I've been wanting to try this spot for a while, I'm happy one opened right by my work and it did not disappoint. Really good sized salad and high quality ingredients. It hit the spot! I got the tuna salad, the lady taking my order was very nice and was able to give me some recommendations. I think I found my new lunch spot :)

Great place to get a healthy meal, I've been eating here everyday going on 2 months now and it has helped me change my life tremendously, I've dropped 29pds in the first month of eating only delicious salads from Simply Salad and I'm sure I'll be down at least another 10-15 pds in my second month. The food here is always quality and the staff is great. Make sure to download the app and order online for quick service during those crowded times.

I love the quality ingredients and large portions. The salad dressings are varied and amazing and the chicken is very flavorful, not bland at all. I can probably do this at home but Simply Salad is my go to for fast, fresh, and hearty food.

Looking for a healthy option to DoorDash for the office, I came across SimplySalad. The pictures on the website and the option to build your own salad was very appealing. Everyone is the office was very happy with their meal, so I gave it 4 stars. The salad was good, yes. But the picture showed the toppings in individual piles on top of the lettuce but was delivered with all topping cut into teeny pieces and all mixed together. I guess it's their style and it's not bad, but for me personally, I won't order a salad there again. Also, the base lettuce salad is $10 and every single thing you want on it is extra (of course, that's fine). But a salad can quickly add up to $15-17+ depending on whether you want protein.

All those reviewers had only 1 to 2 lifetime reviews on Google and the most had 4 lifetime reviews and they all gave it 5 stars. To be honest this place is overrated with all the 5 stars reviews. The salads are good but not like “the best salad place in LA”. The size is very standard, and I think the price is a little bit on a higher end vs the portion size. However, all the ingredients are fresh, and the special dressing are very tasty. The staffs were super friendly there and gave very good suggestions on their popular salads. I got the Downtown Cobb and Steak-Out salads, and they were all very delicious. They might be the best Salad place in the area without any competitors, but I do like The Toss Up better and they are few blocks down the street and right next to Rascal. -1 star for running out of homemade soup at 6pm during dinner time. The grilled steak from Steak-Out salad was cold and only came with very little number of steaks in very small pieces. Quick tips: Simple Salad is located right between Yogurtland and Jersey Mike’s Subs. It used to be a Starbucks location. For all salads lovers, you should also try the salads from The Toss Up and do some comparison.

The girl at the register who is supposed to hand out the food sucks at her job. I was the only person in there and she didn’t bother handing out the order or acknowledge that I was waiting when that’s the only thing she’s supposed to do. To top it off there was a hair in my salad. If that’s what you’re into come to this location.

The Regional Manager, Helena, has TERRIBLE customer service skills. I’d suggest not having her back at your store. She doesn’t treat people kindly, lacks empathy, and runs a salad shop like a military Bootcamp. I hope upper management sees this comment!
