This Louisiana makes sure the food is fresh and the prices are a bit better than others. The service is as friendly as expected but the promptness gets them the 5. Atmosphere is blah....pick up food and go vibe.

Open on Sunday till 8:30, not sure why google has refused my edit 3 times!! Small location with tables. Chicken is always hot. I prefer to go a little out of my way to get food here. Even order for delivery on Door Dash for my elderly mom.

The greatest fried chicken you will never know about unless you're either from the hood, know someone from the hood, or have an Asian relative that owns one. The skin is crispy and peppery but not overly spicy. The meat is juicy and flavorful. No sauce needed, but Louisiana hot sauce goes well with this. Anytime I'm in the hood or passing by to LAX I'll stop buy and grab 16 pieces. Popeyes and Church's don't compare.

This is the best Louisiana I know because the breast be breast size and everything else is good here too I got fried rice and my chicken and some fries delicious y'all not get jumbo shrimp this good from the fish market 😋 delicious also shrimp fried rice

We got chicken biscuit fries waffles gumbo lemon cake mango slush and a coke. Let's talk about it! Yes the chicken was hot ! It was Not cooked all the way in all the pieces tho very disappointed. Biscuit good yet it seemed small. Fries seasoned good waffle was still hot gumbo Tasted extremely better then it looked loved the lemon cake mango slushy coke Not coking (fountain) Grandtotal $56 Yes I would go back I tell them fry the chicken hard and the get the gumbo again. I gotta try the fried rice next

On their menu there is a choice between red snapper or catfish. What they gave me was neither one of those. I’m pretty sure I just paid $30 for tilapia. I won’t be going back. I’ll stick to Rosecrans and Crenshaw.

This is not the same chicken I grew up on in the 70's and 80's. I decided to try this place and was disappointed. I got a two piece breast and reluctantly got the gumbo. Chicken was bland and dry. The gumbo was just plain awful. People were nice , but the food sucked!

Every time I go the man never acknowledges you when you walk in. It took a really long time for my order. So the problem I have is I ordered red snapper. Not a mask anywhere in sight. No masks on server, no mask on cook. Lady all rubbing her nose and cook back there sneezing. There was floured meat sitting out under a filthy bowl. The entire experience was appalling. This is nasty of there was no pandemic, YUCK

The food is good but the service is horrible I will never come back here again I asked for ketchup she gave me half of what I asked for and then she gave me two extra ones she didn't put all the chicken in the bag so I had to come back and get what I ordered. poor Service never go here ever beware

My husband and I and my son Chris is visiting from Nashville Tennessee stop into this location tonight to grab something to eat and we noticed that the chicken and the fish didn't taste as good as it did a few days ago and it really didn't have very much flavor in the mac and cheese with the corn my husband and my son said that they'll never order that again that it doesn't taste good
