I tried this store for the first time and was very pleased with the mango smoothie. Delicious!

Got me an acai superfruit smoothie and boy felt better than I ever felt in a while cuz I've been drinking coffee this is a really good job but juice they really make their smoothies really good here.

Love coming to this Jamba Juice location! Very friendly staff and perfect smoothies! Plus they are super quick! Love this place!

This location is awesome. They always take great care of my order & my smoothie is always delicious.

They were fast, place was clean. I wish it were easier to tell which smoothies had fresh fruit (which I'd be willing to pay more for) and ones with just juice.

Just had one of the best razzmatazz’s I’ve ever had. This is a tricky drink. That’s hard to make right. If one of the ingredients is off. It will ruin the entire drink. So whoever the blendmaster was on this shift she did an amazing job! The guy helping me was super nice and accommodating. Even after I forgot my wallet he was really chill about it. Will definitely come back.

I love Jamba juice! This is always my go-to when I want a snack, definitely a more healthy choice then grabbing a large fry and a soda on the way home from work. They have lots of good boots and things that you can add into your unique smoothie. I always like to try their seasonal creations when new ones are featured. I like to get a smoothie a few times a week with a fiber boost and chia seeds to help me with digestion. And after making this a habit for a few months, it seems to really be making a difference. Remember, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Make healthy choices, love yourself.

Every time I walk in Lexi greets me & anyone else while I'm inside. I haven't had a bad experience or mediocre smoothie since coming to this location. Every time I've been in Lexi has made sure the service is smooth & quick.

If your looking for a good start to the day, Jamba Juice has several options from a healthy protein packed veggie juice, to a sweet refreshing fruit smoothie. Highly recommend this place.

This has nothing to do with the staff. The staff at this location is wonderful and why we always tip. This morning we wanted a plain good old orange juice. They are out of orange juice. Covid really? After two years? That’s why mom and pop shops rock! They get their products and supplies locally. They don’t have to depend on corporate mumbo jumbo controlled by the same people that put diapers on your face and shut your business down. So, will we go back? Probably accept next time we will think about it twice and most likely try another place first. This is not the first time they have been out of orange juice.

Usually good. When we went in the guy behind the counter, John, didnt even greet us when we came to the counter. We were the only people in the store. I waited to see how long it would take before he would say anything. He didn't even ask "what would you like to order?" just stood there talking to other employee and occasionally looking at us. I wasn't even talking to my husband just to see if he if John would ever acknowledge us...nada word. So, i just started ordering and he typed it in and that was it. So John, you need to have better customer service. Everyone else there is usually great.

these youngsters customer service needs some training. cashier took my order and left the register with out saying thank u or you can take your card or your order will be rite up.

I seen this Jamba Juice and decided to give it a try. While the service was good, the product was not. A bit watered-down and lackluster in flavor. Are they using real fruit here? It really did not taste like it. Im going to stick to the other two fruit places where I have had much better luck with flavor.

I made an order for orange-carrot juice at precisely 9:52 am, I figured it should take maybe 5-10 minutes tops for them to whip it up and have it ready for me. Unfortunately, reality is often disappointing. I showed up to the store which had about 4 people waiting for their drinks. There was a guy and a gal preparing everything and looking a bit rushed. The girl was in the corner to the right of the pickup window preparing acai bowls for what I presumed to be one of the waiting customers. It took about 4 minutes for me to be noticed (which I attributed to business), even though the girl looked at me several times while grabbing fruit for the bowls she was working on. The guy finally noticed me and asked if I was there for a pickup order and I responded that I had ordered the juice and gave my name. He then apologized and said he hadn’t started it yet and would get to it as soon as he could. He was super polite and was really trying to get things done from my point of view. He promptly got 2 smoothies out for some of the customers and then started trying to make my juice. Now mind you while he was doing this, the girl was still doing the bowls. Once the guy tried doing my juices, the real issues began. He got some partially bruised and slightly overripe looking oranges from the fridge and dumped them into the orange juice machine. He spent a solid 10 minutes trying to work that orange-juicer and it was tough-going from what I saw. He then ran over and started blending another drink and then tried moving over to the carrot-juicer. Now this machine did not work whatsoever and he kept struggling for a few minutes before he seemingly gave up and proceeded to tell me that the carrot-juicer was broken. At this point I was a tad bit exasperated because I was on a schedule and it had already been about 15 minutes since I had ordered some juice. I told him just plain orange juice would be okay, and then tight about then the girl finally finished the bowls (which looked very liquid-like at this point) and was yelling out the order for the customer that turned out wasn’t even there. Another customer went up to them and complained that she had been waiting for 15 minutes for a mobile order that she had made prior to showing up and that she needed to leave. Turns out this customer’s order had been done and in the fridge the ENTIRE TIME and nobody bothered to address when she initially got there. She took it decently and left. So finally after 20 minutes of waiting, I got my juice. And SURPRISE it was very sour and unappealing. This was a very poor experience and it really makes me lament the times when the store was better put together. Now I am fully aware of COVID and its impact on smaller stores and everyone in general, but this service just seemed lazy and disappointing. Broken machines, poor customer service, and everything in between is why I gave 2-stars.

Good smoothies but the service sucked. The lady taking our order walked away mid order. Someone else came over and took the order after a few minutes and she was very nice. She’s the reason I gave two stars and not one.

Who ever is managing this store needs to either work on ordering more supplies or taking a closer look at the employees working the night shift. Almost every time I go in, they are out of pitaya or açaí supposedly. Any other Jamba Juice that I go to, never has this problem.

I've been waiting for a refund for a week and corporate gives me a different excuse every time I call about it. I placed an order ahead for this location and when I arrived, they did not have the items i needed. The cashier Alexis was very rude and continued to assist other customers while talking over me, because she did not want to explain the process of contacting corporate for my refund since I could not get the items I paid for. When I asked for a number to call for my refund or if i could have a receipt as some sort of receipt to prove I didn't get my order, she told me i can just look it up online.

I would order here multiple times a week if the owner actually cared about the cleanliness. It’s absolutely disgusting in there. The ceiling is molded and it just makes you feel so gross. You don’t even wanna drink or consume anything from there 🤮

If you want to pay $10 for half a acai bowl go here. WORST JJ in the area. With 2 exceptions you are most likely to get a bitter teenager who doesn't understand that the customer is paying for food that is supposed to be made well. You're better off going elsewhere.
