I love this Food Truck, and the owners too! They’re such amazing individuals! Everything is always fresh, they greet you warmly and make you feel so welcomed. My kiddos who are EXTREMELY PICKY, are in love with the Fish Tacos from here and will only eat them from this place! You CANNOT GO WRONG!

Last minute dinner and they were sold out but I got treated like a king! Not surprised cause it’s delicious. I lived in Mexico and I can tell you that they cook with their heart at playa baby. The ceviche, elote and lemonade. Everything was 🔥 Cherry on the top, they have some really good music! Best food truck I tried in LA hands down.

Stopped by Walmart after work and seen this little taco truck. Colors were vibrant and food was AMAZING! If you aren't hungry, you HAVE TO try the freshly pressed lemonade 🔥🔥🔥. I tried the combo special came with a whole Elote, lemonade, and 💣 bomb Shrimp/fish taco! Customer service was amazing and very quick. This was such a nice little Friday treat for myself ☺️

Amanda is the sweetest person and her warm smile is infectious. The food never disappoints. The tastiest tacos out there and the lemonades are top tier. YUMMY!!! 😋

The food was delicious. I loved the fish tacos and the Dirty South hot link. And the lemonade was freshly squeezed. Overall good food and great customer service, definitely coming back again.

We were just at the Costco Business Center and I remembered seeing Chef Amanda on Tik Tok explaining that the truck is parked right between the entrances to Walmart and Costco so even though we weren’t hungry, I at least wanted to stop by and check it out and support this small local business. The music playing as we approached the truck was a fun vibe, and the gentleman at the window was super friendly. I asked him what flavor of the lemonades he recommended - he listed a few but once I heard Mango Zaddy, I knew we had to try it. After we ordered, I spotted Chef Amanda and had to let her know I found them based on her Tik Tok and she made a point of getting my name and briefly chit chatting with me. My husband and I shared the Mango Zaddy, and we were both blown away by how delicious and refreshing it was. After every sip, we kept saying “it’s SO good!” We wanted to get home and try mixing it with a little white rum, but by the time we got home there was hardly any left. The service was fabulous, the vibes were electric, the lemonade was incredible, and we will absolutely be back for more lemonades and to try the food!!

Located right smack in front of the Walmart off the 22 on Beach/Trask; this super conveniently located food truck is open for business at this location all day long on Thursdays and Sundays. Okay, so this food truck is actually not a typical food truck. It is not to be compared to its competitors. You would be remiss to do so and I will find you and smack your hand for such disrespect. 😉 In OC, we all know there's approximately 58253929572 food trucks (and god knows there's some fantastic ones!). However, PLAYA BABY takes it all home! AGAIN, I STRESS! This is is not a typical food truck! It is a mouth-watering tastebud-orgasm supplier. Barring any food allergy, try something then come back and try something else. Rinse....REPEAT! Whatever you do, don't eat two different things back to back within minutes. Your tastebuds - they won't be able to handle it. It's just too much, trust me! 😋🤤 Savor 👏 that 👏 FLAVOR boyyyy (or girrrrl). 🤷 This visit, I had both hot link sausages - the L.A. style as well as the Dirty South. My mouth is still watering as I write up this review. My good god! Absolutely incredible! Amanda will take your order, answer EVERY question you have. She is such a sweetie! You matter to her and her interaction with you (and that smile, yasss) will absolutely prove it. And then, (no and then!) once your order is placed, just be patient. Give it about 15 minutes. Came by looking for tamales at the new spot but found out the family matriarch retired (congrats to her!). The team hooked me up with the secret menu elote instead and I'm SO glad they did! The corn was flavor packed with all the right toppings. Also got the OG combo and those fish tacos are unreal - the beer batter is crispy and the house-made salsas are fire 🔥 My boyfriend ordered the Hot link LA dog, it’s a must have !! Even though I didn't get what I originally came for, I left completely satisfied (AND FULL). The hospitality here is next level and you can taste the love in every bite. Will definitely be back!

Hands down the best food truck in town. Have been visiting them for more than 3yrs now, the food remains the same delicious, fresh and most flavorful. Definitely recommend this food truck for sure, their shrimp taco, fish taco and tamales are the best. Do get both the spice sauces on your taco , the best combo ever.

Um what can I say about these two lovely business owners who run the playa baby truck. Kind, caring, deserving. They put so much love in their food yall! You guys really need to try their fish tacos. They are the best in town. No capppp. I get the mixos tacos which is shrimp and fish and 1 just fish. I also got the lemonade and oh man I added more ice and water when I got home and it lasted me all day and night! So yummy! This place is on my roster fs

Everything is exceptional! Best tasting and freshest tacos, tortas, lemonades and tamales. Scratch made salsa to top it all off. Seriously delicious eats, with refreshing and creative drinks. Something for everyone here!

Fantastic food. Flavors are amazing and I enjoyed the lemonade so much. Owner has such a nice and friendly attitude. I got 2 fish tacos for the first time and they were the best thing i've tried in A WHILE! My uncle recommended this spot; I will too. 5 stars all around. ^v^

We know there are different types of tacos, but if we're talking about fish tacos, the best I've ever had are from Playa Baby, and believe me, I've tried many places, including in Ensenada. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of flavor of these Westminster tacos at Walmart.

Delicious food and drinks served out of a vibrant skoolie and vibrant personalities to match! I had one fish taco, one shrimp taco, and the berry berry baddie. The tacos were delicious and crispy. The drink was very refreshing. You can taste the fresh squeezed ingredients. A little pricey on the drinks but I would definitely eat here again!

First customer service is amazingg! I'm so grateful to have came across them. I'm a picky eater & they did not disappoint! The fish tacos have a full amount of fish, flavorful & they're the best I've had in a long time. The iced teas are sweet & refreshing. Hot link dogs are delicious. I highly recommend trying them out. I'll definitely be back
