Finally a really amazing halal pho place. The pho broth was absolutely amazing. Majority of the crowd were Muslim brothers and sisters. Thank you so much Pho Redbo for an amazing night of hot and delicious brothers, steak and pho noodles. And absolutely amazing comfort-dining experience!

The service and food were good. The meat did not seem as high quality as another redbo we went to. We had the wagyu combo Pho and the wagyu fried rice.

Excellent place to try Pho with Halal Wagyu or Halal brisket. Menu is partially Halal. Definitely worth the visit for the ambiance and experience.

We came for just quick and small lunch. First we thought it is korean owned vietnamese restaurant as it has korean character on the ftont of the restaurant. Inside is simple. It is considered small vietnamese pho restaurant. Really good place to try different level of pho soup. The soup is served in hot stone bowl and A5 Wagyu. The menu is simple and much choices. The soup was hot all the way to the end and was really good combination with the A5 wagyu. This is the 2nd most expensive pho I ever have. The egg roll is good. Truffle fries is also yummy. Overall we enjoyed the services as the worker were friendly and the food.

I want to hear for the second time and it's absolutely an amazing experience. I am so happy that it's Halal. The you is so amazing and it just melts in your mouth. We also ordered for brisket sandwich as well as wagyu fried rice and I really wanted to try the oxtail for because of a heard good things about it but I personally did not like it because of the texture but that's just my own personal advice. Very nice and amazing experience. Can't wait to come back here!!

Hot diggity dog is this place amazing. The fold and service are great, expect a line up if you are going during traditional hours. 100% worth it though. The pho broth is less herbal comparatively to where I typically go, but adding some lime gives it a chefs kiss. The beef stew is fantastic as well, with large yet succulent and tender pieces of the heavens creation (cow) - carrots to the stew are nice and soft as well, it comes with pho noodles. Highly highly recommend this location. To note, it services halal items as well for those it matters to - interesting and appreciative to see the attempt at inclusion!!

This Vietnamese restaurant in Garden Grove is truly exceptional in every way. From the moment you step inside, you can tell this isn't your average pho restaurant. Incredible Food That Leaves an Impression The appetizers alone are worth the visit. I tried their beef appetizer and was blown away - the meat was exceptionally tender and literally melted in my mouth. The flavor profile was unlike anything I've experienced before at other Vietnamese restaurants. Their signature pho dishes are on another level entirely. The broth is rich and flavorful, clearly simmered to perfection, and the ingredients are clearly of the highest quality. Every bite was memorable. Elegant Atmosphere The interior ambiance strikes the perfect balance between casual dining and upscale experience. The restaurant has a high-end feel without being pretentious. It's clear that every detail of the dining experience has been carefully considered. Thoughtful Menu Design I particularly appreciated how well-designed their menu is - clear, concise, not overwhelming or confusing like many restaurants. It made the ordering process enjoyable rather than stressful. Exceptional Service The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. Their recommendations were spot-on and they timed each course perfectly. RedBow has completely redefined my expectations for Vietnamese cuisine. It stands head and shoulders above every other pho restaurant I've tried in Southern California. If you're looking for an authentic, elevated Vietnamese dining experience, RedBow in Garden Grove is absolutely worth a visit. This place deserves all the acclaim it can get!

First time visiting this place. Although much pricier than other spots the flavor of the Pho was devine. My son and I tried the Brisket Pho. The broth was not oily and the meat did not have alot of marbling which I hate. They didnt skimp out on meat and noodles. Which was a plus. The store made chili sauce at the table was a wow factor. Please try it! The ambiance and decor was definitely beautifully. Last but not least. The server Kenny provided top notch service. He was attentive, pleasant and tried his best to teach us how to use the chop sticks.

Amazing location for food! Plaza has plenty of parking, and interior is very spacious and clean as well. Food came out pretty darn quickly despite 4 bowls of pho, and the broth and meat were perfect. They use wagyu meat, but if don't care for that just know that the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are cooked perfectly as well and they serve both the thin noodles most places give and the thicker version as well. My party went in at 3 not knowing they close for lunch break, but the manager was so kind and served us despite the inconvenience. 10/10 would go again!

This was our very first stop after getting off the plane. The food was amazing! The broth was incredibly flavorful and the portions were generous. My wife doesn't eat pork, so the fact that they have chicken spring rolls was a great surprise. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend!

This place is something else. I’ve never tried such tasty wagyu. It has really set the bar very high. The combination of dishes with pho is just amazing. Meat here is also halal, it’s a must visit restaurant for people looking for halal wagyu in orange county. Liked the flaming wagyu, pho sandwich, pho bowl and the fried rice. I love this place so much. Looking forward to visiting again.

If you’re looking for a pho spot that really stands out, Pho Redbo is definitely worth visiting. The broth is rich, aromatic, and packed with flavor — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. I tried the A5 Wagyu pho and it was incredible. The Wagyu was tender, buttery, and melted right into the hot broth which made every bite so satisfying. The Wagyu fried rice was another highlight. Super flavorful with perfectly cooked rice and generous pieces of Wagyu throughout. We also ordered the shaken beef with rice which was cooked perfectly and had that classic savory garlic soy flavor that pairs so well with the rice. To finish it off we tried the truffle fries which were crispy, fragrant, and the perfect side to share. Overall everything felt high quality and well prepared. Definitely a great spot if you want a slightly elevated pho experience. I’ll definitely be back.

We've tried this place a number of times and it has been consistently good. Even our delivery orders have had the same good taste and quality. For me, it's been rare to find a restaurant that consistently delivers good quality, so I appreciate that about this place. Easily the best pho we've had so far.

Service was great! I arrived very late and was not rushed at all. The Pho was solid, but not the best. A regular sized combo and 4 egg rolls totaled about $33. Seems like a bit much.

The broth is super yummy! All of our herbs were fresh, fragrant, and full of flavor. The shrimp in my Pho were big and cooked to perfection. I don’t know how to spell his name, uwi, is an awesome waiter. I loved the atmosphere because it was clean. Also, I didn’t feel rushed out of the door after eating.

Best Pho I've ever had in my life. Wish I could say the same for the service, but we'll get into that. Great Portions and beautiful quality of meat they throw in the Pho. Upon walking in, our waiter does not seem excited to serve a big table, can't blame him, but that's part of the trade, its graduation season, and its a Friday night. It's bound to happen so there's nothing else you can do but embrace it, but instead, He was eager to show how hesitant and exhausted he was of working here with the constant demeaning tone of shouting "WHAT?" "HUH?" and annoyance whenever one of us would need a refill. Order-taking with him was a highlight of the night, a highlight in customer service training. The ambiance, typical pho restaurant, random pictures, sticky wooden tables, and ZERO A/C nor AIR FLOW! If you want to be here in the summer, wear something LIGHT because I thought I was back home in Asia with the humidity and sweating while eating inside the building. The food itself, no complaints, best pho I've had. Being from the Bay Area, you come across so many different places that serve up Pho in so many different ways, North, South, and other cultural fusions. This was the best tasting one I've had where not only did the bone broth promised, the meat quality was far beyond my expectations! This place almost checked all the boxes for me, I really wanted to love it all around, but the owners need to do a double-take on who is on their first line of interactions with the customers, coming from someone who's worked in customer service myself, dealing with customers isn't the easiest, but that doesn't mean you should rain on their parade. I'd love to try this again, preferably online and delivered with minimal interaction with their questionable waiters.

I did not care for the pho broth. Tasted strongly of salt / pepper / and what seemed like msg. If one's broth is so painstakingly made I don't know why one would choose to cover its flavor with so much spice. The meat in the soup was of good quality. Very nice service and atmosphere. My companion had the fried rice and enjoyed it. I tried some and found it tasty enough to have no complaints. Standard OC dining experience ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We waited literally for over 10 mins until one of the serving guys had to tell her that there are couple waiting for a table lol. She sat us down at a table literally next to the bathroom, we were okay with it until we started hearing the toilet flushing Literally no one wanna be eating food a hearing the toilet flushing please get rid of that last table We ended up not finishing our meal and tock the food to go. Sorry for the 3 stars rating but that’s the service and table you guys gave us.

We’ve been regulars at this location for years and this place has never disappointed before which is why I’m not going to give 1/2 stars. Our experience this time was not good. Seems like the flavor of the pho was off and service level was a-typical. Usually when the owner is there we always get asked how everything was and the food ALWAYS delivers. Certainly feels like quality has decreased coinciding with more locations opening but we hope this place can get back to where it was as it always has been our favorite!
