There are no crazy delivery fees and the freshest tastiest ingredients. This location is by far the quickest in the area. Our delivery driver Binh arrived 10 min before the quoted time ... Wow!

Usually order online so that way it is ready when I get there. Really like the fresh ingredients they offer for the sandwiches. This is a new location so there is still a learning curve and if a mistakes happens they have gone over and beyond to make better. It is nice having a new sandwich shop since not too many new restaurants open.

I normally eat here for dinner so this is for the evening staff! The young gentlemen that work there are all friendly and seem to be trying their best. I havent had any problems and I am just glad I live near a Jersey Mike's finally!

Good sandwiches, love the style, love Mike's Way. Fresh deli cut is always better for you and they do a good job of adding meet and veggies, it is not all bread like others. Always good and a good selection of sandwiches.

Good sandwiches, love the style, love Mike's Way. Fresh deli cut is always better for you and they do a good job of adding meet and veggies, it is not all bread like others. Always good and a good selection of sandwiches.

$25 for a large sandwich and a small soda. Unbelievable the inflation that has destroyed our economy thank to the so called trillion dollar Inflation Reduction Act. Thanks Biden and Harris.

The young guys working here during the evening shift weren't not delivering the same services I typically get at other locations. I ordered The Original Italian. I asked for no tomatoes and to please add banana peppers. Instead I got plenty of tomatoes, and no banana peppers. I also received pickles and avocado which is not even listed on the ingredients of The Original Italian. Gonna stick to ordering from Cortinas from now on. Unfortunately they're closed on Sundays and I was craving an Italian sub🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered The Original Italian. I asked for no tomatoes and to please add banana peppers. Instead I got plenty of tomatoes, and no banana peppers. I have given this location 3 chances because I am a Jersey Mike's fan, but none of my orders were correct. First time, I placed an order via the app, but no one read the special instructions. I ordered a giant #55 with chipotle mayo and a giant #13 Mike's way with no salt and easy on the olive oil and red wine vinegar. There was no chipotle mayo and it was soaking in olive oil/red wine vinegar. Second time, I decided to order the same and a giant tuna sandwich with pickles, mustard, Mike's way, no salt, easy oil/vinegar. I got no chipotle mayo, no oil/vinegar, and the tuna sandwich had pickles and mustard ONLY. I think the worker's name is Jack, (not the colleague who made my sandwiches) he offered a free sandwich the following day so I called in an order of a giant #55 with chipotle mayo by phone, but again they forgot the chipotle mayo... I absolutely love Jersey Mike's and I really wanted this location to be my go-to since it's closer, but they just never get my order right. Hopefully upper management reads this and makes some changes. Otherwise, stick to the Anaheim location because they ALWAYS get my orders correct and charge less than the garden grove location. I would have given 1 star, but the employee did offer a free sandwich to make it right so I gave 2 stars.

30 min wait for an online pick up order? No. Avoid this location for now. They’re too new and making jersey mike’s look bad. My sandwich was lacking, meat overcooked and not flavorful. I usually go to one by work in Orange or the Westminster/HB one and my sandwiches always tastes good. This location needs more practice!

I got a #9 through door dash and they really made this! Had to throw the whole sandwich to the trash!

Ordered online with specific items, cant have white bread but they still made it with it.

Let me start by saying I eat here ALL the time. Have never had an issue till now. Cashier had major attitude when I asked to see the mgr regarding an extra charge. She didn’t want to get the supervisor and just stood there. I asked 3 times and then she finally went and got someone who stated they were acting manager since their mgr was on vacation. Attitude was very like ….whatever not my problem. I have always gotten the same sandwich and have asked for them to be generous with the avocado before. Have never been charged extra. Today the cashier charged me extra. I feel I should have been told when I asked for the specific sandwich that it would cost more. At least Give me the option to say yea or no. Ridiculous. Terrible way to treat regular customers.

I ordered hours ahead but my sub was not ready when I arrived. Many other people were waiting for their orders but instead of making the preordered sandwiches, the employees were taking calls and new in person orders. I ended up waiting 40 minutes in store on a single giant sub that I ordered 3 hours in advance. To make it worse, the sub was made incorrectly with several errors. I will not be returning or ever ordering ahead.
