Every time I come to Los Angeles I have to come here to Pit Burger. It’s been over 3 years since I’ve had it and I’m so glad nothing has changed. The teriyaki chicken plate is my favorite and I always get extra toast. Make sure you hit the ATM. it’s cash only. This place is a cult classic for Gardena

Best price, juiciest burger spot!!! Great perfectly cooked fries. No table or outdoor seating. To go or in car eating only. Worth the drive!!

This place is really good. 1st time at this place. Have driven by this place many times. Menu is very simple. Plates are very generously portioned and sauced meat. You get a toasted hamburger bun as a sided bread it's good. Customer service was good as well. The hamburgers are good as well however the meat patties are thin Incase your a super meat lover you might want to add a patty or two. Will be returning.

I used to live a couple of blocks over and now live in Irvine and still get that urgh and make the drive. I have been coming here my entire life. I even had an Uncle and an Auntie work here when they were young. The food is all good and the staff are good people.

To be absolutely honest, I got a double teriyaki burger and fries. It is the best thing I have got in a while. Great sizes, and absolutely no complaints. I would recommend anyone and everyone and will definitely return. Friendly, courteous service. The fries are great, the food is fresh.

I can not lie saw this on tiktok so I had to try. Teriyaki burger,sandwich whatever you wanna call it, it's the best, I mean best Burger you'll ever taste. Ooh it's amazing...

Tery-Chicken! Onion rings are good too! But I would love it if they gave you a free peice of bread with every order. Burgers are awesome too. Real charbroil!

This long-standing establishment has been serving charbroiled teriyaki fast food for years, operating on a cash-only policy. While ordering is effortless, wait times can be extensive, given they have only 1 cook and one at the window taking orders. It’s food are flavorful with large portions but a place to visit once in a while.

I've been here 3 times so far. The first time I had the pitburger, it was at the end of the night and the steak was tender and the sandwich was covered In sauce. The last 2 times in the afternoon the steak is tough, and not much sauce. I guess some times or days are better than others

I saw this place while driving and saw a line waiting for their food, so I decided to give it a try.. Ì asked those in line, what was good there.. The answer was either the teriyaki bowl or plates, and the teriyaki burgers.. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl.. it looked and smelled great driving home.. After eating it, I didn’t understand the line of people waiting.. It was okay, but in my opinion, no big deal.. I’ll be honest, I did eat it ALL, and the serving size was BIG, so by no means was it bad.. To be fair though, I’m gonna have to try again, and see what I missed the first time..

Probably not the popular review, but my family ordered the teriyaki beef, combo, and chicken. The beef was super chewy and tough. Chicken seemed very dry. We were very excited to try this spot out but was disappointed 😞

Not true teriyaki. No flavor whatsoever, bland taste tough meat. Ordered (2) teriyaki combo plates and teriyaki burgers. Burger had tough meat as well, soggy and flat with that heavy duty mayonnaise. Order taker upsold on onion rings supposedly very delicious but not true. Can’t believe this place has so many stars. What a waste of $45 and our appetites!!!
