It took some time to be seated. The restroom needs more attention. The food was good but the waiters need to pay more attention. I asked for a bib but never brought me one. Food price it's good. Overall I rate it 4 stars.

This is our fourth time coming here. I decided to post it, this time the service was very good they were friendly very attentive. Our food was great, just one thing the first combo we ordered was on point, we asked for medium spice, and it was great, but the second combo we ordered the spice was just mild it wasn't consistent but it was still good. Over it was great, and I would recommend it here. We'll go back.

The Original Crab shack Flavor (sauce) is what will bring me back eventually but can someone help me understand why it took them 15min to bring my table the drink and water? On another note 2 parties where served before us (party of 2 & party of 6) even after they were seated long after us (2) we didn't ask for anything out of this world. Services just weren't there and that is very important to ME, specially for the price paying. Like how does a party of 6 get served before a party of 2 that was seated 30min prior? 🤔 anywhom probably won't be ordering the calamari next time either it was salty, tartar sauce had a small too bitter sour after taste as if it was on edge of being spoiled, on the last unpleasant note the sausage skin was not chewable literally like plastic & I had to remove out of my mouth because I couldn't break it apart to allow it in to my stomach. I found about 3 over cooked shrimp in my order and will continue to wonder how that can happen, my company had the same question. On the bright note, Because their sauce recipe is very tasty I didn't rate them a 3 as I feel this visit called for. I will return and hope that I can update them to a 5 but if the same or other issues arise I will change down to a 3. I will for now give them the benefit of the doubt. 📝 Ps. Not sure about the other reviews, but I've always received good service since I started patronizing The Crab Shack 4-5 years ago. On my most recent visit, we were seated quickly and the food came in a timely manner. The staff was also very attentive and met all of our needs. Now onto the food, it is very reasonably priced even when it fluctuates based on "market price". The taste is very flavorful and the spiciness is just good enough to enjoy where you're not sweating bullets. Their shrimps tend to be above average size and tastes very sweet. FYI: 1 pound of shrimp is about 20 shrimps. Make sure you add corn & sausages! Plenty of free parking in the plaza (can get busy sometimes). Minus one star because this isn't the best cajun style seafood place I've had and the shrimps aren't always the freshest (you can tell by how easily the shell is to peel). When ordering fries + beer + shrimp, expect to pay $40-45 per person. Highly recommend and I will be returning!

Went there for a friend's birthday and The prices have gone up a lot but let's start off with ordering ordering. My friend wanted hot water and lemon they had no hot water. I ordered a unsweetened tea which didn't taste too much like anything. They didn't have any sweetener so I just end up ordering a Diet Coke. I ordered a pound of garlic butter shrimp and snow crab with 3 corns & potatoes with the mild spice on the side. My friend ordered 1 of the combos 1pound of snow cab and 2 pounds if shrimp and that comes with 2 corns, potatoes and sausage. The food was delicious they don't do anything special if it's your birthday but it's cool. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant.

Good food. Before the tip I would give them a 7/8. After the tip of 15%, I would give them a 3. Don't ask for anything after you have given the tip! You won't get it.

Custumer Service is horrible, Employees needs to pay more attention to their tables,they need to be more friendly We were a party of 6 not even once they came around to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else, We had to get up ourselves and ask for refills, napkins ect ,I don't mind tipping but when I asked for my check and the audacity of the employee/waitresses saying that the tip was already included because we were a party a 6, knowing that all they did was take my order and bringing it to the table, I was pretty upset and disappointed,I was charged $40 for 0 customer service.. I don't give credit that.

I use to love this place. My most recent experience, Was not satisfied. It was a young lady that was trying to be polite rude for no reason at all.The food was good. The service could be a bit better. The gentleman service were great. But the young lady needs more customer service training.

While their food is good. Keep in mind when you order takeout they didnt advise us but they only started preparing our order when you arrive to pick it up. We ordered at 7:30 and said would pick it up in 30 minutes, arrived a little late at 8:30 and theu still hadn't started preparing the order.

Wow I brought food from here and I had to buy 6 more sauces cause I asked her extra sauce and didn’t get it. Wow 9 dollars for 6 small sides. Thats not even worth my money!! Do you see how small they are for 9 dollars. And I only get 6 of them!! Wow never again!!

Do not I repeat do not go to this place if you want to eat.. So I don't mind the 15 minute wait for to get a table it wasn't bad the place wasn't crowded at all. So after being seated before we ordered the king crab legs we asked him did they have the tools to open them and they told us yes. So four out of the five people I was with order king crab which is one of their most expensive things on the menu. They brought us our food but didn't have any tools and the only thing they can do is apologize. How are we supposed to eat King Crab legs with no tools to open them. How can you even call yourself The Crab shack if you don't have the utensils to do anything. And after we told him how to ridiculous it was they stopped serving us and we waited over 20 minutes and had to ask for help just to get our to go bags and our check. Out of all the crab places in Los Angeles this is by far the worst one I would not waste your time coming here especially spending your money. It's really disappointing when places like this want you to come support after Corona but they completely don't even care it said it's not their problem that they ran out of utensils. That is of course excuse for a Crab shack and at this point honestly save your money or go somewhere different
