Food was great, of course the atmosphere would be wonderful hence it's in a food court with vibrant people, service was surprisingly quicker than I thought!

This Wendy’s was a bit understaffed and it had a dirty appearance in the restroom. There wasn’t anything that was bad about it. The food was as normal. It was just okay. They didn’t have a lot of stock of napkins and ketchup which was a negative. We had to ask for everything.

Located inside the Roosevelt field Shopping Center in the food court next to the public Restrooms. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Weekly food and drink specials. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back. Give it a try and you decide.

This is by far a terrible experience. 40 minutes just to order $25 worth of food. Had to wait on a line to order and then another 10min to get our order. Management needs to provide clearer directives and assignments of staff. Very chaotic!

Horrible service! I was standing there for 10 to 15 minutes at the cash register waiting for someone to take my order. (Mind you, I'M THE ONLY ONE THERE). Use the mobile order to show they I made a order at their location they said I didn’t literally showed they it was their address and that I paid for it they refused to make my order even tho again it literally shows them I made it for their location they were not helpful and not accommodating at all highly recommend to go to any other restaurant in the mall

I work with adults with autism. I came in with two of the people I support to walk around the mall and they decided they wanted to eat at the food court. One of the girls wanted Wendy's. Both the girls I support are fully capable of ordering independently. They do not need me with them. When we met at our table one of the girls noticed she was given the wrong thing. Anytime she gets Wendy's she gets the same thing even if I'm not next to her. I went with her back to the counter and explained politely what happened. I don't know if this lady was a manager or not but she immediately scoffed and rolled her eyes. I explained that she ordered chicken nuggets and not a burger. The lady asked to see the receipt while getting more annoyed and unnecessarily rude. It said burger on the receipt and I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a little loud and maybe my participant spoke too low and it was misheard or someone hit the wrong thing. The lady got annoyed and started complaining and got my participant what she ordered. Then turned to me and said "you need to order with her because she clearly doesn't know what she wants." I told her she always gets chicken nuggets regardless of if I am with her or not. This mistreatment was unwarranted

Chaos! No order, no organization of the lines.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Their service here is horrible. They are extremely slow. And the food, something is always wrong. Whether it’s getting uncooked nuggets, too much ranch squirted on your sandwich that it is so messy, they giving you half a chicken on your breakfast sandwich, or them only half filling your fries. Never again!! Done with this place.

Horrible experience , waited at the order here line for 5 minutes being first in line , no one greeted me they just looked at me and were arguing in the back about how one has anger issues and other drama. Every last one was very unprofessional and the self kiosk weren’t working. This location needs a completely new staff and better training.

The drive thru service is awful. They took my name for mobile order and then said to the on the window “you gotta go” because they didn’t “clock me in” that’s not my problem I paid you need to give me my order. Then the other employee said “pull some” excuse me!!!!! You all need to learn how to treat your customers better, we pay for the food is not like we are eating for free.

Me and my husband went to Wendy's. He wanted the new cajun chicken sandwich ordered it on the online tablet instead of in person. Stated they didn't have it after we paid for it and waited 30 minutes for our food. Then they said they would replace it for another chicken sandwich and then just gave him a cheeseburger which both are stomachs were upset after coming to this restaurant. Also didn't tell us that they were out of lettuce had no lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Ask for ranch they had no ranch other than sweet and sour sauce and barbecue. Highly recommend management keep up on their inventory. Will not be coming back due to this customer service and lack of listening to the customers. And issues with food

The manager Katrina on 2nd shift is unprofessional and closes the store early I arrived 15 mins before the sign on the door says 10pm and they closed at 9:45pm the Mgr needs training on how to manage. Thus store is a mess only wendys I have issues at. I don't think there is a district Mgr to even report this too.

The restaurant hours state that this location and every Wendy’s location operates until 2 am, there was nobody at the restaurant at 1:30 am if there’s going to be limited hours that’s something that should be communicated to the public via a sign or something instead of creating an insanely long line where people waste their time thinking their order will be taken at any given time.

Went to Wendy’s. Had 2 meals and a kids meal. Literally they messed up 2 meals THREE freaking times. And the manager gave an attitude bc they kept messing up. Like it was our fault. No No and No!! I waited a few days to post this, thinking I'd be less frustrated with the really poor (bordering on totally pathetic) service experience. Team member "Ms. Betty" was not only rude to multiple guests in succession, but it was a deliberate action. Had the meal not been paid in advance, I'd have quickly exited. She was beyond belief, and I fortunately captured the audio to share with corporate, as they have to ensure that future guests dont have to endure that. One person had warned of some safety concerns, and their comments were also ignored by several. The dining room was not clean, and the trash cans were overflowing. My meal (after they realized my original request was not made) was incorrect. When asked to tell them what I'd ordered, I handed Betty the printed receipt. Her third rude comment was, "Hey. I didn't say show me, i said tell me." Then she started in on the next person. Never again!! Can not recommend to others. They need some serious corrections.
