Amazing service. Beautiful patio. Friendly staff. Top tier place, would come again! Traveled all the way from Ohio to eat and it was worth it! Our group bursted out into singing Ed Sheeran since they were playing him on their outdoor speakers and the staff loved it and began recording us. Such a fun experience we will surely remember forever.

Cello Mediterranean Grill – Garden Grove Everything was amazing! The tabbouleh and hummus were so delicious — incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We ordered the beef Mafya kebab and the mixed grill, and both were tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. You can really taste the freshness and quality in every dish. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!

Delicious from start to finish! We were seated right away, and drinks hit the table fast (major points on a hot day!). The menu has tons of tempting options — I was bummed the lentil soup wasn’t available yet (still a soft opening), but everything we did try was *so* worth it. The food was super fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. My family loved the rich dark hot chocolate, the refreshing berry smoothie, the berry crepe, and chicken shawarma plate. The inside is cozy and welcoming, great vibes all around. There’s outdoor seating too, but we stuck with the comfy indoors. Can’t wait to come back — and next time, I’m getting that lentil soup!

My first time coming after the rebrand and change in ownership. The new owners and staff were so welcoming. I came with a group of 6 total. We were immediately seated. We ordered and when the food arrived we could tell it was prepared fresh to order. It was delicious. They now have a lot of dessert and drink options such as different types of coffee. The biggest change were the renovations done. The restaurant is gorgeous. You’d think this was a five star resort somewhere. They have kept the prices on the menu affordable which I love. They are keeping us in mind even with the money they have invested In The restaraunt. I definitely recommend everyone gives it a try.

We have been excitedly waiting for Cello to open up and they're ready to serve! Apps: Cheese Sambosa - very cheesy, fresh herb flavor and good cheese pull. Perfectly fried. Really refreshing and savory cheese flavor. Beef kibbeh - best kibbeh I have had than other places, not gritty and has good flavor, would love if it also came with a sauce. Batata harra - STAR OF OUR MEAL. These potatoes were tender, flavorful, smokey spicy and had such a great flavor. I wish I had a bigger bowl. Definitely coming back for these potatoes! We couldn't stop talking about it. Slow heat and definitely good for spice lovers! Pita bread and Hummus Entree: Chicken Tawook -chicken was juicy, tender and had great flavor. Could really taste the marinating without it being too much. Realy really good spices and flavor. The RICE was also really good, moist, fluffy and good flavor. Dessert: Dubai Crepe - must have with the vanilla ice cream. The knaffeh inside with the sauces were great! Love the crunch and flavor. Drinks: hazelnut latte and passion fruit sweet tea, loved the tea especially! Not sure if refills were free but if they are I'd be so excited! Great service and atmosphere, they have really put a lot of thought and design into the restaurant inside and out! The patio is coming together, although I don't do hookah I would love to just eat outside under the patio. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the customer service, recommendations and really look forward to coming back. There is so much more to try! Glad we came and can't wait til everything is finished!

I was looking for food late night and went here, ended up having some of the best Shwarma and falafel! Service was awesome, the coffee drinks were delicious. They had a chocolate fountain and deserts. Overall, highly recommend.

First time here with my husband and I highly recommend coming! I don’t know why we waited so long. The service was great and the food was high quality. We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped in. We had peach mango hookah with the chicken shawarma plate (which feeds 2), the hummus appetizer, and the refreshers (mango and coconut). We will be back for date night very soon!

We had a wonderful experience at Cello Restaurant. The iftar buffet was amazing with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The price per person was very reasonable and absolutely worth it. We also really enjoyed the live singer and the music — it made the atmosphere even more special and fun. We truly had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Newest hookah spot in OC, this place has amazing food, great hookah and a chill atmosphere. The music is good it’s not too loud and not too low. The chairs are comfy, and it’s not too far from the freeway!

First time here with the family and it was a very welcoming, friendly, and beautiful space! Food and drinks were on point. Delicious chicken tawook and beef shawarma. Garlic sauce was the smoothest I’ve ever had. Honestly got reminded of Dearborn, MI and the quality of Lebanese food there. Will def be coming back for more! Must try the desserts next time. Everything looked delectable! And..to top it off, they offered a prayer rug when we were running late and I couldn’t find my own to pray on while there. 100% recommend!

Enjoyed the food here, we arrived after lunch. Greeted by Opie (sorry I’m not sure how to spell this correctly), very hospitable and accommodating. We enjoyed the food, from salad to the halal meat, everything is seasoned fine and flavorful. The place have a patio and is in the process, I’m sure it will look great! Inside the place is clean and everything shows premium, from menu to the dishes. We love the service and food. Will definitely be a regular. You have to check this place out, they have hookahs too. Looking forward to being there again and try their dessert.

The first time, I ordered pancakes for my niece -- they were raw and impossible to eat. Everyone at the table saw it. When we called Obaida to show him, he just took the plate without even saying sorry. His attitude was rude and disrespectful, but we decided to let it go and didn't make a big deal out of it. The next time we visited, unfortunately he was the only one working. I asked for a dessert, and he raised his voice at me saying he wouldn't make it because "last time you returned your order." I couldn't believe how he spoke to a paying customer -- as if he was doing me a favor instead of doing his job! Honestly, "rude" is an understatement. This was pure arrogance and disrespect. The service is below zero. I even regret ever posting about this restaurant and recommending it to others. To everyone I told about this place -- I'm sorry I ever did. I'll definitely be sharing this experience on social media so people know how terrible the service can be.
