I love in-and-out they are always happy they seem to always be ready to serve you they like their job the food is always fresh French fries you have to eat quickly . I ordered a lettuce rap forgot to ask them without the cheese when I got to the window I apologize the lady correctly my order without any questions customer service a plus I would definitely go back . I wish they would give the young people warmer clothes that stand outside at 12 midnight to take your order however. Drive-through moves pretty fast.

Highly recommended! Stopped by after the BTS concert at SoFi, super convenient hat they work until 1AM, great customer service and prices, they still as delicious as I remember years go, and their fries are so good! 👍🏻

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and hot. I recommend getting pickles on your double double. I love the service here. The staff asks me questions about my order and they always get it right. Make sure you order exactly what you want. Don't assume they can read your mind. If you are hungry and can eat a good amount, order the #1 with onions, make the fries animal style, and get a 7-up drink. Oh! They do refills, be sure to save your cup and stay a safe distance away.

Great Experience! I flew in from Texas and when they said that In N Out is better in Cali, I can see why! We got greeted by the gentleman taking orders at the drive through and wow, what a great attitude. Made us feel very welcomed. The drive through line was pretty long but moved very fast, which shows why this location is awesome. The burgers were very tasty and hot, and costumer service at the window was excellent! I'll definitely be coming back to this location when looking for a good In N Out burger. Strongly recommended!

Surprisingly not very busy during lunch time, food took about 8 mins before it was available at the counter to eat. The drive through was a lot busier though, so keep that in mind if you’re in a rush. As always, In-N-Out has a certain comfort to it when you go and always get a consistently fresh smash burger. I’m a big fan of the onion, but I can see why some don’t like how overpowering it can be. Overall, this is a good spot and quieter than some of the other locations, at least from this experience.

We were excited to stop at an In-N-Out again, since we are from Florida and do not have one there. Our order was wrong (toppings mainly) but it didnt stop us from enjoying these amazing burgers and animal style fries. This is definitely a must stop when visiting California. Just make sure you get your order right.

This is the third time I’ve been to this in n out and my burger wasn’t fully cooked. This time I’m not letting them get away with it. I’m glad i looked into my burger after the first bite. I will never return to this in n out again. This is beyond disgusting.

Genuinely the worst in n out to go to. Waited 30+ minutes and still didn’t get my food. Had to get a refund because they were not calling out any numbers. They only care about drive thru and did not preface that it would take so long, yes one can assume that it’ll be a wait because of the crowdedness, but I have never waited for more than 30 minutes or even 30 minutes at that at any in n out regardless of the crowd. Terrible service from the workers as well. One of the workers was even pretending to clean when there was nothing dirty instead of going to help at the counter or making the food/bagging.

This place is sloppy and gross every time I come here. Burgers consistently soggy, so wet that the bottom of the bag is moist, buns never grilled. Just overall poorly trained staff. Sad fries🤢. Burger tastes meh at this location every single time. Was so excited for this location too.. Needs a new person from a good in n out to retrain them.
