Il servizio è pessimo ci è sul panino sbagliato anche i bagni. Il bagno degli uomini non si chiude ha la serratura rotta

Un po delusa, per una colazione , dove non c è il servizio hai tavoli, e personale attento solo hai clienti abituali, brioche non all 'altezza . Pasticceria non provata .

I happen to have breakfast at this bar and pastry shop every now and then. Everything is very good obviously, I go there on purpose... Even if they have to work a little harder for hospitality and courtesy. This morning just before 10.00 I didn't even find a brioche!!!! What can I say DISAPPOINTING!!!

The quality of the pastries and coffee is good in my experience. It's a shame the staff is anything but welcoming, bordering on rude. "Regular" customers skip the line and are encouraged to do so by the staff. Unpleasant place.

I went to this pastry shop to have a cappuccino and a brioche, I must say very good, but the staff is cold, they don't say hello when you arrive or even when you leave after having greeted them, kudos for their politeness.

I was beyond disappointed. I had ordered a mille-feuille cake with "Happy Birthday" written on it (so I guess it was for a birthday). The pastry was thick, uncut, the cake was unfinished around the edges, the cream falling off, and it was ugly. It was packaged on a pastry tray; I was embarrassed to take birthday photos with it. Hell, someone paying €30 for a cake for four people and not even including a cake tray is shameful. When the cake is delivered, they usually show it to the customer before wrapping it, but no, it was delivered already wrapped in paper, and since it hadn't even been secured to the tray with cream or something underneath, the mille-feuille arrived with a broken corner. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I was truly disappointed. It wasn't beautiful to look at, nor was it good to eat. I hope it was just a one-time mistake by the pastry chefs, or perhaps someone new. Because a birthday cake can't be presented like that.

I was so excited to try the pastries I'd ordered because the ones I wanted weren't available at the time, so I ordered them for the next day. I have to say, unfortunately, I was very disappointed because they were from the day before... The shortcrust pastry and babbá dough were too soft. If I order desserts, I want them fresh! Plus, there was total disorganization at the checkout with people rushing past you, and three hours waiting to pay. Never again!

I'd always heard good things about it, and finally I went! And I'll never go back...I don't think I've ever seen anyone as rude and unhelpful as the people who work at this bar...both I and the people I went with left this place feeling truly disappointed and bitter. Never again!

A terrible experience, absolutely to be avoided. I went to this pastry shop for an important event, expecting professionalism and a minimum level of customer service. From the very beginning, however, I noticed a complete lack of support: no one bothered to ask my preferences, whether I wanted pastries with fruit or cream, no suggestions, no advice. I trusted them because an acquaintance had recommended them—a grave mistake. Out of caution, I returned a second time to make sure everything was in order and even requested additional pastries. And what was delivered to me the morning of the event? A tray of dry biscuits and a few puny pastries. A disgrace. I felt cheated, totally ignored, and, above all, treated with unacceptable superficiality. If you're looking for quality, reliability, and respect for the customer, go elsewhere.

A disappointing and unacceptable experience. We had ordered a cake for a 50th birthday, clearly specifying that it be a Chantilly cream cake with berries and the name "Laila." We ended up with a completely incorrect cake, not only because of the writing, which read "DANILA," but also because the flavors were completely different. The attention to detail and attention to the customer's requests were virtually absent. This mistake ruined a special occasion! I can only recommend this service against anyone looking for reliability and professionalism for a special occasion.

The 5th time I entered and the 5th time I was disappointed. I have known this pastry shop for 4 years, but it was always rude and treated with arrogance every 5 times. I understand that a lot of people, I think that even my money does not stink (only the gentlemen from Gallarate who are retired are served kindly, people who work can also answer badly).

Terrible experience. Extremely rude staff and zero customer service. I stopped by the shop at 5:27 PM, and even though it closes at 6:00 PM, they only opened the door after another customer knocked on the door. At the entrance, the entire staff was cleaning the shop and was annoyed because the customers simply wanted to buy pastries. I won't be going back!

Terrible experience! The cashier doesn't even look at you or smile, the barista passes me half the ginseng because, while bumping into the clerk who passes the croissants to the customers, she spilled half of it on the floor, and without re-doing it, she cleaned the cup, badly I would say, all dripping with a questionable purple sponge. It's a shame about the service because the products are good.

With great enthusiasm I couldn't wait to eat this wonderful colomba that my sister-in-law bought with all my heart. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed because it was uneatable. I don't know how much I paid for it, but we settled for a colomba from the mall that was 10 times better. Great disappointment for a colomba from a pastry shop 😓but more.
