Burger king slow it be a wait don't like how they don't change gloves after touching certain things I'm very picky about my food being touched with gloves that touch EVERYTHING I would rate this place a 6 out of 10

It's a fast food place. Not a free standing building. It is half burger king and half gas station. Difficult to get to. You must pull into the gas station parking lot. If you drive to the Burger King building it will take you 5-10 minutes to circle back around to get back. You can only enter the parking lot from one direction.

Food was fresh, order was accurate. Wait was long, line was long, staff was pleasant, excellent customer service. Didn't like the drive thru design & feeling trapped if I wanted to back out. Lobby was clean & they gave me a crown hat for my son. Would absolutely return. Love the discounts on the app.

Two times in 3 days was the same. The manager and the lady cooking were rude as hell. The little girl taking the orders was really nice. First day the cook messed up our order three times. And acted like it was our fault. Never apologized. The second day, the little girl made a mistake and over charged us. The manager had to come get us money back. She was rude to the employee, yelling at her in front of all the customers. She opened the drawer and handed me some money (which was short of about 50 cents for tax I paid). Never said a word. Then when she gave us our food, she said "we're out of biscuits so we just gave you a croissant". With a very rude attitude and didn't ask if that was OK or anything. We won't be back.

I came in today for dine in, ordered a bacon double cheeseburer plain and dry, received a plain cheeseburger no bacon, went up to register to inform them and a cook had the audacity to go to the back and bring me 2 strips of bacon to put on my burger... Instead of remaking it in the back, lefit carried the bacon in tongs to register and placed on my burger.

Ordered food in the lobby asked for no tomatoes and got them anyways.. ordered three bacon double cheeseburgers plain got no bacon.. called was told we had to bring the food back and they would not give us a refund without the food when I said I live 20 minutes away. This is bad business! Uploading pictures as proof. For whatever reason my recite doesn't even show that I asked him for no tomatoes!! Dinner cost me 30 dollars and now it's not worth it at all.

On 11/17 at around 11:40 PM, we had a very unpleasant experience with the female staff member at the drive-through window. Our group of three people was on a business trip, and we needed to pay separately and receive individual receipts for reimbursement. When we asked for separate payments and receipts, the staff member responded with an irritated tone and said, “I have to do it at another register,” clearly implying that we shouldn’t request receipts. She then showed visible attitude throughout the process. What was worse is that she intentionally tapped the second card twice, charging the second and third meals to the same card without informing us. We only realized something was wrong after waiting at the window for a while, and she still said nothing. She simply stared at us, pretending nothing happened, and made no effort to clarify or assist. This lack of honesty and responsibility created significant issues for us when we returned to our company and had to explain the incorrect receipts to our manager. This was one of the most unprofessional drive-through experiences we’ve ever had, and I sincerely hope the management reviews this incident seriously.

Where do they hire these kids from !? Went through drive thru asked for a number 1 dry with no onions pretty simple enough . The worker proceeds to get into a debate with me about dry being no veggies lol. I said sir dry means no ketchup or mayo . I would have said no vegetables if I didn’t want and vegetables! lol he was rude and continued to debate my order like who cares I just want it dry! These Gen Z’s are something else. No manners, customer service sucks, super slow place! Never ever ever again !

Picking up an order and they never answered the drive thru. Drove to the window and took about 20 mins before I even got someone to acknowledge me. Once they rudely asked what I wanted I told her I'm picking up my order and she shut the window in my face. Waited another 10-15mins and got the wrong order but they refused to come back to the window to fix the issue.

Horrible service! Today 7/20/25 around 3-30 I visit this location for the 2nd time this month and same bad service. The store looks clean and good was ok but the service is so horrible and rude I will never be back.. it’s customer service if you don’t like it don’t do it!

Twice within two weeks my order was incorrect... This is one of my favorite hamburger places when decide to eat beef. They don't care that you spend your hard money. I feel like they need to put themselves in other people's shoes. Would you want it done to you? I'll never eat here again... Unless I go there in person and make sure my order is freshly made and everything I ask for is there. I am pissed

For the last 6 months the drink machine in the dining room has been at least partially empty, and today was no different. Even “regular coke” was unavailable leaving only “Lime coke” and other odd flavors available. When you ask why this location is out of products the answer is “we are not allowed to order enough- the district manage sets how much we can order….” This is a very regular issue here- it’s always out of something… Would be great if this store was allowed to order what they need an not just a random amount set by a district manager…
