Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati come in famiglia. Il servizio preciso è cortese. Le pietanze ottime soprattutto gli affettati e i primi piatti che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, insomma una serata da ricordare piacevolmente. Quando torneremo a Gardone Riviera sarà una tappa irrinunciabile.

Posticino accogliente, personale e proprietari molto gentili. Volevamo mangiare qualcosa di tipico e abbiamo scelto il pesce di lago, buono e cucinato bene. Grazie 😊

La Taverna è un grazioso localino molto carino e intimo a due passi dal lago. Sono stata diverse volte e sono rimasta sempre molto soddisfatta soprattutto adoro i primi piatti. Tutti veramente buoni. I gestori cercano sempre di soddisfare le tue esigenze. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato.

Durante i giorni del festival Tener a Mente siamo stati per cena in questo graziosissimo ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e le ragazze sono state molto gentili. Siamo stati accolti con 2 calici di benvenuto, una coccola che fa sempre piacere.. Il menù accontenta tutti i palati. Peccato arrivare dal Piemonte altrimenti sarebbe una tappa fissa (ottimo il maialino tonnato) Continuate così..

This restaurant is a must if you are ever in Gardone Riviera!! The two beautiful waitresses are so welcoming and kind. The food was delicious, so good that we came twice during our stay. They even offered us a complimentary limoncello shot at the end of the meal. We were able to get a table by walking in and asking for one, an hour in advance. Both the inside and outside setting is lovely. Highly recommend!!

We have been here a week and this lovely little restaurant outshines every other place we have eaten in by far!! So much so that we went back twice! (Be sure to BOOK AHEAD though!) It’s cosy and quaint, with traditional decoration and reminiscent photos all over the walls of Gardonne in a bygone era, which is lovely to look at during your meal. The two lovely waitresses warmly welcome you upon arrival. We felt like we were being welcomed into their living room, as the restaurant is so cute and cosy. The food is totally DELICIOUS! I’d go as far as to say the prawn starter and “burrata” that my husband and I had were the best we have ever tasted!! The trout also was divine! We received fabulous recommendations about the side dishes and wine, all of which were superb! This place is “definite-must”, if you are in the Gardonne Riviera area! 👍😋 Thank you so much to the team for your wonderful food and impeccable hospitality. 🙏❤️🇮🇹 Ciao, Tom & Emma xx

We had a wonderful dinner here! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. What made it even more special was how welcoming they were to our dog Charlie. The staff were so sweet with him, bringing water and even giving him a friendly pats. This is exactly what you hope for on a night out: great atmosphere, amazing food, and people who truly care. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by two wonderful waitresses—friendly, attentive, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a great dining experience. A big thank you to the chef as well—every dish was a delight. Beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and absolutely mouthwatering. We started with two appetizers and followed with two steak dishes. The salmon tartare was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again and again. The steaks were a pleasant surprise too—perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. To end on a sweet note, don’t miss their tiramisu. It’s rich, creamy, and a perfect “yum” moment to wrap up the meal. In short: a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, the service, and every bite exceeded expectations. Very highly recommended!

It was really cosy restaurant unlike other places near this area, you can taste authentic Italian food in here. We made a reservation by phone and no issue communicated in English. I really wanted to visit here again but had to cancel our second visit due to weather. In my opinion their food was way more delicious than the other fancy restaurants. Totally recommended.

One of the nicest places I’ve eaten. Some of the best food I’ve had in Italy .Really nice small family business amazing staff. We ate there on the first night of our stay and ended up eating there nearly every evening. They let us pick our table for the next visit. Was welcomed with a drink every time. Will be going back anytime we are in lake Garda.

I would take a flight to Italy from California for a day just eat here again. Tucked away in a quiet street in Gardone, I stumbled upon this gem when taking a walk. I peeked in to find an authentic spot with traditional decor and owners preparing. The flavors and taste were perfectly balanced along with the ambiance. So much thoughtfulness in presentation from seating to the plates to the cute cookies dusted with powdered sugar at the end of the meal. Thank you for making me feel at home and sharing the most divine home cooking style dishes.

Sera inoltrata, passate le 22.00 cercavamo senza speranza dove cenare... La Taverna aveva chiuso la cucina , ma dimostrando grande professionalità e attenzione all'accoglienza ci ha mandati poco distante girato l'angolo presso il ristorante pizzeria Sans souci assicurandoci che tenevano la cucina aperta fino a tardi. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, bravi così si fa!

Beautiful restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff, only negative would be the Beef main course , bit tough and chewy, maybe a better cut of meat should be used , I know beef can be difficult to gauge , other than that would recommend .
