Ordering on line works well for me. Order is made perfect everytime. Customer service is pleasant. A great to go place. I love the Alfredo Fettuccine.

I am so happy that the pizza that I ordered this time was fresh hot and delicious like it should be sometime ago I used to order every weekend and the pizza would not be fresh it would not be that hot it would be warm and it would be very disappointing but I'm glad that you guys are doing a great job now thank you!

My carry out order was delivered promptly and contained everything I ordered. The food and ingredients were fresh and delicious. Staff was courteous and professional. I will order again without hesitancy.

Great service. Even when the door dash driver delivered my pizza to the wrong place, Danielle took great care of me right before closing. In fact, I'm pretty sure she stayed a little late to make sure I was taken care of!!!

Ok, So, I Always eat at the Louisiana Chicken place Right next door to this Pizza place. 😆 🤣 😂, But I have purchased 1 time here Bought a Veggie Lovers. Thin crust. I usually do. But, get this. I add Sausage. 😆 It's not so Veggie After All. 😆 ❤️

This is my local Pizza Hut. My family, which consists of three separate houses on one block, has been ordering from this location since it opened approximately 20+ years ago. The staff has always been professional, courteous, and the food is delicious! The delivery service is prompt, and friendly!

The Pizza Hut located at 1336 W Rosecrans Ave., Gardena, CA is superb. Each time me and my family have ordered and received a pizza from that location it is always very fresh and cooked to perfection. You can really tell the chefs in there are professional, seasoned, and care about their work. They make their pizzas with care. Getting a pizza from this location reminds me each time why Pizza Hut is my favorite pizzeria.

I'm not a pizza fan but I stopped by to grab a large pizza with 3 toppings. The price was fair, friendly staff and the pizza..bay-beeee....!! The pizza?? Thick, chewy, buttery crust. Gooey mozzarella cheese and my choice of three toppings..oh my goodness..!! I ATE THE ENTIRE PIZZA for lunch/dinner and the next day, I ordered another one. Shhh....Dont tell anyone 😂 You will not..I say..You will not be disappointed..!! Thank you for great food and A-1 customer service..See you soon Pizza Hut..!!

This is my new go to spot for pizza. I always get the pan pizza and it's bomb. I used to get dominos but I am so over the garlic taste. The employees are very friendly and the service is quick.

Ordering was easy, but one of my pizzas was not what I expected. It did not look like what was advertised.

Always great pizza and good service. Our go to pizza Hut location. However I would have put 5 stars if they had read and followed the special request.

Always great. But lately they have been skimping on the toppings. I order pizza hut about once or twice a month and over the past few months they have been skimping on the toppings.

Awesome crew. This location didn't One-Hundred dollar bills due to a recent surge in counterfeits, but other than that my experience was great.

We love being able to get our own halves pretty much customized to our individual tastes. Only drawback was I had a gift card and the cashier didn't know how to run it so was delayed in getting a hot pizza.

Every time I order online my name never seems to come up, the name that shows up is unknown customer. This is very frustrating when I have enter my profile several times and it never seems to work. This is the reason for my rating.

I ordered a pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Delicious but skimpy! The mushrooms were the best! Second, were the olives. And the crust was third. And in last place were the skimpy pepperoni (microscopic slices)

I called to get a 10$ Box and the guy on the phone was a 5 star idiot. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. I was saying my street name loud and clear and he just said "What?" like a drop out. FIRE HIM.

Ordered pizza on this location while visiting LA and was disappointed on their thin and crispy it was very dry hardly any sauce and cheese they had no plates to offer their customers since we were staying at a hotel...

There was nothing wrong with the store nor the empoyee. It was the PIZZA! The crust was almost identical to the cardboard box. The edges were hard and almost like play-doh.

Regardless, we got a replacement pizza. Not sure if there was a shift manager there tonight, because this is unacceptable.

When I told him it was too expensive and if they have any special he said it’s cheaper if I order it online. So why do they need employees if they are asking their customers to order online & they can’t apply the online special?

This was my second time ordering from this pizza hut first time was phone order nasty attitude and order was wrong. Then I try again pizza was made without care or concern maybe employee was tired or something..

If i could i would give it 0 stars cause i waited for my pizza 25min and they gave my pizza to another customer and when i was waiting for my refund the custer came in with the pizza and they tried to say they had put it in another bag when it wasn't true. I think thats very unprofessional for the manager on charge and the rest of the employees i dont recommened you to come to this pizza hut

Waited hours for pizza order was placed at 1:45 p.m 9/22 didn't get order delivered until 6 p.m Jose stated they would compensate with reimbursement for waiting hours but nothing was done . SO i dont suggest ordering online at this location nor getting pizza delivered

I had to call in sick today because the meat lovers pizza I got from here last night has my stomach cramping so bad I have to stay close to the toilet!! I thought maybe it was just me but my husband son and daughter all ate it and are sick too!!! I will NEVER go here again!!

Called in at 9:30pm to order a stuffed crust Hawaiian and wings for delivery, the representative on the phone said 30 minutes for delivery we’ll it 11:58pm and still no pizza and the store doesn’t even answer there phone.

Properly cook the pizza. The pizza dough was not cooked properly with the dough still very chewy. My with and I were left with stomach aches.

I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and was served a pizza with NO SAUCE AND PUDDLES OF GREASE. I called and a lady answered she offered a partial discount I refused that because only a full refund is acceptable and Pizza Hut's policy is to replace pizzas made wrong. She said she spoke to the manager and would remake the pizza if I came back that night however it was close to time for the store to close and I don't live near that location so I was told I would have a full credit added to my account. Last night I went to get my pizza and was told I would have to pay a portion of the price by the shift manager. She called the store manager and when she finished talking to him she still said I would have to pay a portion of the price. At this point her attitude was bad she kept saying she wasn't there when my original order got messed up BUT SHE TOOK THE ORDER! I don't like unhappy people making my food so I decided to leave without my pizza that I have been craving since they originally messed up my order days ago. The pizza was gross oil was dripping from it and the cheese was stuck to the dough. I couldn't understand how they forgot the sauce which is a vital ingredient

I unfortunately had the most terrible experience at this location. The female manager was very rude and disrespectful. I’m not too sure how she was able to get promoted to that position but they should have thought twice. Because of her nasty attitude I will never return to this location.
