Passavo per caso sul lungolago di gardone e mi sono trovata davanti a questo ristorante.. ho trovato l’accoglienza piacevole e piatti squisiti con abbinamenti molto particolari. I piatti vengono descritti in modo dettagliato sia nella composizione che nella preparazione. L’accompagnamento del pasto con un calice di vino di chiaretto della cantrina della Valtenesi ha reso il tutto più armonioso.

Locale molto carino sul lungolago di Gardone Riviera. Cibo molto buono e personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Ottimo ristorante lungo lago, pesce fresco e di qualità, servizio attento e davvero cortese! Una menzione speciale all’impepata di cozze, scarpetta obbligatoria! Lo consiglio!

We had lunch at Ristorante Nicholas and it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had since arriving in Italy for our family vacation. The restaurant is located on the lakeside promenade in Rivera Gardone. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. We received two complimentary items before our meal, a shot of delicious pineapple and ginger juice and a canapé of whipped ricotta and blue cheese on toast. I couldn’t decide between the turbot and the tagliatelle with truffle so the owner said he’d do a small tasting of the pasta so I wouldn’t miss out. My husband got the squash blossom appetizer and the ravioli. It was all so delicious. My husband loved the white wine and purchased a case to have at home for the rest of our stay. The owner popped the case on his electric scooter and drove it up the hill to where we were parked. Talk about service!!. We have more family coming over the next two weeks. We will definitely be going back!!! We’d highly recommend this place. It’s very popular though so make reservations.

Beautiful restaurant right by the lake. Definitely the highest quality restaurant in Gardone Rivera. The food was incredible and very fresh. The fish in the main was fresh from the lake, with mushrooms foraged locally. Was made simply but packed with flavour. I couldn’t fault any dishes. The service was great, friendly staff, and patient with our bambino. You should definitely book, as it gets filled up after 8pm.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Mittag im Restaurant Nicholas! Die hausgemachte Pasta war ein Traum – perfekt al dente und mit frischem Trüffel verfeinert. Auch die Meeresfrüchte waren von bester Qualität – man schmeckt sofort, dass hier nur frische Zutaten auf den Teller kommen. Das Vitello tonnato war wunderbar zart, fein abgeschmeckt und ein echter Genuss. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch die dreierlei Fischvorspeise – kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Zum Abschluss gab’s ein klassisches Tiramisu, das so schmeckte, wie es sein soll: cremig, nicht zu süß und mit einer dezenten Kaffeenote – einfach himmlisch. Der Service war rundum aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Atmosphäre ist stilvoll, aber nicht steif – perfekt für einen besonderen Abend oder Mittag. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung für alle, die gute italienische Küche mit frischen Zutaten und authentischem Geschmack lieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Dazu kommt der atemberaubende Blick auf den See, der das Essen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch – frische, hochwertige Zutaten und authentische italienische Rezepte, die mit viel Liebe zubereitet werden. Für mich ist dieses Restaurant eines der schönsten und besten am ganzen Gardasee. Ein echtes Highlight, das ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Der beste Lunch in Gardone Riviera – mit traumhaftem Seeblick! Wir sind völlig spontan ohne Reservation bei Ristorante Nicholas gelandet – und es war einfach mega! Das Vitello Tonnato war fantastisch – zart, perfekt abgeschmeckt, eine echte Empfehlung. Auch der empfohlene Franciacorta war herrlich – super abgestimmt zum Essen. Die frische Pasta war köstlich, und der Fisch zum Hauptgang ein echtes Highlight. Wir sassen auf der Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gardasee – einfach traumhaft. Nicholas selbst ist unglaublich sympathisch, herzlich und aufmerksam. Der gesamte Service war entspannt, persönlich und gleichzeitig absolut professionell. In unseren fünf Tagen in Gardone war das mit Abstand der beste Lunch – wir kommen garantiert wieder und empfehlen es von Herzen weiter. Unbedingt hingehen!
