35 PM, and the girl who delivered it explained that they were short-staffed and the restaurant was full... who knows! After all the waiting, we were hoping to at least enjoy a good lunch, but instead... We ordered chips that look like chips on the website but are actually plain sticks, poke with double tartare that was actually a single one, and the vacuum-packed kind you find at the supermarket, flavorless truffle oil, three tiny grilled zucchini slices, two thin slices of bacon, unsalted rice, and a giant tray that was disproportionate to the paltry contents. We're only saving the meatballs because they were tasty. Overall, a terrible experience that we definitely won't repeat.
