Food is fresh staff is friendly management isn't very good very bad to employees. New visit on 5/19/22, employees are still very hard working and courteous. Sasha was my server and she was a delight. The food is still fresh and hits the spot.

I had an amazing experience at Panda Express thanks to Rachel. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me pick the perfect meal. On top of that, she was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit even better. Panda Express is lucky to have someone like Rachel representing their team

And !wow THE WORKER kylie wow what a pleasure she was amazing had a larger order and she was amazong not only that the whole team ! One thing I think they need to improve on is a sound barrier at the drive through. Its difficult for the cashier to hear the order due to the traffic coming from the freeway. Had to repeat myself several times to get my order in correctly. Other than that enjoyed PE

They were out of a lot of things when we went and it was an unusually long wait for items to be made but we sat down and waited and didn't complain. The girl that helped us was Megan and you could see her keeping an eye on the cooks and doing her best to get our order out asap. She was very apologetic and offered us an extra item without us even saying anything. She was awesome and it was clear she took customer service seriously

I enjoy eating here. Food is yummy. It's a drive thru! The only reason I am giving it a 4* is because they are stingy on hot sauce and napkins. I love their hot sauce as it adds a kick to the food and add a next level on the taste,but they only give you 3-4 packets. I have asked for a lot of hot sauce and still get the same amount. I tell them if I can get a handful. Still get the same amount. Maybe they are only allowed to give me max of 4 idk.

They were getting slammed!!! Cars sticking out of the drive through, multiple people ordering family meals... inside was packed... But they did a great job of working together, hustling, and keeping it cool. Just one of those nights when everyone and their mother wanted Panda. Good job and thanks. Worth the wait!

Usually I don't eat fast food but when I do I sometimes would come here actually have myself a bowl with rice and some chicken. It's fast quick and satisfying. I like coming to this Panda Express because the service is amazing the people are always happy and they are always willing to serve, and cater to you.

Juan was very kind, patient and had great customer service skills! The orange chicken wasn’t as edible as I would’ve liked, but that’s no fault of his.

My review is based on the guy who took care of me, wish I had taken note of his name. We have only gone there a couple of times for takeout and this is the 2nd time this guy has helped me. He was so nice and patient, granted they were not busy, but in today's world that often doesn't matter. We have had some really great Chinese food at restaurants, but Panda Express is not in that category. They offer a good convenient product at a reasonable price. Just went through the drive through the other day and had to post a review. I was pretty surprised by their food this visit. It was piping hot an very fresh this time around. I got the bowl with honey sesame chicken breast with chow mein and super greens. The chow mein an veggies had good flavor perfect garlic sauce. The chicken was freshly made it was crunchy but had a bit too much coating to chicken. Since it was sliced very small it dried out a bit when they fried it. But I'd prefer it over cooked than under lol. They didn't quite coat the chicken all the way with the honey sauce. I had checked my bag before leaving the girl at the drive through didn't give me soy sauce so I asked for some an she gave me 2 lol. I went to open it and yeah it didn't rip open so I had to go inside and grab some the lady at the counter was a way better experience. She was so nice an apologized for not giving enough in the first place and she was so thankful to have my service. I also haven't been inside of a panda express in a long time since today. I really do like the vibe low lighting, music, lots of seating, and open. I also loved to see all the freshly prepared veggies in tubs inside the fridge. Trying to eat healthier when I go out so it was refreshing to see it.

It's been better. When I went there today I got the small ala carte string bean chicken as a quickie snack to hold me over till dinner. The string beans were very overcooked and there was very little chicken in the dish at the counter. They did try to give me as much chicken as possible but it wasn't very much. I wish they would come back with the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. I cannot eat most of their products and I absolutely loved the Sweet Fire Chicken. If they did I would eat there much more often.

Are you in a hurry, do you have a family or friends reunion and you don't want to spend a lot, it's a perfect place to order and carry out even if you want to stay they have table and chairs. My way is pick it up and go. They have a family meal deal.

Food is great but it looks like they cut staff in half or something because it took me 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front. They seem to be very understaffed, the guy working the drive thru was polite and it's not his fault but 30 mins is crazy for Panda.

I ordered a combo meal with a soda. But they didn’t hear me apparently, because when I got up to the drive thru window the price seemed low. So she added the soda. But instead of giving me the soda price per the combo meal price, they charged me full price for the drink. This was discovered after I had already driven away. And beyond that, the drive thru lady was condescending and rude. Won’t be going back anytime soon. And when I do go back, I’m asking for a partial refund to cover the extra money I spent on the soda. Not happy with their customer service at all!

I go to this one because it’s convenient to my house, I order a plate with extra chow mien and beef and broccoli and a coke. I got what I ordered except it was a diet coke. When I went to eat, the beef tasted slimy and burnt which made the broccoli taste horrid. The noodles are dry and tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went here a few times and had pretty good experiences so far, until today. We used the drive thru and it was obvious the person working it was newer to it. They had a hard time taking our order. We got the food and went home only to realize that items were missing and the food was all over the place in the bag, beef and broccoli sauce was everywhere. We called and we got offered 2 free entrées (we didn't want)...but they couldn't take off the missing food items from our card. It's funny that this is the only place that can't do that. Other panda expresses had no problem doing it when they have forgotten a side order in the past. I guess if we want Panda again we will be going to Murrieta Hot Springs location from now on.

Ordered broccoli and beef, in drive through. Got home was just broccoli with one piece of beef. Crazy!!!! Does the employee have any idea that this causes customers to never return. Positive note, my other side was orange chicken, it was good, I guess it’s due to no veggies to cover it.

Only drive through is open. The choice is only about a third of what is in the menu. The order was wrong, was ordered 2 entrees and only 1 entree was given us - had to go to window to give order. Very disappointing - the food was good, however very little chicken with the string beans entree. Used to be much better, not sure what happened. We are locals.

This location is the worst in the area. They take forever which would be okay if the order was correct and they were nice and professional which they are rarely either. With these employees making more than most other ppl these days they really need to up the bar because people cant eat out as often as they used to so if they choose your business to spend their money at then they need better customer service and correct orders. At the very least.

This location in Wildomar is consistently the most unpleasant Panda Express in the Lake Elsinore-Murrieta-Temecula area. Ironically I choose Panda to eat healthy, ordering Broccoli Beef-String Bean Chicken-Teriyaki Chicken with vegetables as the side. This has been my set order for years, also specifically asking for a fresh batch of just-steamed vegetables rather than the veggies in the warming tray that is loaded with salt and some sort of meat stock. Only this location argues with me that this special batch of vegetables is against corporate policy. No other Panda Express location causes me any problems with this request. This location seems to have a problem with management turnover; years ago I'd eat here at least once a week. I knew the manager then very well, greeting me with a huge smile and always ready to ask for new vegetables ahead of my requesting it. Now I never recognize anyone behind the counter for long. I've had friends and family say in passing that this location has argumentative staff and that it is the most stingy with portions. The assistant manager said earlier tonight that he would no longer make the accommodation for me of steamed vegetables in the future. So despite this place being the closest Panda to where I live, I won't be eating here again. I don't need to fight for steamed vegetables, which took just two-to-three minutes to prepare, every single time I walk through these doors.

Usually it is not so bad. Order, pick up, leave, order, pick up, leave. Sam routine nothing to special just getting my lunch. But today, Sept 26,2014. I had a horrible experience. After going through the drive through and being told they wont be able to put more meat in my panda bowl I was already kind of irritated but whatever rules are rules. I finally got my order and returned to work from my 30 minute lunch break. As I opened my panda bowl, the meat was incorrect. I called the store and a women answered, I explained in the nicest way what had happened and she turned around as asked someone what she should do because I order a certain kind of chicken and received a different kind. I did not hear the response but than the lady said, "No that is what you ordered" I explained again that this is not what I wanted, I knew what I wanted because I had gotten it 4 days prior. She was apparently not understanding, for she continued to tell me that what I ordered is what I wanted. IT WAS NOT! I asked to speak to someone else and she told me, in a very rude manner, "I am the manager right now." I knew she was lying because she had just asked someone else what she was supposed to do. In the end I still have the chicken panda bowl that I did not want and I am waiting to call them back because I do not want to deal with that same rude women.The customer service being given at Panda Express off of Clinton Keith is very disappointing.

Had a terrible experience... Got to Panda at 8:15p.. was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. She was taking each car, taking their order then helping them at the window and then they'd drive off before she'd take the next car's order... When I got to the window she asked that I wait outside and they'll bring the order to me. 20 minutes later they bring me the order but half of it was missing. He went back in and looked lost/confused looking all over. I looked at what he brought and they put no straws or sweet n sour for the rsngoons. I went in and asked him for the sauce and he couldn't find any so he had to open a new bag... Overall I spent 50 minutes and he still forgot napkins, utensils... Just a bad experience!

If you enjoy the food at Panda express, this location offers the same quality you would come to expect. Having a drive thru makes it very convenient. The service was decent. Where things go downhill is the entree' portions which are lacking. I went through the drive thru, ordered two kids meals and two plates. One of the kids meals had the wrong entree which was disappointing, but then we checked the larger meals to find they gave a huge portion of rice but tiny amounts of the two main entree portions. There was literally only three pieces of chicken on one side of my plate and then some veggies. I have noticed this has been happening on occasion at multiple locations. It becomes frustrating when a company not only raises their prices but then also reduces the amount of food they provide, compared to the pre COVID days. So, it looks like I will be frequenting Panda express a lot less now.

I cant believe that there isnt a non meat option. Its absolutely insane that in 2026 they cant keep a piece of tofu around. Any buisness that cant accommodate a vegetarian diet should go out of buisness.
